AbstractThis study aims to analyze multiculturalism in Indonesia in terms of the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work.This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach, which describes multiculturalism in Indonesia as seen from the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work. The data source used in this study is literature related to multiculturalism in Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification.The research results point to multiculturalism as an approach and as a National Policy. As stated above, multiculturalism is an ideological way out of the problem of the decline in the forces of integration and awareness of nationalism of a nation as a result of changes at the global level. The purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural values in the ritual of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata as part of the Toraja indigenous people life. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Meanwhile, the respondents involved in this study include culturist, linguists, and the Toraja community. The research instruments used in this study were document files, interviews with the subjects, and observations using a video recorder that recorded the ritual process of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata. The data analysis technique in this study includes three main steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the cultural values contained in the rituals of the Bulang Londong Sembangan Suke Barata were 'Manuk' which symbolized the value of the work ethic, 'Ussembang Suke Barata' which represented the religious value of bamboo slashed by 'Mina', and 'Kayunan Londong' which personifies the leader's patriotic value.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki nilai-nilai budaya dari ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata dari masyarakat adat Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah budayawan, ahli bahasa, dan komunitas Toraja. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah file dokumen, wawancara dengan subjek, dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan perekam video pada ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata. Teknik analisis data mencakup tiga langkah utama, pengurangan data, presentasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata adalah manuk yang melambangkan nilai etos kerja, ussembang suke barata yang mewakili nilai religius bambu yang ditebas oleh mina, dan kayunan londong sebagai personifikasi nilai patriotik pemimpin.

The purpose of this study was to describe the opportunities for sharia tourism in Pringsewu Regency by referring to the Law and Fatwa of the National Sharia Council. The research method used is empirical legal research which aims to support the development of legal science, especially sharia law related to halal tourism. Data is collected through documented observation. Examination of the validity of the data by using data source triangulation techniques is done by comparing the results of observational data with the results of related documents, and data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study concluded, 1) sharia tourism is very possible to be developed in Lampung Province, because formal juridical is not at all contradictory and Law No.33 of 2013 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products; 2) also does not contradict the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council No.108 / DSN-MUI / X / 2016 towards the development of sharia tourism.

This study aims to find the implementation of organizational culture, in this case the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Buleleng based on Hindu values. The research method used was qualitative with the location of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. The implementation of organizational culture in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency especially in the Head of the Hindu Religion Affairs is inseparable from the role of the socialization of socio-cultural values themselves, both government leaders, traditional leaders, or family leaders. Theoretically, the process of institutionalizing values to society goes through several stages, including the stages known, understood, obeyed, and valued.

This researh is about the implementation of extracurricular activities (ikrohist) for guide students’ attitude in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar. This research method is a qualitative research using of normative theology, pedagogic, physicologic, and sociologic. The research instruments used interview, observation, and documentation. Informant consisted of principal, refresentative of the school, and teachers. Data collection was done by observation, interview and documentation techniques.  Data analysis by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and data verification.  The result of this research, there are: 1) Students’ attitudes in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar, after joining the extracurricular activities showed good attitudes. 2) Students’ Attitudes in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar based on the observation and interview that give awardness, discipline, extracurricular activities (Ikrohist) in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar consisted of three parts, they are dayly/weekly activities, monthly activities and annual activities.

This study aims to analyze online based integrated social studies learning. This research method uses qualitative methods, namely research conducted by taking data sources using descriptive analysis. The location of this research is at SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation. This study uses data analysis with the Miles and Huberman model, namely through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The triangulation technique used is data source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of online learning at SMP Negeri 35 Bandar Lampung. Online learning of teachers and students using the Whatsapp and Google Classroom applications has been carried out well.

The study was descriptive qualitative research. A novel of Pulang was a data source of the research; utterance which contained the forms of imperative pragmatics and the meaning of imperative pragmatics was the data. Data were collected by employing documentation, reading, and not-taking technique. Data analysis techniques were conducted through several steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and verification of the results of the study. The results of the study reveal that the forms of imperative pragmatics discovered in a novel of Pulang by Tere Liye were three forms, namely the form of imperative pragmatics of statement, question, and hope. The meaning of imperative pragmatics were thirteen meanings, namely imperative pragmatics of command, asking, request, insistence, persuasion, appeal, granting, solicitation, asking permission, permit, invite, hope, suggestion. Based on the findings of utterance in the forms of imperative pragmatics and the meaning of imperative pragmatic, the researcher discovered messages delivered by the writer both in the social message and religious message. One of the social messages discovered by the researcher was an attitude of respecting each other revealed through utterances with the meaning of imperative pragmatics of asking permission.

