The indication of the weak law enforcement against money politics violations that occurred in the 2019 Election has become an emerging issue, including in Polewali Mandar Regency. The role of supervision and enforcement, as regulated in Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections and Bawaslu Regulation Number 31 of 2018 concerning Sentra Penegakan Hukum Terpadu (Gakkumdu) contains a number of provisions governing the mechanisms and procedures for law enforcement against such violations of money politics. The method used in this research is empirical research that examines regulations or statutory regulations in law enforcement practices against suspected violations of money politics at the 2019 Election. The research conclusion shows that, there were 3 (three) cases of alleged violations of money politics in the 2019 Election in Polewali Mandar Regency which should have passed 9 (nine) stages but in reality only reached the third stage, namely, the Election supervisor plenary meeting. It was due to the lack of Understanding on the Sentra Gakkumdu with Bawaslu Polewali Mandar. The obstacles in law enforcement against allegations of money politics crime are closely related to the legal structure, legal substance and legal culture as well as facts and field findings. Therefore, this research recommends that in the future election crimes will no longer be handled by Bawaslu, but be included as general crimes. And if the Sentra Gakkumdu is maintained, it should be given additional authority, namely, detaining suspected money politics actors, so that there is no room to codify witnesses for alleged money politics. This includes the importance of establishing a special election court so that differences in views on suspected cases of money politics can be minimized.

This article reviews recent literature on the Axial Age as a phase of world history and seeks to illuminate the role of Christian missionaries as part of this broad perspective. Introduced by Karl Jaspers in 1949, the concept has attracted attention from scholars interested in human development. The cognitive psychologist Merlin Donald views it as the third stage of “brain-culture co-evolution,” which draws on the external memory storage that literacy provides. I argue that missionaries have been central agents in conveying such stored knowledge to non-axial cultures.

The way mathematics instruction accommodates the large technological changes sweeping society will profoundly affect the ability of young people to adjust to everyday life situations and perform efficiently in the skilled professions of the future. In particular, continued thoughtful attention must be given to the role of microcomputers in all aspects of the teaching of mathematics. Many significant issues in this area will need to be discussed and important decisions made in the months ahead. We need to set high expectations in these discussions and the decisions that follow from them. Settling for what can be done easily or selling short the talents of our students or our colleagues will be a mistake.

Since the release of the well-known work of W. Weaver «Science and Complexity» (1948) only V.S. Stepin had taken some significant efforts to develop the doctrine of the three types of systems in nature. In this case, the main achievements of V.S. Stepin in postnonclassic reduced to two fundamental results: violation of the basic principle of T. Kuhn´s contradictions when changing paradigms (V.S. Stepin shows the effect of «investments», when complex systems operate classical and nonclassical rationality simultaneously) and repeated emphasis on the possibility of «change ... the probability of emerging of other (the system) conditions». At the same time, V.S. Stepin in his last works (monographs) identified a particular role of self-organization and self-development in case of complex biosocial systems. All this in theory of chaos and self-organization form 5 basic principles of functioning of complexity (or systems of the third type - STT). In fact, V.S. Stepin laid the foundation for the future (new) philosophy and developed now theory of chaos and self-organization in which humanity moved into the area of uncertainty of living (social in particular) systems completely. However, the rationality of the third type (postnonclassic) requires corrections and additions, as shown in a number of monographs of V.S. Stepin.

The historical role of the working class has recently been subject to reassessment. Frequently repudiated are the Marxist views that the proletariat constitutes either, as Marx's and Engels' classic scheme would have it, the revolutionary social force in capitalist societies, or, as Lenin believed, the pre-eminent element in a revolutionary alliance with the poorest strata of the peasantry, or, finally, as Mao holds, the leadership cadres needed to mobilize the downtrodden peasant masses into conscious, revolutionary action. Consider, for instance, the meager role attributed to the working class in Barrington Moore's brilliant effort, in Social Origins of Dictatorship and Democracy, to delineate three historical routes to modernity.

Is the Lack of Technology a Problem for Voluntary Organizations? This article attempts to contribute to the discussion of voluntary organizations and the challenges they face in the development of the Danish welfare society by applying insights from systems theory. The article discusses three central dimensions of these challenges. The first is the government’s increasing expectations as regards both the content and quality of voluntary effort, as well as its expectations regarding the nature of organization of voluntary groups. The second dimension is the lack of technology that voluntary organizations have at their disposal. The third dimension is a discussion of the relevan-ce that their programs and technologies have for the future role of voluntary organizations in the modernization of the Danish welfare state. In this regard it asks the question as to whether voluntary organizations suffer from a lack of relevant technologies.

Thanks to a broad historical-anthropological and clinical examination, the authors re-evaluate the role of hunger in the development of our species, and also in that of the individual. The alternation empty/full, internal/ external, the complex game that is established between need, object and desire, structures the childhood of the human cub. In the same way, the alternation between active and passive gaze inaugurates and accompanies the adolescent turbulence, often dictating the rhythms. The third stage of this speech, relating to the season of maturity, focuses on the (dangerous) intersection between food and air, between when we breathe and when we swallow. The lecture ends with the theme of fasting in old age, which engages the themes of depression, involution and detachment.
