Public Elementary School 104214 is one of the public elementary schools in Delitua sub-district. Teacher data processing to determine eligibility for receiving certification is still done manually so it requires a relatively long time. To be able to help the processing of teacher data the decision support system was built using a web-based TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Ideality) Ideal method, which can improve the efficiency of teacher data processing time. Development of the system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database for data storage. The final results obtained are Decision Support Systems Determining the Feasibility of Receiving Teacher Certification in Delitua 104214 Public Elementary School using the TOPSIS method, which can assist the school in handling data collection data.

Every company has management providing wages or rewards to employees. This is because employees are one of the resources that are used as a driving force in advancing a company. Besides, many companies provide rewards to their employees with the aim of motivating employees to help more. There is management problem in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital for determining the number of rewards obtained by employees because many variables are determined. Therefore, the need of management information system can facilitate the Management of the PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital in determining decision making for providing rewards. One method that is often used in implementing decision support systems is Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM), focusing TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference with Similarities to Ideal Solutions). By the implementation of the decision support system, PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital can carry out the selection process more efficiently.The test results by matching the employee data results at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital obtained 95.83% accuracy so that this system can help the PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in determining employee rewards.

Guru berprestasi adalah guru yang memiliki kemampuan melaksanakan tugas; keberhasilan dalam melaksanakan tugas; memiliki kepribadian yang sesuai dengan profesi guru dan memiliki wawasan kependidikan. Sistem pendukung keputusan atau Decision Support System (DSS) merupakan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan pada sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan dengan menerapkan metode yang sesuai dengan bidang keputusan yang diambil; Pengambilan keputusan secara manual tanpa bantuan SPK akan menghasilkan penilaian yang tidak objektif dan tidak tepat. Metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria dengan menerapkan bobot nilai pada setiap kriterianya. Pemilihan metode TOPSIS ini dibandingkan dengan metode SPK yang lain yaitu metode ini menggunakan prinsip bahwa alternatif yang terpilih harus mempunyai jarak terdekat dari solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Sistem yang dibuat memungkinkan pihak sekolah untuk menentukan aspek penilaian berdasarkan kriteria sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari sekolah tersebut sehingga lebih fleksibel. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode TOPSIS ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pemilihan guru terbaik.

This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of the competence of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya subdistrict, Kubu Regency. The study was conducted in Sungai Raya Subdistrict with 29 elementary school teachers. Data collected are pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competencies using data collection tools in the form of interview sheets, non-participant observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis uses a checklist matrix technique with several stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions. The results showed that: First, the implementation of pedagogical competencies by public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya Subdistrict, Kubu Raya District, was interpreted that the teacher's ability to educate reached an average of 3.37 with a good category. Second, the personality competency of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency, averaged 3.30 in the good category. Third, the social competency of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya District is an average of 3.37 with a good category. The four professional competencies of public elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya District reach an average of 3.30 in the good category. The results of this study, it is suggested to be a reference for similar research related to teacher competencies, which should be part of the teacher to dedicate himself to serve especially elementary school teachers in Sungai Raya District Kubu Raya District.

The development of globalization brings with significant impact for every layer of society, especially the development of many technologies needed by every human being, not least in the areas of employment such as health, and others. In this case the Public Lung Health Center (BKPM) Maluku province is the center of the health inspection service laboratory. Where every day a lot of people who come from different places to check their condition to obtain the required health outcomes, but the increase in performance of health services is still not properly fit most people's expectations, because of patient data recording system is still done manually, a long time patient data storage system still manually which takes in the search for patient data it is considered not effective, patient examination data processing is still considered a long time because the process is done. Therefore created an information system to assist agencies in addressing the problem and help some of the difficulties that exist. The inspection data processing system designed to help process patient data input, data storage, and so forth process is computerized. The method used a structured and methods of development of information systems data processing desktop-based health care checks are made using the method Prototype, with tools such as system development flowmap, context diagram, DFD and database design tool. Large number of franchises that will be selected as well as indicators of many criteria, it is necessary to build a decision support system that will help decide which franchise to choose. The model used in the decision support system is a Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) and to perform calculations on the case MADM method in finding the best alternative based on the criteria specified use traditional methods TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) to perform the calculations. TOPSIS method is chosen as the method is based on the concept that the best alternative was chosen not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution, but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution.

The distribution of scholarships is carried out to assist in the determination of recommending someone who deserves to receive a scholarship, a Decision Support System is needed because the system for selecting scholarship candidates is still manual, and has many weaknesses. The large number of scholarship participant applicants makes schools having difficulty handling manual data processing so that software is needed to simplify the data processing. There for not all students who apply to receive scholarships can be granted, because the number of students who apply is very large, it is very necessary to build an SPK with the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method which can help provide recommendation for scholarship recipients. Based on the analysis of the DSS with the TOPSIS method, it was carried out by means of a questionnaire, interview observation and system implementation. In the assessment of scholarship acceptance, it can be used as a basis for facilitating decisions on scholarship recipients because the system will process data and provide information quickly, precisely and consistently to the principal of students to receive the best scholarships to be awarded. Can form a decision that is right, effective and efficient in managing data on student recipients who are truly entitled to receive the scholarship. The TOPSIS method can be used to determine scholarship recipients, SPK in the assessment of scholarship acceptance can facilitate decisions in grade 7 students of SMP Negeri 17 Padang proportionally based on the results of student data processing including family cards, parents 'jobs, parents' income, number of dependents of parents and age parents accurately and accurately because the system can minimize errors in the process of calculating data normalization

