One of the main branches of agriculture in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is productive horse breeding. In this regard, we can use the valuable raw materials that the horse gives due to its high adaptability to local conditions. The development of productive horse breeding in particular dairy horse breeding under the conditions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) would allow providing the population with natural, dietary food and more efficient use of land resources. The purpose of the work is to study the effect of zeolite and zeolite-sapropel feed additives in the ration of mares of Megezhek breed on the milk productivity and quality of kumiss under the conditions of Central Yakutia. Two scientific and economic experiments have been carried out where the influence of zeolite from the Suntar deposit (experiment 1) and zeolite-sapropel feed additives (experiment 2) on the milk productivity and physiological parameters of mares of Megezhek breed has been studied. The optimal doses of the effect of zeolite and zeolite-sapropel feed additives on the profi tability of kumiss production have been determined. It has been found in the first scientific and economic experiment that when adding 0,4 g of zeolite per 1 kg of live weight to the daily ration of lactating mares the level of profi tability of milk production increased to 20,4 %, and when adding 0,5 g per 1 kg of live weight the profi tability index increased to 21,5 %, compared to 13,7 % in the control group. In the second scientific and economic experiment the infl uence of the zeolite-sapropel feed additive on the intensity of digestion and assimilation of nutrients in the mares’ rations has been determined. The analysis of the experimental data indicates a high economic efficiency of using zeolite-sapropel feed additive in the 2nd and 3rd experimental groups of mares, where the level of profi tability of production was equal to 27,34 and 32,33 %, respectively, compared to 16,09 % in the control group.

This article discusses one of the most pressing issues in the poultry industry, namely feeding using unconventional feed additives. The author describes the results of studies on the introduction into the diet of laying hens dietary supplement of waste beekeeping. The lyophilized drone homogenate previously not used in the feeding of laying hens, so the aim of our work was to study the influence of additives on the poultry body and its productive quality. After analyzing the productive qualities of the birds, the author pays attention to the positive trends in key indicators in the experimental groups. The additive also positive effected on the ratio of the quality classes of eggs. The feed consumption decreased and the thickness of the shell increased. The analysis of morphological and biochemical blood indices showed compliance. Based on this analysis, the author concludes the positive effect of the lyophilized drone homogenate on productive qualities of laying hens and on further opportunities to continue research on the use of LDH in poultry rations.

The article presents the data of production testing on young pigs on fattening when fed as part of a feed mixture of the best dosage of a serum-mineral-vitamin supplement in the amount of 30 g per day per head. The daily increase during the study period was 531 g in the control group and 548 g in the experimental group, or 3.2% more. The exchange energy costs per 1 kg of gain were 10.4% lower in the experimental group compared to the control group animals. The level of profitability of pork production was 1.6% higher in the experimental group.

Abstract The production approbation of silos prepared from legume-cereal grass mixtures with the use of an unconventional feed crop – eastern goat and preserved with Biosib biopreparation in experimental versions was carried out. The chemical composition and nutritional value of feed were determined, the structure of feeding rations was calculated, the dose of the energy feed additive was determined. In the balance experiment, the digestibility of the main nutrients of feed was calculated, the hematology of blood was studied. The productivity, costs of concentrated feed and energy for the production of 1 kg of milk are estimated, the main physical, chemical and technological properties of milk from the point of view of butter production are studied, the economic efficiency of using silos in the feeding rations of dairy cows is established.

Relevance. The article presents data on the influence of unconventional feed additives of the Suntar zeolite on growth and development, physiological parameters, as well as meat productivity of fattening pigs in Yakutia.Methods. For the experiments, 3 groups of animals were formed with 15 animals each. The rations of the experimental animals were identical, except for additional feeding of unconventional feed additives in the experimental groups.Results. The use of Suntar zeolite in experimental groups of pigs allowed to improve the growth and development of animals by 3.02% and 6.68%, respectively. At the same time, in terms of average daily growth, the control group of pigs yielded to experimental groups of animals by 7.42% and 15.17%. During the experiments, a difference was found in the indices of the morphological composition of fattening young pigs. The control group of young animals by the number of red blood cells yielded to experimental groups of pigs by 2.00% and 4.00%. By the number of leukocytes, the control group of the group lost 1.02% and 1.16% to the experimental groups of animals. At the end of the experiment, a control slaughter of animals was carried out. Qualitative differences were established between the superiority of the experimental groups over the control group in terms of carcass weight by 5.25% and 1.98%, by internal fat yield by 0.71% and 0.64%, slaughter yield by 0.71% and 0.64 %, according to the meat content by 0.9% and 2.97%, as well as the share of fat 0.54% and 0.74%. Thus, the use of unconventional feed additives of the Suntar zeolite in the fattening of young pigs has shown effectiveness.

Background: Commercial broiler is a rapidly growing sector in Bangladesh. The broilers are supplied with the balanced ration prepared from a number of ingredients which are not available uniformly throughout the years. On the other hands, manufactured feeds are costly and inconvenient for the rural farmers. This study is undertaken to use unconventional feed ingredients aiming to decrease the broiler production cost. Method: A total of ninety-nine day- old broiler chicks (Hubbard) of either sex were used in this study in 3 treatment groups to assess processed unconventional feed item (shoti, blood meal, poultry dropping and molasses) on growth and profitability upon rearing for 60 days. Broilers were reared in dip litter system and were fed ad libitum on conventional and unconventional diet dividing into 3 treatment diets namely, treatment diet 1 (T1: Conventional as control), treatment diet 2 (T2: unconventional with blood meal and shoti), and treatment diet 3 (T3: unconventional with blood meal, shoti, poultry droppings and molasses) throughout the trial period. Treatment group 1 (T1) was used as control. Results: Broilers fed on control diet (conventional feed) achieved higher (P<0.01) body weight, while the broilers offered diets with the highest amount of unconventional feed had the lowest body weight. Increased (P<0.01) feed intake was observed during 21days and 49 days of age when broilers fed diets with the supplementation, but no significant differences were found among the groups in terms of feed consumption during 33 day of age. FCR differed significantly (P<.01) throughout the trial period with the broilers fed diets without supplementation of unconventional feed item had the superior FCR than the others. Mortality rate was 6.06%,9.09%, and 9.09% in treatment group I, treatment group II, and treatment group III respectively while live weights, feed conversion and feed consumption was unaffected by all the dietary groups with/without incorporation of unconventional feed item up to day 60 days of age. Statistically significant (P<0.01) decreased live weight was observed among the treatment groups in 60-day-old birds. Productivity and cost-benefit analysis were performed. Conclusion: Use of unconventional feed ingredients in broiler production greatly reduces the feed cost with little hampering the growth rate and hence, it is profitable for the farmers.
