Jorongan Village is as an area designated as the Furniture Industry Center of Probolingggo Regency, thereby leading to changes in some houses functionality from residential to business. This certainly changes the internal and external layout of the houses used for furniture business. The purpose of this research is to identify the spatial layout pattern of business houses in the furniture industrial center area of Probolinggo Regency. This research was carried out with the behavior mapping approach used to describe the existing space in each furniture business house. Therefore, based on the analysis results, there are four patterns of business function space layout, the first, second, and third are located at the front, side and partially inside the building, while the other part is located in the side. Furthermore, the pattern with part of the business function space is located inside the building, and partly outside the front and side of the house. The result showed that three houses had irregular patterns with different layouts from other businesses.

A simple residential building in densely populated settlements, generally, is a building that does not meet the requirement of a dwelling, not laying the house not only in terms of the area of each space in it but also in terms of comfort space that includes lighting, air conditioning and the arrangement of furniture within a room. The research method that has been used to find out the correlation between space and spatial layout of this simple house is a descriptive method, based on phenomena that occurred in the field. Module size of the house space is very simple which is relatively minimal demands the completion of its spatial design. With the module size of a very simple home space 3 x 3 m2 problem solving can be done to arrange space with a split-level system. With such an arrangement allows the separation of private areas by sex and optimization of natural lighting and air conditioning. Keywords: module, dimension of space, layout

The electronics manufacturing complex on the San Francisco Peninsula underwent enormous changes from the early 1930s to the late 1970s. Electronics firms in the area employed a few hundred machinists and even fewer engineers in the early 1930s. In the larger scheme of the entire American radio industry, they were marginal. They operated in the shadow of the Radio Corporation of America (RCA) and the other large eastern firms that had a virtual monopoly on the production and sale of electronic components and systems. Forty years later the Peninsula had become a major industrial center specializing in electronic components.

Development of the rattan furniture industry today is quite fast although the amount of raw materials are decreasing, especially in commersial rattan commodities such as Manau,  Irit, Taman, Sega, etc. Their price is quite expensive too five species of rattan were used as research materials. There are Manau (Calamus mettanensis Becc), Toho (Calamus sp), Galang (Daemonorops verticilaris Griff Mart), Hijau (Calamus sp) and simpurut (Calamus panajuga Becc). For finishing materials, clear glass melamine (ML 131 and NC 141) were used in this research with three different immersion timer for 24 hours, 36 hours and 48 hours long. An immersion method without using any finishing materials was done as control materials. Result show that the average of volume expansion of rattan speseis using NC 141 are 1,56-3,16% in Marau; 1,36-2,91%; in Toho; 2,01-3,05% in Galang; 2,12-3,20% in Hijau and 1,90-2,14 in Simpurut. In the other hand, the average of volume expansion of rattan species using melamin ML 131 are 1,27-2,58% in Marau; 1,46-2,51% in Toho; 2,30-3,23% in galang; 1,10-2,79% in Hijau and 1,45-2,55% in Simpurut. In control materials the average of expantion volume in 5 species rattans is 2,53-3,99%. From those results, the best method was shown in using NC 141 which can prevent the volume expansion and give great influence in volume expansion value. Keywords: rattan, finishing material, melamine ML 131, melamine NC 141, volume expantion.

The development of sensitivity to a recently discovered static-monocular depth cue to surface shape, surface contours, was investigated. Twenty infants in each of three age groups (5, 5½, and 7 months) viewed a display that creates an illusion, for adult viewers, that what is in fact a frontoparallel cylinder is slanted away in depth, so that one end appears closer than the other. Preferential reaching was recorded in both monocular and binocular conditions. More reaching to the apparently closer end in the monocular than in the binocular condition is evidence of sensitivity. Infants aged 7 months responded to surface contour information, but infants aged 5 and 5 months did not. In a control study, twenty 5-month-old infants reached consistently for the closer ends of cylinders that were actually rotated in depth. As findings with other static-monocular depth information suggest, infants' sensitivity to surface contour information appears to develop at approximately 6 months.