Developing IoT projects from scratch requires a lot of knowledge and expertise; moreover, it takes a very long time to be developed. It can be hard for starters and even senior developers to perfect every aspect of an IoT project in a timely manner. These aspects include hardware, communication, data storage, security, integration, application, data processing, and analysis. This chapter introduces a cloud-based platform that is concerned with data storage, device management, data processing, and integration with external systems, all while providing high level of security and allowing for future scaling. This platform should accelerate and simplify the development of IoT projects by lowering the entry barrier and offloading some of the burden off developers to give them more time to focus on other aspects such as hardware and applications. The authors discuss many implementation issues in the functional and design perspective that may guide others to make their own platforms from this insight view.

The Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) is an educational cash assistance until graduating from high school with the age of 6-21 years of school age coming from poor families (underprivileged) or who are registered as participants in the Family Hope Program (PKH) or Family Welfare Card (KKS ) The Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) is a refinement part of the Poor Student Assistance Program (BSM) since the end of 2014. The author took a case study on 124395 Public Elementary School. 124395 Public Elementary School is one of the Public Elementary Schools in Pematangsiantar which received the Smart Indonesia Program for students / i poor and have difficult economic constraints. This research is in the background of the problem of KIP provision where the process of delivering assistance sometimes does not meet the target or target. Invalid data causes errors in the distribution of KIP that should be given to recipients who are entitled to receive it. To overcome these problems, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed which is expected to solve problems in the provision of KIP with the Moora method. The Moora method is a multicriteria decision making method based on each appropriate criterion. The criteria used are: Father's Work, Mother's Work, Father's Income, Mother's Income, Amount of Dependent, Amount of Dependents Still in School, Rapot Value, KKS Holder, Residence, Type of House. Activities in the selection of candidates for PASKIBRAKA every year aim to find the best sons and daughters who will be assigned as heirloom flag raisers. Selection of candidates for PASKIBRAKA members is done manually, to determine the final score of each participant. The selection committee still uses paper and is separate from the assessment to one criterion with the other criteria. In the assessment process with a large number of participants it will take a long time. To simplify the assessment process, a decision support system is needed for the selection of PASKIBRAKA candidates, using the TOPSIS Method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). TOPSIS is one method that is easy to use to solve multi-criteria problems by taking into account the values ​​of existing criteria. Based on the results of the case example, the candidate PASKIBRAKA selection shows that the results of the experiment use the same system as the manual calculation. And the calculation of the TOPSIS Method will produce output in the form of ranking from PAKIBRAKA candidates

Abstract:All students in the world of education in the learning process are not separated from the various rules and regulations that apply or are implemented by the school and it is mandatory to be obeyed by every student. With this, it is intended that every student knows about discipline. At SMP Negeri 1 Bosar Maligas presence, tidiness, personality and order are aspects of discipline which are used as references to measure the level of student discipline. The mechanism for measuring the level of discipline of each student is measured manually, namely by accumulating points of violations committed by students, then determining the sanctions that will be given. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a decision support system to determine the level of discipline and sanctions for student violations using the TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution) method and implement the system to assist counseling teachers in monitoring student discipline levels, and can be effective and efficiently find the number of points of violation committed by students. The system is designed using the MySQL database, PHP programming language, and Macromedia Dreamweaver application software. Keywords: Discipline, TOPSIS, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Hypertext PrePocessor, Decision Support Systems.  Abstrak: Semua siswa di dalam dunia pendidikan  dalam proses belajar tidak ada yang  terlepas dari berbagai tata tertib dan peraturan yang berlaku atau di jalankan oleh sekolah dan memang wajib harus di taati oleh setiap siswa. Dengan adanya hal tersebut bertujuan supaya setiap siswa mengetahui tentang kedisiplinan.  Di SMP Negeri 1 Bosar Maligas kehadiran, kerapian, kepribadian dan ketertiban  merupakan aspek kedisiplinan yang dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk mengukur tingkat kedisiplinan siswa. Mekanisme pengukuran tingkat  disiplin dari masing-masing siswa diukur dengan cara manual, yaitu dengan mengakumulasi point pelanggaran yang dilakukan siswa, kemudian ditentukan sanksi yang akan diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan tingkat kedisiplinan dan sanksi pelanggaran siswa menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique Order Preferenceby Similarity ToIdeal Solution) dan mengimplementasikan sistem tersebut untuk membantu guru BK dalam memantau tingkat kedisiplinan siswa, dan dapat dengan efektif dan efesien mencari jumlah point pelanggaran yang di lakukan oleh siswa.Sistemdi rancang menggunakan database MySQL,bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan software aplikasi macromedia dreamweaver. Kata Kunci :Kedisiplinan, TOPSIS, Macromedia Dreamweaver, PHP, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan.
