The study aims to investigate the correlation between joining non-formal education and the English achievement of the second-grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Palembang. The problems of this study were: Is there any correlation between joining non-formal education and English achievement of the second-grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Palembang? And What does taking an English course gives impact toward English achievement of the second-grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Palembang? The method of this study used quantitative research. The total number of the sample was 52 students. The questionnaire and document were used to collect the data which were analyzed by using Pearson Product Moment correlation and Linear Regression analysis. The findings showed that: (1) there was a significant correlation between joining non-formal education and English achievement (r= .845), (2) there was a significant impact of taking English courses and students' English achievement (p-value= .000).

<p>This research aims to find the effect of produck knowledge, brand image, brand ambassador against purchasing decisions top white coffie products in students of the faculy of economics and Islamic busines (FEBI) IAIN Kudus 2016-2017. Many factors motivate consumers to make purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions are consumer behavior in deciding whether to buy a product or not. Usually consuimers will consider before going to decide on a purchase a product that will buy. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this study amounted to 1.091 Student. While the sample used 92 student. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge has an effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects purchasing decisions and brand ambassador influences decision making. And together Product Knowledge, Brand Image, Brand Ambassador influence purchasing decisions.</p>

The focus of this study was to determine the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on teacher performance was 54.9% while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the teacher's perception of the principal's managerial ability and work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance.

Local wisdom refers to ideas and local knowledge which are wise, full of wisdom, good and virtuous beliefs that made, owned, also carried out by local people in that area. People of Lencoh village are applying local wisdom filled with Javanese culture in order to interact with the environment and use natural resources. This study aims to determine the correlation between perception of local wisdom and conservation attitude of Lencoh village people in Mount Merapi National Park. The study was conducted in Lencoh village, Selo sub-district in January 2016. The method used is the descriptive methods with correlational study. There are 95 respondents from the three hamlets. The data is using questionnaires and interviews. The results showed 56,84% and 43,16% of respondents have a enough and high local wisdom perception, and 8,42% and 91,58% of respondents have a enough and good conservation attitude. Hypothesis is tested using simple linear regression analysis, obtained Y = 47.262 + 0.703X and Pearson Product Moment Correlation test at α = 0.01, obtained rxy = 0.678 indicates a strong correlation between local wisdom perception and conservation attitude of a Lencoh village people. The results of this research prove there is a positive correlation between local wisdom perception and conservation attitude of Lencoh village people on Mount Merapi National Park.

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of usability, profit, security simultaneously and partially on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. It was a quantitative research used multiple linear regression analysis method with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this researchshow thatusability, profit and security perceptions simultaneously have a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Usability perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch.Profit perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Security perception has a significant effect on customer interest of BNI in using mobile banking at BNI Palu branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kegunaan, keuntungan, keamanan secara serempak dan parsial terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam penggunaan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan total responden sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwapersepsi kegunaan, persepsi keuntungan dan persepsi keamanan secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunakan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu. Persepsi kegunaan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunaan mobile bankingpada BNI cabang Palu.Persepsi keuntungan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunakan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu. Persepsi keamanan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah Bank BNI dalam menggunakan mobile banking pada BNI cabang Palu.

This study aims to determine the effect of investment on employment in Central Java in 2009-2013. As it is known that investment plays an important role in the absorption of labor or can reduce unemployment. Thus with the increased investment hence the absorption of labor will also increase. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. This research was conducted in Central Java. The test used is the instrument using the validity test. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that the increase can be explained by the regression equation is Y = 16595732.325 + 0.32 X. Where the constant is positive value of 16595732.325 indicates that if the investment variable is considered constant (0), then the value of labor absorption of 16595732,325 . Then the regression coefficient of the investment variable is 0.32, this means that if the investment is increased one unit, it will increase the labor absorption of 0.32.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of variables gender, age, GPA to financial literacy. This research is a quantitative research and the sample consist of 142 students Accounting Department of State Polytechnic Malang. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear  regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed gender, age, and GPA significant and positive effect on financial literacy.

This study aims to determine how much influence the debt, working capital turnover has on the profitability of PT Sekar Bumi Tbk. Debt is proxied by DER, working capital turnover is proxied by WCT, while profitability is proxied by ROA. Based on the nature of the data used in this study is a type of quantitative research. Samples were taken, namely PT Sekar Bumi Tbk with the objectof research of 2013-2018 financial statements. Linear regression analysis was used in this study, with the help of SPSS software for Windows 20.0. The results of this study explain that partially DER has a significant effect on ROA, and has a very strong relationship of 83.9%. WCT has no significant effect on ROA, and has a very weak relationship of 18.4%. However, simultaneously DER and WCT has a significant effect with a contribution of 70.8% to ROA. So companies need to pay attention and consider how much effective the use of debt as a source of funding for the company.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media, location, store atmosphere on purchase intention at the friend's cafe in Sampang. This type of research is quantitative research using a conclusive classification: data collection techniques using non-probability sampling classification and judgmental techniques. The number of samples used in this study was as many as 100 respondents who knew and had accessed the Instagram account of Teman Sehati café. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The results show that social media positively and significantly affect purchase intention at Teman Sehati cafe in Sampang. There is a significant influence of location on purchase intention at the Teman Sehati cafe Sampang; the store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of a Teman Sehati café in Sampang. Café Teman Sehati is expected to be able to design outlets in such a way as to increase customer convenience with a positive store atmosphere. In addition, it is expected to consider the location to increase consumer purchase intention. Further research can use newer variables such as convenience, promotion, or service quality.
