Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) Is a state guarantee card for the continuity of college by providing freedom of tuition fees, fees given to underprivileged students so that they can continue their education. The problem that occurs in the provision of kip scholarships is that it is difficult to analyze students who are entitled to receive the scholarship so that standard criteria are needed such as proof of kip card, photocopy of report card, certificate of graduation, photo of student's house and photocopy of family card so that the scholarship given is right on target for students who entitled to receive such assistance. This study uses the Sugeno method by taking the Max value (the highest value) and using the or operator. The benefits of this research can be used as a decision-making system.

The scholarship selection process of Politeknik Negeri Samarinda are constraints on the decision-making process. This is because there is no objective method to determine quickly and precisely. To assist in the determination of the set someone worthy scholarship in this study will be design DSS (Decision Support System) with model of Multi-Criteria Decision Making. The method used is the method Profile Matching. Profile Matching methods have been able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case meant that alternatives are eligible to receive scholarships based on the criteria specified. Research carried out by finding the weights for each sub-aspect, then carried ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, the best students will be considered by decisionmakersto get a scholarship. Proses seleksi beasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Samarinda banyak terdapat kendala pada proses pengambilan keputusan. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada metode objektif yang dapat memutuskan dengan cepat dan tepat. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dalam penelitian ini akan didesainkan DSS (Decision Support System) dengan model Multi Criteria Decision Making. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Profile Matching. Metode Profile Matching dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu yang berhak menerima beasiswa berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap sub aspek, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu mahasiswa terbaik yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan beasiswa.

The selection of the best employees is one of the process of evaluating how well the performance of the employees is adjusted to the standards set by the company and usually done by top management such as General Manager or Director. In general, the selection of the best employees is still perform manually with many criteria and alternatives, and this usually make it difficult top managerial making decisions as well as the selection of the best employees periodically into a long and complicated process. Therefore, it is necessary to build a decision support system that can help facilitate the decision maker in determining the best choice based on standard criteria, faster, and more objective. In this research, the computational method of decision-making system used is Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The criteria used in the selection of the best employees are: job responsibilities, work discipline, work quality, and behaviour. The final result of the global priority value of the best employee candidates is used as the best employee selection decision making tool by top management.

Education is an essential need and an important element to create a broad-minded youth. While in Indonesia, the rate of tuition fees is still imbalanced with the economic rate. Thus, many people decided to discontinue their higher education. Decision making plays an important role to manage organizations, including in educational institutions, as one of the main duties in managerial is making decisions. This study took place in a midwifery academy in Malang. In response to this situation, the academy has a policy to alleviate students by paying the tuition fees in instalments. However, many students are in arrears as the result of this policy. Thus, management needs to take some consideration before making a decision toward the problem. Those considerations require high accuracy and time consuming to process information that support decision making. Currently, the decision-making process in this academy is still semi-automated, in which some processes are still done manually, which affect longer time to make decisions, and the accuracy of calculations could not be fully guaranteed. According to this condition, the purpose of this research is to design a decision support system that enables us to process information for decision making and to offer decision alternatives for decision makers. This research employs Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a decision table as a method to create decision alternatives. The prototype was developed using Visual Studio C#.Net. The result shows that by using the proposed prototype of DSS, decision makers can reduce 5-10 minutes of decision making process compared to the old semi-automated system which still required manual calculation and data collection and analysis before making the decision. A complete data and more detailed parameters for decision criteria are required to implement the proposed prototype of DSS in the institution with more objective consideration in the decision making process as the future work.

