This study aims to find the implementation of organizational culture, in this case the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Buleleng based on Hindu values. The research method used was qualitative with the location of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. The implementation of organizational culture in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency especially in the Head of the Hindu Religion Affairs is inseparable from the role of the socialization of socio-cultural values themselves, both government leaders, traditional leaders, or family leaders. Theoretically, the process of institutionalizing values to society goes through several stages, including the stages known, understood, obeyed, and valued.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the morphology of folklore based on Vladimir Propp's theory and method of researching Narratology structure including the structure of the actor's action function, the function in the action environment, and the scheme. This research method is descriptive qualitative and the method developed by Vladimir Propp. The object of research is the Batu Naga Lampung folklore. The technique of data collection is done by the documentation technique through a literature study. Data analysis techniques use the flow method that is data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study found there are 26 functions of the perpetrators' actions that are distributed into 6 action environments.

Ethnomatematics is mathematics that is contained in culture. The purpose of this research is to examine the material of the sadulur batik lebak banten motif through aspects of halal products. The research method used is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. The data collection techniques used are literature study, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checks were carried out by extending observations, increasing persistence, using reference materials. The result of this research is that in the batik sadulur motif of lebak banten, there is a halal aspect of the material used in the form of batik cloth, the equipment used such as cloth, chanting and coloring.

This research examines the application of customary law as a solution to conflicts between villages in Dolo District, Sigi Regency. This research focuses on solving problems about how to apply customary law as a solution to conflicts between villages in Dolo District. This research method uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews or interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, data verification. Then check the validity of the data. What is found in this research is that the solution to prevent conflict in society must involve the roles of all elements, not only the Dolo District government, but the community itself, especially the facilitators, because the progress of an area cannot be separated from the participation of the youth in the area itself. Apart from that, there are obstacles to implementing customary law as a solution to conflicts between villages and what methods or approaches are used in implementing customary law. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penerapan hukum adat sebagai solusi konflik antar kampung di Kecamatan Dolo, Kabupaten Sigi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tentang bagaimana penerapan hukum adat sebagai solusi konflik antar kampung di Kecamatan Dolo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview atau wawancara dan dokumentasi, teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data.kemudian melakukan pengecekan keabsahan data. Adapun yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah solusi untuk mencegah terjadinya konflik di masyarakat harus dilibatkan peran dari semua elemen, bukan hanya pemerintah Kecamatan Dolo, tetepi masyarakat sendiri, khususnya pemudah, karenan kemajuan suatu daerah tidak lepas peran serta dari pemuda yang ada diderah itu sendiri. Selain itu, kendala-kendala penerapan hukum adat sebagai solusi konflik antar kampung.serta metode atau pendekatan apa yang digunakan dalam menerapkan hukum adat.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural values in the ritual of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata as part of the Toraja indigenous people life. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Meanwhile, the respondents involved in this study include culturist, linguists, and the Toraja community. The research instruments used in this study were document files, interviews with the subjects, and observations using a video recorder that recorded the ritual process of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata. The data analysis technique in this study includes three main steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the cultural values contained in the rituals of the Bulang Londong Sembangan Suke Barata were 'Manuk' which symbolized the value of the work ethic, 'Ussembang Suke Barata' which represented the religious value of bamboo slashed by 'Mina', and 'Kayunan Londong' which personifies the leader's patriotic value.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki nilai-nilai budaya dari ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata dari masyarakat adat Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah budayawan, ahli bahasa, dan komunitas Toraja. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah file dokumen, wawancara dengan subjek, dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan perekam video pada ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata. Teknik analisis data mencakup tiga langkah utama, pengurangan data, presentasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata adalah manuk yang melambangkan nilai etos kerja, ussembang suke barata yang mewakili nilai religius bambu yang ditebas oleh mina, dan kayunan londong sebagai personifikasi nilai patriotik pemimpin.

The Arab Spring

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships. The objectives of this study are: (1) thematic learning planning in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan, (2) implementation of thematic learning in improving children's cognitive and language development in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan, (3) evaluation of thematic learning in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan , and (4) supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of thematic learning in Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. This research method is qualitative conducted at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. Instrument data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research findings show: (1) Thematic learning planning conducted by Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan teacher by preparing the learning implementation plan at the beginning of the semester by referring to the applicable Raudhatul Atfhal curriculum, (2) implementing thematic learning at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah The terrain is done with varied learning methods by using various kinds of games such as remembering names, achievement games, motion games, construction games and also playing roles, (3) evaluation of learning on thematic learning at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan by giving a portfolio, in this case evaluated changes in behavior, children can also experience cognitive and language improvement after participating in the thematic learning process, and (4) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of thematic learning but the obstacles can still be well addressed.

The research objective is to explain the people's motivation in choosing gold pawn financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri Curup Branch Office. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects as staff and bank employees as well as bank customers. The results of the customer research have the motivation to choose Bank Syariah Mandiri Curup Branch because it is labeled syari'ah. Gold pawning product consumers have become a fast alternative to making ends meet. Conventional bank financing is different from syari'ah banks. They can feel this with light installments every month. This study aims to describe the understanding of the concept of multiple event opportunities through the Discovery Learning model assisted by the dice props in class XII at SMA N 1 Ampek Angkek, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. This research is a collaborative classroom action research where researchers are teachers and friends who collaborate in conducting research. The subjects of this study were students of class XII MIPA 5 of SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek, Agam Regency, West Sumatra, TP 2019/2020 in the even semester. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing, while the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques. This study uses two cycles, where each cycle consists of two meetings. The results of this study indicate an increase in understanding the concept of multiple event opportunities by using the Discovery Learning model assisted by dice props.
