One of the diseases that can be detected through blood tests is Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The number of platelets are one of the guidelines used by doctors diagnosing DHF. Actually, platelets can be calculated manually, but it will be very difficult if the platelets are counted quite a lot. So, we need a technology that can calculate the number of platelets quickly and automatized to get more accurate results.   The automatic systems built by using the template matching method with  image processing include HSL Segmentation with Luminance type and Reverse Color Manipulation. After building the system, the system will automatically look for objects that match the template in the sample image and then give the marking and calculate it.The overall system testing results are the number of platelets which are then classified manually at what degree of DHF.

This paper discusses the problem about the processing of the images collected by Vic-3D measurement system and the coordinate transformation between the pixel coordinate and plane coordinate. Correlation analysis on image information is carried out by using Matlab. Template matching method is used to get the pixel coordinates of the marked part on the images. Based on affine transformation and least square method, I transform the pixel coordinates of the marked part on the images into the plane coordinates.

To design a system in order to identify an object number plate for the Indonesian format, an initial system is designed, in the form of a vehicle licence plate recognition application using template matching method. The goal of this application is to be implemented to the parking system by identifying the number plate. This system uses the camera for the image capture process, by utilizing image processing technology with the matching correlation template method for recognition to produce a string value from the image. Before doing recognition process, First, the pre processing stage is performed on the input image which includes grayscale, binary, until the segmentation stage before the correlation / comparison process is carried out on the image of Template. The process that occure in the pre-processing unit done for some reason including to make the image lighter and less complex. This process will make the image easer to be processed and also to increase the proses speed of the system. Before aply template matching algorithm to the image output from segmentation process, the image has to be resized first to match the size of the template image stored in data base. This has to done so that the target image and the template image can be match directly with template matching algorithm.  The output of this system is a string value which is refer to the value of the license plate capture by camera used by the system. The problem that arises in the introduction process is how to identify various types of characters with various sizes and shapes so that the string value is the same as the text image. The average success rate of this application is 70% so that further research must be carried out so this system can be implemented into the parking system. Template matching is one of the techniques in digital image processing function to match each part of an image with an image into a template (reference). Template matching method is often used to identify the image of the character of letters, numbers, fingerprints, and other matching applications. In this final project will be made on the damage detection applications PCB track, this is due to PCB circuit paths that are too small and tight, so the detection manually, by using on the human eye will take a long time and a high degree of exhaustion. Making an application is intended to speed up the process detection of damage to the PCB track. The method used in this application is a method of Template Matching with Delphi programming language. Algorithms method Template Matching will classify the object, by comparing the image with a reference PCB with PCB input image. The results of applications  showed that PCB track damage detection method can detect with Template Matching damage on  the PCB track, which is marked by a red rectangular box if there is damage on  the PCB. If there is no damage on the PCB, then a warning box appears informing the PCB in good condition, without any defects. Keywords: PCB, Template Matching Method, Image Processing, Delphi

ABSTRAK  Latar belakang: Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) disebabkan oleh virus Dengue dapat menyebabkan kematian. Pencegahan DBD yang dianggap paling tepat adalah Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan pengendalian vektor Demam Berdarah pada siswa sekolah dasar terhadap Maya Index di Majalengka. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experiment (pretest-posttest control group design). Sebanyak 4 sekolah terpilih sebagai kelompok intervensi dan 4 sekolah lainnya sebagai kontrol. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV-VI yang terdiri dari 171 siswa pada kelompok intervensi dan 163 pada kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah formulir pemantauan jentik berkala. Hasil: Jumlah rumah dengan kategori Maya Index tinggi berkurang dari 27,5% menjadi 9,4%. Terjadi penurunan angka BRI kategori tinggi pada kelompok intervensi dari 20,5% menjadi 1,8%. Pada kelompok kontrol tidak terjadi penurunan angka BRI kategori tinggi (22,1%), sebaliknya terjadi penurunan kategori rendah dari 34,4% menjadi 3,7%. Tidak terjadi penurunan angka HRI pada kelompok intervensi maupun kontrol. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan pengendalian vektor Demam Berdarah dapat menurunkan nilai BRI dan Maya Index, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai HRI. Tidak adanya perubahan nilai HRI menunjukkan bahwa kebersihan dan sanitasi lingkungan merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap probabilitas kejadian demam berdarah. Kata Kunci : Demam Berdarah, Maya Index, pelatihan, pengendalian vektor   ABSTRACT Background: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) caused by Dengue virus could cause death. The most appropriate prevention of Dengue is eradication of mosquito nests (PSN). This study aims to determine the effect of Dengue vector control training on elementary students towards Maya Index in Majalengka. Method: This study used quasi-experimental design (pretest-posttest control group design). A total of 4 schools were selected as intervention groups and 4 other schools as controls. The subjects were students in grades IV-VI consisting of 171 students in the intervention group and 163 in the control group. The instrument used was periodic larva monitoring form. Results: The number of houses with a high Maya Index category in the intervention group decreased from 27.5% to 9.4%. There was a decrease in the high BRI category in the intervention group from 20.5% to 1.8%. In the control group, there was no decrease in the high BRI category (22.1%), on the contrary, there was a decrease in the low category from 34.4% to 3.7%. There was no decrease in HRI rates both of intervention or control groups. Conclusion: Dengue Fever vector control training could decrease the value of BRI and Maya Index, but does not affect the value of HRI. The absence of changes in HRI  indicate that environmental hygiene and sanitation are factors that influence the probability of dengue fever occurrence. Keywords: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, Maya Index, training, vector control

The diagnosis process is the first step to knowing a type of disease. This type of disease caused by mosquitoes is one of the major viruses (MAVY), dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) and malaria. Sometimes not everyone can find the virus that is carried by this mosquito, usually children who are susceptible to this virus because the immune system that has not been built perfectly is perfect. To know for sure which virus is infected by mosquitoes, it can diagnose by seeing symptoms perceived symptoms. Expert systems are one of the most used artificial intelligence techniques today because expert systems can act as consultations. In this case the authors make a system to start a diagnosis process with variable centered intelligent rule system (VCIRS) methods through perceived symptoms. With the facilities provided for users and administrators, allowing both users and administrators to use this system according to their individual needs. Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a contagious disease caused by the dengue virus and is transmitted by the mosquito Aedes aegypti (Aa.aegypti). The population is still a public health problem that increases the number of sufferers and also widespread, with population and education. This study aims to reveal the spatial pattern and distribution of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) with the spatial pattern and the spread of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) can result in different locations of these allegations. From the map that can be used for the prevention of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DBD) in Bandar Lampung City. This study aims to reveal the spatial pattern and distribution of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) with the descriptive method and spatial pattern of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) can result in different locations of these allegations.