Indonesia is prone to geology natural disasters, such as the earthquake and tsunami. The research aims to develop decision support system that can be used for assessment of damage caused by natural disaster after disaster. The method used in this system is method of fuzzy   ELECTRE and ECLAC. Fuzzy ELECTRE method used to determine the priority of the affected area, while ECLAC method used to calculate the natural disasters damage. Fuzzy method used in the process of assessing the weight and classification process. Variables used in this research is the sector that were damaged. Integration of fuzzy and ELECTRE methods applied in the prioritization of areas affected by natural disasters. The result of this research is classification of disaster area with rank based on weighting. Output visualized decision-making system in the form of dashboards in the form of mapping the area affected by the disaster. The variable rate of interest was made as a decision maker in the form of mapping that indicates the priority areas most severely affected by natural disasters. The process of calculation, analysis and ranking built in one integrated system. Combination mapping and decision support system produce information to support decision making. Ranking information similar with priority in BNPB documents with 0.96 coefficient Rank Spearman correlation (ρ).

In the decision-making system of sports assistant teaching and training, the performance of such system is not robust to different situations with a low accuracy. To solve the problems in the decision-making system, we proposed a decision-making method combining association rules and support vector machine (SVM) in this paper. First of all, we give a computer-aided decision support system for sports assistant learning and teaching training, which is fully elaborated from three aspects: virtual reality (VR) technology, VR based sports assistant learning and teaching and situational cognition, and VR based sports assistant learning and teaching mode. After that, the paper gives the feature extraction of sports auxiliary teaching training through association rules and the decision-making of the extracted association rules by SVM. We have done two different experiments for both association rules mining and SVM on both experiment group and control group of databases. Experimental results have shown that the training characteristics of sports auxiliary teaching very well. In the decision support of association rules, compared with the existing BP neural network, linear discriminant analysis and naive Bayes and other methods, the SVM method has better effect of action recognition in decision support system of sports assistant teaching and training. The robustness is the best for the application of SVM. We provide a new perspective for the decision support of sports auxiliary teaching training by using association rules and SVM. Through the method of this paper, we can obtain better decision-making effect and more robust process of sports auxiliary teaching and training.

It is an advantage for the bank, in this case, the Bank Mandiri Dramaga1 Bogor Unit, because of the increasing credit activity in banks, it is necessary to have an assessment in credit as consideration for prospective customers before the bank decides to accept or reject a prospective customer request. So it is necessary to develop a method that can assist and facilitate the bank in making decisions quickly and accurately. The basis for decision making is based on the criteria for determining who is eligible or not to receive a loan. To assist in determining whether someone is eligible or not to receive a loan, a decision support system is needed using fuzzy logic and applying the Tsukamoto method. The Lending Decision Support System was created to assist and facilitate the bank in making decisions to provide alternatives if a prospective customer applies for credit is accepted or not.

Decision support system is a system adopted from human knowledge, which can help people in the decision making process. In research conducted at PT Coal Bukit Asam (Persero) authors see most of the systems currently used in the search process of promotion of employees still in manual form, causing the length of the assessment process associated with a promotion for every employee of the company in accordance with any the criteria that have been specified company. Various weighting of criteria and sub criteria established companies are always considered manager to each process of inputting assessment. Therefore, the authors make a decision support system application manager that can facilitate the process of inputting weight rating decision promotion of employees in accordance with the criteria and sub-criteria that have been specified company. Application decision support system of promotion is designed using Analytical Hierarchy Process that the process to obtain the priority weighting is done by comparing each criteria and sub-criteria. Decision to be achieved can help managers to determine who the employees are entitled to a promotion in accordance with keptusan obtained from the application of this decision-making system.

Marriage is the most awaited moment for everyone. Prawdding is an important thing to do before a wedding. Because prewedding photos become the latest trend for photos that will be displayed during the wedding. But in a lot of prewedding photos brides who are not satisfied with the results of these prewedding photos. This system can facilitate the bride and groom in choosing the location of prawedding photos without the need to meet in person to consult. This decision making system is made using the Weight Product method and is made with the php programming language and MySQL database. The WP method is used to find optimal alternatives from a number of alternatives. The selection of the location of the prewedding photo uses weighting for each criterion. The bride and groom can choose the desired location based on criteria such as the number of spots, themes, location distance, number of shoots with weights determined by the user based on the level of importance. The results of this system are displaying praweding locations based on the location of prawedding photos that can be ordered by the bride and groom. The selection of prewedding photo locations can be done optimally so that the results of the decision are as expected.Keywords: Decision Support System, Prewedding Location, Product Weight

