Abstract The presence of weeds in areas of agricultural activities is a hinderance to the development of these activities. It is important to take advantage of the vast open spaces suitable for agriculture and provide food security for humans, and also it is an important indicator for determining the feasibility of growing crops, benefiting from yield and determining the percentage of loss, clearing fields through agricultural practices, that protect crops from weed attack and agricultural practice method must be followed that will reduce weed presence. This study was conducted during the years 2018 to 2020 to evaluate Portulacaceae of Flora in the Taif area in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at different altitudes (Area 1 =1700 m, Area 2 =1500 m, Area 3 =1500 m, Area 4 =500 m ِ Area 5 = 2200 m, and Area 6 = 2200 m). The results show that there were 2,816 individuals of Portulaca oleracea weed, with the highest density found in A 1, followed by A 2, while in A 5 and A 6, no weeds were recorded. The highest density of weeds were in the Pomegranate fields, followed by Grape fields. The lowest density was found in A man field. The results of this study will help to take the necessary measures to combat weeds and its management in areas of agricultural activity, while more studies are needed to survey the ecology of weeds of Taif in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Introdução: A Atenção Primária é uma forma de organizar o atendimento de saúde de forma a atender a maior parte das necessidades de uma população de forma regionalizada, contínua e sistematizada. É o primeiro nível de atenção em saúde e tem o objetivo de desenvolver uma atenção integral que impacte positivamente na situação de saúde das coletividades. De acordo com a Portaria Nº 2.436, de 21 de Setembro de 2017, a territorialização é o planejamento para organizar a prestação de serviços de saúde, visando identificar as condições de vida da população daquele território. Como características socioeconômicas, sanitárias e as situações de saúde. Objetivo: Realizar o levantamento populacional da microárea 6 da Unidade Básica de Saúde Mãe Eugênia, traçando assim o perfil epidemiológicos da micro área adscrita. Metodologia: Essa pesquisa se caracteriza como um estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência das acadêmicas de enfermagem da disciplina Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Assistência de Enfermagem a Atenção Básica à Saúde II, registro de um processo de vivências e reflexões críticas acerca da territorização vivenciado na Unidade Básica de Saúde Mãe Eugênia no município de Porto Nacional -TO. Resultados e Discussão: Após o levantamento foi realizado a consolidação e tabulação dos dados da micro área 6 constatou-se um total 240 pessoas cadastradas, correspondendo a 90 famílias. Foi possível observar que é uma microárea pequena, porém com grande número de idosos, mulheres na faixa etária de 25 a 64 anos, hipertensos e diabéticos. Outra questão levantada é que não se encontrou gestantes, hanseníase e tuberculose. Considerações Finais: Por meio desse relato de experiência tivemos a oportunidade de participar e conhecer o processo de territorialização, possibilitando assim momentos enriquecedores para os acadêmicos, promoveu um contato com os usuários do serviço de saúde local e estimulou uma aproximação e conhecimento do perfil epidemiológico da população adscrita da micro área 6 da Unidade Básica de Saúde Mãe Eugênia.

Intercropping provides ample scope to include two or more crops simultaneously in same piece of land thus targeting higher productivity from unit area on sustainable basis. Maize, a cereal crop of immense importance, planted in wide rows offers the possibility for adoption of intercropping. The intercropping system with maize and legume is beneficial in multiple aspects. The success of maize-legume intercropping system largely depends on choice of crops and their maturity, density, and time of planting. Advantage of maize-legume intercropping system is promoted in the form of higher yield and greater utilization of available resources, benefits in weeds control [1,2], pests and disease management [3], fixation of biological nitrogen by legumes and transfer of N to associated maize [4,5], insurance against crop failure to small holders, and control of erosion by covering a large extent of ground area [6]. Though maize-legume intercropping system exhibits limitations like less scope of farm mechanization, dependence on more human workforce, and chance of achieving less productivity from maize, the system implies more advantages for small holders in developing countries where human workforce is not a constraint.

Relevance and methods. Leek is one of the most promising onion crops for industrial cultivation in the Non-Chernozem zone, which has medicinal properties and high nutritional value. The results of studying the technological features of leek cultivation in the open ground of the Moscow region are presented. The studies were carried out in 2019-2020 on the territory of the “Vegetable Experimental Station named after V.I. Edelstein". We studied the influence of the feeding area of leek seedlings on the biometric parameters of plants and the quality of products. The object of the study is the variety Karantansky, experimental options: 1) seedling feeding area – 6 cm2 (control), 2) seedling feeding area – 8 cm2 , 3) seedling feeding area – 10 cm2 . The objects of research to study the content of ascorbic acid were leek varieties: late-ripening – Karantansky (standard), Bandit, Dobry Molodets, mid-ripening – Columbus, Hobot slona.Results. It is noted that the feeding area during the seedling period does not significantly affect the biometric parameters of leek plants: leaf area, plant weight, leek pseudostems diameter. Therefore, during the period of growing seedlings, from the point of view of rational use of the area in the seedling department, it is recommended to use the minimum feeding area – 6 cm2 . It was also found that the studied varieties accumulate ascorbic acid in different ways in various plant organs. The maximum content of ascorbic acid was noted in the leek pseudostems of the control late-ripening variety Karantanskiy – 23.6 mg%. The minimum values are for Dobry Molodets (11.8 mg%) and Hobot Slona (11.9 mg%).

Perbedaan jenis tanah dan letak geografis kebun kelapa sawit menyebabkan variasi sifat fisik tanah (terutama tekstur dan porositasnya).  Perbedaan letak geografis juga menyebabkan variasi jumlah curah hujan yang mempengaruhi neraca air lahan. Respons fluktuasi produksi kelapa sawit yang berbeda akibat variasi jenis tanah dan neraca air lahan dapat dikaji dengan analisis hubungan neraca air lahan dan produktivitas kelapa sawit antar jenis tanah dan antar wilayah. Pada penelitian ini, analisis neraca air lahan dilakukan pada tiga lokasi area perkebunan kelapa sawit PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro yang berada di provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dan Kalimantan Barat, menggunakan metode Thornthwaite-Mather. Analisis hubungan komponen neraca air dengan produksi TBS kelapa sawit dihitung berdasarkan data bulanan selama 8 tahun (2012 – 2019) menggunakan time series analysis dan untuk mencari model regresi terbaik digunakan stepwise regression.  Komponen neraca air yang paling mempengaruhi produksi tandan buah segar (TBS) kelapa sawit (ton/ha/bulan) adalah curah hujan 7 bulan sebelum panen, hari hujan 11 dan 28 bulan sebelum panen, dan defisit air 10 bulan sebelum panen.  Penurunan produksi TBS (ton/ha/bulan) terjadi setiap ada kenaikan defisit air senilai 10 mm/bulan pada tanah Dystrudept, Paleudults dan Haplohumods di Area 3 berturut-turut adalah 11, 2, dan 3%. Pada Area 5 penurunannya adalah 12, 4, dan 5%. Pada Area 6 penurunannya adalah 5, 18 dan 3%.

After exposing a plated C2C12 cells culture to PBS, ultrasound from the SAW device transmitted into the cell culture via a coupling water droplet. We can remove cells from an area 6 × 10−3 mm2, equivalent to about 12 cells.