The Village

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the village movement program (Gerdema) in the Village Island Cow District Mentarang Malinau District. This research method using explorative method with inductive approach. To obtain data of the researcher using data source in the form of person, place, and paper. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews, and documentation. To answer and express the problems to the phenomenon that occurs the researcher uses data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the research shows that the implementation of Gerdema program in Cow Village Village of Mentarang Sub-district is not yet fully effective. It can be seen from the effectiveness indicator that is obtained by the researcher that is the success of the program, the success of the target, the satisfaction of the program, the level of input and output, and the achievement of the objective still not enough. Kerupuk Mie merek “Kembang Matahari” adalah salah satu produk unggulan daerah di Kabupaten Bogor yang berdiri sejak tahun 1977. Pemasaran yang kurang maksimal membuat Kerupuk Mie “Kembang Matahari” banyak ditiru, dan akhirnya menurunkan penjualannya. Perusahaan Kerupuk Mie “Kembang Matahari” harus bekerja keras untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Dalam hal ini, salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan adalah dengan membuat desain logo yang menarik. Dan perusahaan Kerupuk Mie “Kembang Matahari” harus semaksimal mungkin untuk membentuk sebuah identitas yang kuat pada desain kemasan. Dengan adanya identitas yang kuat tersebut, sebuah perusahaan akan menjadi lebih dikenal oleh konsumen. Tujuan dari perancangan desain kemasan Kerupuk Mie”Kembang Matahari” adalah untuk menghasilkan desain kemasan dan logo Kerupuk Mie “Kembang Matahari”. Perancangan akan dilaksanakan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif secara deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi literature dan studi kompetitor untuk mendapatkan data sebagai konsep perancangan desain kemasan Kerupuk Mie “Kembang Matahari”. Analisis data dengan menggunakan beberapa tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Setelah menganalisis data, ditemukan sebuah kata kunci “Asli” untuk perancangan desain logo . Konsep “Asli” dalam perancangan desain logo ini bermakna sesuatu yang bisa dipercaya. Hasil dari perancangan desain logo ini adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan citra dari logo Kerupuk Mie “Kembang Matahari”. The "Kembang Matahari" brand of Noodle Crackers is one of many flagship regional products in Bogor Regency which was established in 1977. Inadequate marketing of "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Crackers opened doors for imitation products, and ultimately reduced sales. "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Crackers Company must work hard to increase sales turnover. In this case, one of the efforts to increase sales turnover is by coming up with an attractive logo design and "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Crackers company must do its best to form a strong identity on packaging design. With this strong identity, the company will become better known by consumers. The purpose of designing "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Crackers packaging design is to produce both the "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Crackers packaging and logo design. The design will be carried out using descriptive qualitative research method by conducting observations, interviews, documentation, literature studies and competitor studies to obtain data as a design concept for the "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Crackers packaging design. Data analysis was conducted through several stages, from data reduction, data presentation, to verification of conclusions. After analyzing the data, the keyword "Original" was used for designing the logo. The concept of "Original" in the design of this logo means that it can be trusted. The result of this logo design is an effort to improve the image of the "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Cracker logo.

This study aims to describe the fuction of extracurricular art of dance for students of SD Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Type of qualitative research and descriptive naturalistic research method.the subject of this research is the extracurricular coach of dance art and the student of extracurricular activities of dance art. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (data display), data verification(coclusion drawing/verification) and withdrawal of conclusion (verification data). Testing the validity of the data using persistence of observation, membercheck and triangulation. The result of the research show the extracurricular function of dance which includes 1) development fuction, 2) sosialfuction, 3) rekreativefuction, the three fuctions have been done, but there are some indicators in the function of extracurricular art of dance that has not been done, that is development function in indicator the formation in indicator the formation of the character of discipline. In this indicator the formation of the character of students who follow extracurricular activities of dance art came too late because before the extracurricularschedule of dance art there are students who are still in the canteen and rest. Therefore, there should be a break between classroom hygiene activities and extracurricular activities of dance, so that the indicators of character building discipline are done.

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the regeneration of endek weaving craftsmen in Klungkung, Bali. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research location is in Klungkung, Bali. The technique of collecting data through interviews was conducted on four groups of informants, namely business owners, craftsmen, children of craftsmen, and community leaders. The data analysis technique used is the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that regeneration attempts have not yet been successful due to several factors, including: 1) the younger generation’s lack of interest in weaving, 2) the number of promising job alternatives, and 3) the lack of love and pride in the younger generation for endek woven fabric products. The regeneration process functions through outreach carried out by networks of family, friends, and neighbors.Keywords: regeneration, socialization, weaving Mengungkap Regenerasi Pengrajin Tenun Endek di BaliAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui regenerasi pengrajin tenun endek di Klungkung, Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Klungkung, Bali. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dilakukan terhadap empat kelompok informan yaitu pemilik usaha, pengrajin, anak pengrajin, dan tokoh masyarakat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yaitu: reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya regenerasi belum berhasil karena beberapa faktor, antara lain: 1) kurangnya minat generasi muda dalam menenun, 2) banyaknya alternatif pekerjaan yang menjanjikan, dan 3) kurangnya rasa cinta dan bangga pada yang lebih muda. generasi untuk produk kain tenun endek. Proses regenerasi berfungsi melalui sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh jaringan keluarga, teman, dan tetangga. Kata kunci: regenerasi, sosialisasi, tenun