Decision support system (DSS) in today’s world in era of Big Data Analytics (BDA) has shifted many fold from manual interpretation (Management centric) to more distributed hierarchy. More logical and accurate with BDA Ecosystem from judiciary to insurance. This paper will talk about sectors that has successfully adapted it. DSS with Predictive, prescriptive and descriptive analytics with data like visual, audio, syntactical, raw that too in auto mode as to give more accurate and interruption free solution to critical process. Hence aim is understand BDA to DSS implementation with modern and open source technologies like Hadoop, AWS, Apache suite etc.

INTISARIPemodelan tidak terlepas dari proses analisis dan desain sistem, terutama untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan. Pengambilan keputusan, sesuatu hal yang dilakukan secara terus menerus pada manajemen dengan melakukan pemilihan alternatif tindakan untuk mencapai tujuan dan sasaran. Paradigma dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan sudah bergeser dengan pengolahan data berbasis komputer seiring bertambahnya data dan tingginya kebutuhan informasi. Terkait penentuan besaran biaya kuliah, masih ada perguruan tinggi yang melakukan secara konvensional. Kenaikan biaya kuliah mempertimbangkan banyak aspek yaitu pengembangan institusi, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, dan lain-lain. Pertimbangan tersebut bersifat subjektif, dan penentuan kenaikan biaya kuliah belum berdasarkan aturan khusus. Penetapan biaya kuliah memerlukan pendekatan sistematis, karena masalah ini cukup kompleks dan penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan prioritas program studi dalam menaikkan biaya kuliah dan memberikan estimasi besaran biaya masing-masing komponen biaya kuliah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dimulai dari studi pustaka, pengumpulan data, dan pengembangan model yang terdiri atas penentuan alternatif dan kriteria, perancangan dan pengujian model.Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah model sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan prioritas program studi yang direkomendasikan menaikkan biaya kuliah. Untuk memodelkan sistem pendukung keputusan dalm menentukan prioritas Prodi (PS) yang direkomendasikan untuk menaikkan biaya kuliah menggunakan metode ELECTRE III diperlukan alternatif dalam bentuk prodi dan kriteria untuk menilai kelayakan dari berbagai aspek. Untuk menentukan estimasi kenaikan biaya kuliah menggunakan metode analisis trend dengan kuadrat terkecil diperlukan data-data historis dalam bentuk biaya kuliah yang sudah diterapkan selama ini.Kata Kunci: Pemodelan, ELECTRE III, Entropy, Analisis TrendABSTRACTModeling can not be separated from the process of analysis and system design, especially to produce information systems for decision making. Decision-making, something that is done continuously on management by choosing alternative actions to achieve goals and objectives. Paradigm in making decision has shifted with computer-based data processing along with increasing data and high information needs. Related to the determination of the tuition fee, there are still universities that perform conventionally. The increase in tuition fees takes into account many aspects of institutional development, improving the quality of education, and so on. The considerations are subjective, and the determination of the tuition increase is not yet subject to special rules. Setting up tuition requires a systematic approach, because the problem is complex and important.This study aims to produce a model decision support system to determine the priority of the study program in raising tuition fees and provide an estimate of the cost of each component of the tuition fee. The method used in this study started from literature study, data collection, and model development consisting of determining alternatives and criteria, design and model testing.The result of this research is a model of decision support system to determine the priority of the recommended study program to increase the tuition fee. To model the decision support system in prioritizing the recommended Prodi (PS) to raise the tuition fees using the ELECTRE III method, alternatives are needed in the form of study programs and criteria for assessing the feasibility of various aspects. To determine the estimated increase in tuition fees using the trend analysis method with the least squares required historical data in the form of tuition fees that have been applied so far.Keyword: Modeling, ELECTRE III, Entropy, Analisis Trend
