Customer loyalty is customer loyalty to companies, brands and products, where this loyalty is influenced by various factors such as marketing mix, product, price, location and promotion and influenced by brand image as a moderating variable. This study aims to explain the effect of product, price, location and promotion on Zoya customer loyalty with brand image as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research  and the method to determine the sample is the Lemeshow formula with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data is obtained by distributing questionnaires that have been structured to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is the MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis). The results showed that as partially the product had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty by 22.3%, the price had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty by 35.7%, the location did not affect customer loyalty and promotion had a positive effect and significant to customer loyalty of 21.1%. The prices, locations and promotions simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. And products, prices, locations and promotions have a positive effect on customer loyalty by moderating the brand image in Zoya Medan Branch.

The main key to the success of a business or company is none other than customer loyalty. So, the increase in customer loyalty needs to be considered. However, it is necessary to understand in advance what factors can affect the increase in customer loyalty. Customer loyalty can be influenced by several factors, including brand image, product quality, and customer satisfaction. In this research, we will discuss the influence of brand image and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable for Shell fuel customers in Jakarta. Sampling using non-probability sampling with a purposive method to obtain appropriate characteristics for researchers. Respondents were 200 Shell fuel customers aged 17 - 50 years and over. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling. The results of this study indicate that brand image and product quality have a positive effect on customer loyalty. For the variable customer satisfaction, it can partially mediate brand image and product quality towards customer loyalty. Kunci utama dari kesuksesan suatu bisnis atau perusahaan tidak lain adalah kesetiaan daripada pelanggan. Maka, peningkatan terhadap kesetiaan pelanggan perlu untuk diperhatikan. Namun, perlu dipahami terlebih dahulu faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi peningkatkan kesetiaan pelanggan tersebut. Customer loyalty dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain seperti brand image, product quality, dan customer satisfaction. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai pengaruh pengaruh dari brand image dan product quality terhadap customer loyalty melalui customer satisfaction sebagai varibel mediasi pada konsumen BBM Merk Shell di Jakarta. Pengambilan sample menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive untuk mendapatkan karakterisik yang sesuai bagi peneliti. Responden merupakan pelanggan BBM Merk Shell berusia 17 – 50 tahun ke atas sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik analisa data menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa brand image dan product quality berpengaruh secara positif terhadap customer loyalty. Untuk variabel customer satisfaction dapat memediasi secara parsial brand image dan product quality terhadap customer loyalty.

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of solvency on stock returns by using EPS as a moderating variable in the Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The research observation data were 36 companies. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study prove that solvency has a not significant positive effect on stock returns and EPS reinforces the effect of solvency on stock returns. The smaller the level of solvability, the smaller the risk obtained. Keywords—: Solvability; Returns; EPS.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

<p>This research aims to find the effect of produck knowledge, brand image, brand ambassador against purchasing decisions top white coffie products in students of the faculy of economics and Islamic busines (FEBI) IAIN Kudus 2016-2017. Many factors motivate consumers to make purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions are consumer behavior in deciding whether to buy a product or not. Usually consuimers will consider before going to decide on a purchase a product that will buy. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this study amounted to 1.091 Student. While the sample used 92 student. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge has an effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects purchasing decisions and brand ambassador influences decision making. And together Product Knowledge, Brand Image, Brand Ambassador influence purchasing decisions.</p>

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

This research is a quantitative research and the sample consist of 142 students Accounting Department of State Polytechnic Malang. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear  regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed gender, age, and GPA significant and positive effect on financial literacy.

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.
