It is fixed the background meaning of heavy metals on the conditionally clean territories and it is ascertained the level of contamination by them the urboecosystem in Kovel. It is proved essential changes the agrochemical indexes of municipal soils. It is carried out correlation and cluster analyses between agrochemical indexes and heavy metals in the background areas and the urboecosystem in Kovel. Modern statistics is equipped with the methods of formalization (mea­surement) of the objects of different nature. This concerns in particular texts of the so called natural language. This article provides analysis (conducted by means of statistical methods) of the election programmes’ texts of the can­didates for Ukraine’s Presidency in the 2019 election. With the method of multidimensional scaling, the data set was created that consists of two nu­merical characteristics that describe the peculiarities of the reviewed pro­grammes’ texts. With the correlation analysis, the correlation was estab­lished between the texts of the candidates’ election programmes and the offi­cial results of the first round of the election, as well as the results of the na­tionwide exit poll. By applying the Ward’s method cluster analysis, the four groups of the candidates for Ukraine’s Presidency were outlined. Also, the peculiarities of the groups’ programmes texts were identified, as well as the key words clouds were created for quick apprehension of the most frequently used words and their distribution according to popularity. Data preparation and all statistical calculations were performed with the help of the statistical calculation environment R.

The current study is the first to explore the relationships between managerial humor and workplace facets using cluster analysis. Two-hundred and two employed adults rated their managers’ humor and workplace facets online. K-means cluster analyses identified three managerial humor clusters, mostly replicating those found in the existing literature. A significant pattern of differences in stress, communication, creativity, perceptions of leader power, and job satisfaction were found between the clusters. Findings suggest negative humor use is most likely to be damaging to organizations when not used alongside positive humor types, and it is not merely the frequency with which a manager uses an individual humor type, but the holistic view of their humor, which is of importance in gauging valence of organizational facets. Using cluster analysis was beneficial in challenging assumptions from the existing literature, further contextualizing our understanding of humor and reinforcing the importance of humor use in the workplace.

From the data on the structural heterogeneity of indicator plants (Berteroa incana (L.) DC., Plantago major L., Reseda lutea L., Echium vulgare L., and Capsella bursa-pastoris (L.) Medik.) under unfavorable environmental conditions of Donbass selected their most informative characteristics for a general assessment of the level of anthropogenic load on local ecotopes. Empirical criteria were calculated as a result of correlation analysis between data sets on the content of heavy metals in soil samples and the values of phytoindication indices.

Logam berat Fe merupakan logam berat essensial yang keberadaannya dalam jumlah tertentu sangat dibutuhkan oleh organisme hidup, namun dalam jumlah yang berlebih dapat menimbulkan efek racun.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kandungan dan tingkat pencemaran logam berat Fe pada air, sedimen, dan kerang hijau (Perna viridis) di perairan Tanjung Emas Semarang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 November dan 7 Desember 2013 dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Logam berat Fe dalam sampel air, sedimen dan kerang hijau dianalisis di Laboratorium Balai Besar Teknologi Pencegahan Pencemaran Industri (BTPPI) Semarang dengan menggunakan metode AAS (AtomicAbsorption Spectrophotometry). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perairan Tanjung Emas masih dalam taraf terkontaminasi logam Fe. Sedangkan pada sedimen dan pada kerang hijau (Perna viridis) sudah terindikasi tercemar logam Fe.Meskipun demikian variasi faktor lingkungan seperti suhu, salinitas, pH, kecepatan arus dan jenis sedimen juga memberikan kontribusi yang cukup penting terhadap kandungan logam Fe.Kata Kunci: logam Fe, Air, Sedimen, Perna viridis, metode AAS Heavy metalsiron(Fe) is anessentialheavy metalswhose presencein a certain amountis neededby living organisms, but inexcessiveamountscan causetoxic effects.The aims of the research is to analyze the heavy metals coccentration and the pollution level of Fe in water, sediment, and green mussels (Perna viridis) at Tanjung Emas Semarang. The results showed that the waters of the Tanjung Emas is still in the stage of heavy metals contaminated iron (Fe). Sediment and green mussels (Perna viridis)already indicated heavy metal contaminatediron. Abstrak:Komunitas mangrove di kawasan Sekotong Lombok Barat telah diteliti untuk mengetahui komposisi spesies, kerapatan  individu setiap spesies,dan  persentase tutupannya. Total sebanyak 28 plot (kudrat) berukuran 10m x 10m dibuat pada 9 transek di lima stasiun. Foto tutupan kanopi mangrove dan parameter komposisi komunitas dianalisis menggunakan software ImageJ dan template spreadsheet. Data kerapatan pohon dan persentase tutupan mangrove dianalisis dengan ANOVA. Persentase kesamaan antara stasiun menggunakan Biodiversity Program Version 2 berdasarkan the Bray Curtis Cluster Analysis. Komunitas mangrove di Kecamatan Sekotong Lombok Barat teridenfikasi 8 spesies, meliputi 5 genus, dan 4 famili. Rhizophora apiculata tersebar disemua transek penelitian. Transek SKTM02B memiliki kerapatan pohon tertinggi sebesar 2800 pohon/ha. Tiga transek dengan persentase tutupan tertinggi berturut-turut SKTM04T, SKTM04, dan SKTM01A. Persentase kesamaan antar stasiun sangat tinggi mencapai 82,503 –  95,423%. Persentase kesamaan tertinggi (95,423%) terjadi antara stasium SKTM04 dan SKTM05. Kata kunci : mangrove, Sekotong, komposisi spesies, kerapatan, dan persentase tutupan Abstract: Community of mangrove in the area of Sekotong West Lombok has been researched to know the species composition,  individual density of each species, and percentage covering. Total number of 28 plots of 10 m x 10 m in size were set in 9 transects in 5 station. Photographs mangrove canopy covering and parameter of mangrove community composition were analyzed by using the software ImageJ and  template spreadsheet. ANOVA was applied for analyzing the data of mangrove  tree density and percentage covering. The Bray Curtis Cluster Analysis. using Biodiversity Program Version 2 was also used for analyzing the percentage similarity among station. The community of mangrove of Sekotong West Lombok consists of 8 species, 5 genera, dan 4 family. Rhizophora apiculata was recorded in all transects. The highest density (2800 trees/ha) of mangrove was recorde in ransect SKTM02B.. The three transects with the highest percentage covering were SKTM04T, SKTM04, dan SKTM01A, respectively. Percentages similarity among station were very high (82,503%  –  95,423%). SKTM04 and SKTM05 were the two station with  the highest percentage similarity (95,423%). Key words : mangrove, Sekotong, species composition, density, and percentage covering

