The article presents information about the history and current state of corneal transplantation in Ukraine. Currently, no more than 400 keratoplasties per year are performed in Ukraine. However, the need for corneal transplantation in our country is much higher. The authors show that it is extremely important to eliminate the deficit of the donor cornea for keratoplasty and increase the number of corneal transplantations in Ukraine. It is necessary to expand the number of bases for donor corneal removal and include keratoplasty in the list of medical services funded by the National Health Service of Ukraine.For the development of corneal transplantation in Ukraine using the tissues of the deceased donor, it is necessary to solve a number of important tasks: to create positive attitude in society to donation after death, starting from school (to develop conscious informed and free consent for donation), to ensure that the population is informed about the essence of the right to be a donor of their organs or tissues after death and the mechanisms for recording their consent (or disagreement); to create conditions for documenting the consent of individuals to the opportunity to be a donor of their organs or tissues after death; to introduce a state program for the development of corneal transplantation in Ukraine with its proper funding.

The World Wide the net is very great place where things are stored and it is growing exponentially. It has in it sizeable amount of news given which is growing and bringing up to the current state quickly. Different organizations, institutes, government agencies and support centers bring up to the current state their news given regularly. The World Wide the net provides its services to the ranges of the net users. The net users may have different interests, needs and back knowledge. Clustering into groups is one of the most important tasks in the action-bound areas of the net record mining. It says without any doubt to grip the trouble of news given over-weight on the net while many users are connected on the meeting thing by which something is done. Clustering into groups is made use of for grouping news given into by comparison way in design for making discovery of person for whom one does work interest. There are two bad points of FCM algorithm, firstly the requirements of no. of clusters C and secondly giving to the first relation matrix. Because of, in relation to these two bad points the FCM algorithm is hard to come to a decision about the right no. of mass, group and this algorithm is unsafe. The strong decision of desirable first stage mass, group is an important hard question, therefore a new expert way called PDFCM algorithm is made, was moving in.

Many New Zealand pastoral farmers have experienced severe financial hardship due to lowerthan- adequate product prices and adverse climatic conditions in recent years. It is perhaps now appropriate to look at alternative land use for a proportion of their farm.Wood is a product which the world is desperately short of, and New Zealand can grow wood better than virtually anywhere else in the world. When we look at world demand for wood, both now and in the near future, we see that plantings are not keeping up with expected demands. The world would need an area 6 times that of New Zealand (i.e. 160 million ha) to satisfy the demand. At present, we only harvest 1.6% of the world's total harvest. In New Zealand the trend is in the right direction, with production predicted to reach 25 million cubic metres by 2015 (2.5 times present production). This will require 9.4% of the land area of New Zealand, but will produce $16 billion, more than wool, meat and dairy together. Agroforestry gives farmers the opportunity to spread their risk beyond traditional agricultural products, and also participate in this growing industry of forestry. The question should not be whether trees are planted on some of our own farm land, but who will do it. Farmers have been slow to convert, but economics will prevail. Indonesia is one of many countries in the world so called resource-rich country. Natural resources abundance needs to be managed in the right way in order to avoid dutch diseases and resources curses. These two phenomena generally happened in the country, which has abundant natural resources. Learned from Norwegian experiences, Indonesian Government need to focus its policy to prevent rent seeking activities. The literature study presented in this paper is aimed to provide important insight for government entities in focusing their policies and programs to avoid resources curse. From the internal audit perspective, this study is expected to improve internal audit’s role in assurance and consulting.

A country needs to make contact with each other based on the national interests of each country related to each other, including among others economic, social, cultural, legal, political, and so on. With constant and continuous association between the nations of the world, it is one of the conditions for the existence of the international community. One form of cooperation between countries in the world is in the form of international relations by placing diplomatic representation in various countries. These representatives have diplomatic immunity and diplomatic immunity privileges that are in accordance with the jurisdiction of the recipient country and civil and criminal immunity for witnesses. The writing of the article entitled "The Application of the Principle of Non-Grata Persona to the Ambassador Judging from the Perspective of International Law" describes how the law on the abuse of diplomatic immunity, how a country's actions against abuse of diplomatic immunity and how to analyze a case of abuse of diplomatic immunity. To answer the problem used normative juridical methods through the use of secondary data, such as books, laws, and research results related to this research topic. Based on the results of the study explained that cases of violations of diplomatic relations related to the personal immunity of diplomatic officials such as cases such as cases of persecution by the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Indonesian Workers in Germany are of serious concern. The existence of diplomatic immunity is considered as protection so that perpetrators are not punished. Actions against the abuse of recipient countries of diplomatic immunity may expel or non-grata persona to diplomatic officials, which is stipulated in the Vienna Convention in 1961, because of the right of immunity attached to each diplomatic representative.

In current forensic medicine practice, the need for the development of new, scientifically based approaches and methods of forensic medical identification is still very important. The number of left-handed people in the world varies from 5 to 30 %, and it can be useful in forensic practice. The possibility of establishing a dominating hand based on the intensity of dental caries (CFE - CARIES-FILLIN-EXTRACTION index) was studied. Taking into consideration the intensity of caries damage to the teeth on the right and left sides of right-handed, left-handed and ambidextras people, we offered and calculated the CFE difference index: «CFE on the right – CFE on the left». Significant differences in the CFE indexes can help to determine what hand has been predominant and it might be useful for forensic specialists.