The boundary-value problems considered are of the Dirichlet-Neumann type. The method now given for obtaining pointwise bounds of the solution and its derivatives is a compromise between the methods of Diaz and Greenberg on the one hand and Maple and Synge on the other; it appears to be simpler than either. The solution having been located on a hypercircle in function space, the pointwise bounds are obtained by taking the scalar product of the solution by certain vectors (Green’s vectors). Divergence of integrals due to the poles of the Green functions is avoided by the use of regular functions matching the Green functions on the boundary (Diaz-Greenberg device) instead of by cutting out spheres from the domain (Maple-Synge device).

The authors investigated how changes in action capabilities affect estimation of affordances for another actor. Observers estimated maximum jumping-reach height for themselves and another actor. Half of the observers wore ankle weights that reduced their jumping ability. The ankle weights reduced estimates of maximum jumping-reach height that observers made for themselves and for the other actor, but only after observers had the opportunity to walk while wearing the weights. Changes in estimates closely matched changes in actual jumping-reach ability. Results confirm and extend recent investigations that indicate that perception of the spatial layout of surfaces in the environment is scaled to an observer's capacity to act, and they link that approach to another embodied cognition perspective that posits a link between one's own action capabilities and perception of the actions of other agents.

We define two sequential transforms on a function spaceCa,b[0,T]induced by generalized Brownian motion process. We then establish the existence of the sequential transforms for functionals in a Banach algebra of functionals onCa,b[0,T]. We also establish that any one of these transforms acts like an inverse transform of the other transform. Finally, we give some remarks about certain relations between our sequential transforms and other well-known transforms onCa,b[0,T].

ABSTRACTThe development of the industrial center area is one of the efforts to build a local economythat aims to construct commodity-based production of the village that is owned by the localcommunity. Community Service (PKM) is carried out in Kadubungbang-PandeglangVillage. PKM is done to assist in the empowerment of typical Pandeglang culinary businessin the home industry "Apem Bohay Barokah". The current problem is not yet maximized inapem marketing (in terms of packaging and sales that are still sold around the village).Marketing is assisted on the packaging side with contemporary packaging designs andmaking posters to be better known and known to the general public. PKM was accepted byApem Bohay Pandeglang's business. Marketing is not only done in terms of packagingproducts and banners but also assisted in terms of digitizing one of them with the androidapplication. It is hoped that this empowerment can be better known by the Pandeglangcommunity as well as expanding and establishing sustainable partnerships. Introduction. The images of holy warriors were extremely popular in the art of Byzantium and the countries of the Byzantine cultural circle of the 11th – 14th centuries. They are known for numerous images in iconography, monumental painting, applied art. They are numerous in sphragistics. The image of a warrior horseman best known for the early 13th century monuments is the rarest and most recent formation. Introducing new sigilographic monuments into the scientific circulation and determining the time of appearance of this iconographic type on their basis are among the main goals of the proposed research. Methods. The methodological basis of the study is an interdisciplinary integrated approach that involves using methods of the comparative analysis of sfragistics, numismatic and other categories of monuments. Analysis. Two seals are kept in the State Hermitage Museum collection. Both sides of the first seal (M-12374) have the depiction of Saint Demetrios of Thessaloniki as a horseman triumphant. On the left, under the cloak, there is the inscription ΟΔΗ. that, apparently, can be revealed as Ὁ (ἅγιος) Δη(μήτριος). On the other side of the seal there is a full-length image of Saint Stephanos with a censer and pyxis in his hands. On the front side of the second seal (M-3751) there is the same image of Saint Demetrios of Thessaloniki with a similar inscription. On the reverse side of the seal there is the inscription “Defender, look at me, your slave Christopher”. Results. The images of Saint Demetrios of Thessaloniki on both seals are almost identical, which implies the existence of a common prototype, most likely an honored icon. We can assume that it was in Thessaloniki in the Basilica of Saint Demetrios. Probably, the image of the warrior triumphant is the latest version of the iconography of saint warrior and it is known for the few monuments of the late 11th – 12th centuries. As a result, both seals can be dated to the same time.
