Abstract. The research is motivated by the low ability of problem solving in student math SMP Negeri 6 Rengat, the activity of students in following the lesson is still relatively low. The us of fishbowl collaborative learning strategy is throught to be able overcome the problem solving ability of student math which is still low. The purpose of this research is to know the ability of problem solving of student mathematics by using fishbowl collaborative learning strategy. This type of research is experimental research. The research design used was randomized subjects posttest only control group design. The population in these villages is class VII. The class selected to be the experimental class is the class VIIA and the control class is the class VIIB. The data collection technique used in this research is the ability problem solving test in the form of essay. Data analysis techniques in this test use t test based on hypothesis test results obtained t count = -4,321 and t table = -2,010. Based on hypothesis test results t arithmetic < t table with the real level used is 0,05. Ho rejected. So, it can be concluded that the ability to solve mathematical problem with the application of fishbowl collaborative learning strategy is better than the ability to solve mathematical problems with the application of conventional learning strategies in the class VII SMP Negeri 6 Rengat. Keywords: Collaborative Learning Strategy Fishbowl, Problem Solving

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 on Education in Indonesia affects school activities rapidly. Teachers are no longer educated in classrooms only, but they can also utilize technology to conduct distance learning. One interactive application that can be used as a form of question exercise is Quizizz. Therefore, this research aims to: first, examine the effectiveness of students' activities by using Quizizz on mathematical problem-solving skills; second, investigate the differences in the increase in students' ability to solve mathematical problems between the class with and without the Quizizz-aided learning method; third, describe the activities of students who used the Quizizz-aided drill learning method; and fourth, describe the students' responses in using Quizizz. The research was quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. The participants in this study are 67 of Grade10 students divided into experimental and control classes. Data collection techniques used were tests for students' mathematical problem-solving skills and questionnaires. The instruments were validated using Pearson correlation, while the reliability was tested using Cronbach's Alpha. Then, the N-gain test was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was an effect on students’ learning activities by using Quizizz on their problem-solving skills. Besides, there was a difference in the improvement of problem-solving skills between the class with and without Quizizz-aided. Furthermore, students’ activities in three meetings have increased. Moreover, students provided a positive response in learning using Quizizz. Thus, it can be concluded that Quizizz is effective in improving mathematical problem-solving skills.

This article examines self-regulation learning strategies in developing mathematical problem-solving abilities. Self-regulation is an individual learning process through environmental factors, personal factors and behavioral factors. The component of self-regulation ability consists of cognitive, motivation and metacognition components. In learning activities, especially in mathematics, students must learn the ability to think critically and the ability to solve problems from the facts that already exist (learn by doing). Self-regulation learning strategy is a learning strategy that gives students the freedom to effectively manage their own learners in various ways so as to achieve optimal learning outcomes. The application of self-regulation learning strategies to students will have an impact on the development of mathematical problem solving abilities. Students who have self-regulation, will have greater motivation in learning and solving mathematical problems.

One of the main goals of school mathematics is the achievement of mathematical problem-solving abilities through problem-based learning. It is expected that these abilities can be achieved well by students. However, the complexity of the problem and minimum confidence become a problem when students experience complex situations created in the problem-based learning process. Scaffolding becomes essential because of the differences in each student's knowledge stored in long term memory. The purpose of the study was to analyze differences in mathematical problem-solving abilities with two different learning and based on initial mathematical abilities. Learning in the experimental class is problem-based learning with scaffolding, and then control class learning is problem-based without scaffolding. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a matching-only pretest-posttest control group design. Sample selection using purposive sampling to get samples with the same characteristics, the total number of samples is 60 students with each division 30. The initial mathematics ability has the same role in the mathematical problem-solving ability in the experimental and control classes. That is when students are in the high category then the ability of severe mathematical problem-solving. However, when the two classes are compared, the results are significantly different. Scaffolding becomes a factor that distinguishes the ability to solve mathematical problems.

The purpose of this research are: 1) to know the learning activity of learners mathematics which is taught by Search, Solve, Create, and Share (SSCS), and 2) model to know the ability of problem solving of mathematics learners who taught by SSCS learning model in the class XI MIA MAN 1 Muara Labuh academic year 2016/2017. This research belongs to a kind of quasi-experimental research with randomized control group only design. In this study design, a group of subjects taken from a particular population were randomly assigned into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. After analyzing the data, it is known that the learning activity of the students after applying the SSCS learning model has improved towards the better from the first meeting to the fifth meeting, ie 35%, 45%, 55%, 68%, 77%. Based on the hypothesis test obtained ttable = 1.645 and tcount = 2.598 so obtained (2.598> 1.645) at 95% confidence interval. Because tcount > ttable then hypothesis in this research accepted. Thus, students 'math-problem-solving skills taught by SSCS learning models are higher than the students' uneducated mathematical problem-solving skills with SSCS learning modelsKeywords: Problem solving abilities, search, solve, sreate and share (SSCS) learning models

Mathematical logical intelligence is one of the skills that are needed in the 21st century related to mathematical problem-solving skills. The importance of this skill is not in line with the facts on the ground, where students are still weak in counting and using logic in problem solving. The purpose of this research is to improve students’ mathematical logical intelligence through the online-based integration of local wisdom of Sulapa Eppa Walasuji. Sulapa Eppa Walasuji is one of the Bugis-Makassar local wisdoms with a unique pattern, appropriate to be used as a medium for learning transformation of geometry. Through the integration of local wisdom, Sulapa Eppa Walasuji can create contextual mathematics learning, so that students can easily understand the material by connecting real-life concepts. This research includes experimental research with a quasi-experimental design of the nonequivalent control group design type. The research instrument used was a mathematical logical intelligence test consisting of five essay questions. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics with gain score and effect size testing. The results showed that the mathematical logical intelligence of experimental class students increased by 43.16 with the effective contribution of the r effect size being 0.910. This indicates that the online-based integration of Sulapa Eppa Walasuji can improve students’ mathematical logical intelligence.