Objective: Since only 30% or fewer of individuals at clinical high risk convert to psychosis within 2 years, efforts are underway to refine risk identification strategies to increase their predictive power. The clinical high risk is a heterogeneous syndrome presenting with highly variable clinical symptoms and cognitive dysfunctions. This study investigated whether subtypes defined by baseline clinical and cognitive features improve the prediction of psychosis. Method: Four hundred clinical high-risk subjects from the ongoing ShangHai At Risk for Psychosis program were enrolled in a prospective cohort study. Canonical correlation analysis was applied to 289 clinical high-risk subjects with completed Structured Interview for Prodromal Syndromes and cognitive battery tests at baseline, and at least 1-year follow-up. Canonical variates were generated by canonical correlation analysis and then used for hierarchical cluster analysis to produce subtypes. Kaplan–Meier survival curves were constructed from the three subtypes to test their utility further in predicting psychosis. Results: Canonical correlation analysis determined two linear combinations: (1) negative symptom and functional deterioration-related cognitive features, and (2) Positive symptoms and emotional disorganization-related cognitive features. Cluster analysis revealed three subtypes defined by distinct and relatively homogeneous patterns along two dimensions, comprising 14.2% (subtype 1, n = 41), 37.4% (subtype 2, n = 108) and 48.4% (subtype 3, n = 140) of the sample, and each with distinctive features of clinical and cognitive performance. Those with subtype 1, which is characterized by extensive negative symptoms and cognitive deficits, appear to have the highest risk for psychosis. The conversion risk for subtypes 1–3 are 39.0%, 11.1% and 18.6%, respectively. Conclusion: Our results define important subtypes within clinical high-risk syndromes that highlight clinical symptoms and cognitive features that transcend current diagnostic boundaries. The three different subtypes reflect significant differences in clinical and cognitive characteristics as well as in the risk of conversion to psychosis.

Genetic diversity in 31 potato genotypes (parents and their hybrid progenies) was determined using multivariate analysis. Cluster analysis revealed that the parents and their hybrid progenies could be grouped into five different clusters. The maximum number of genotypes were included in clusters II and V. Cluster V had maximum and cluster I had minimum intra-cluster distance. Cluster mean showed wide range of variation for several characters among single as well as multi-genotypic clusters. To explore the effects of different ways of treating missing data on the results of cluster analysis, six cluster analyses were calculated varying the total amount of missing data per participant and the way in which the missing data were treated. Variations in the amount of missing data (10%, 25%, and 50%) made little difference in the cluster structure, although there were some inversions of the order in which dimensions appeared. Variations in treatment of missing data (pairwise deletion versus conversions of blanks to zeros) also made little difference, although the appearance of one dimension among only those methods which converted blanks to zeros implies that treating blanks as missing may discard meaningful variance.

This study investigates the level of wastewater pollution by analyzing its chemical characteristics at five wastewater collectors. Samples are collected before they discharge into the Danube during a monitoring campaign of two weeks. Organic and inorganic compounds, heavy metals, and biogenic compounds have been analyzed using potentiometric and spectrophotometric methods. Experimental results show that the quality of wastewater varies from site to site and it greatly depends on the origin of the wastewater. Correlation analysis was used in order to identify possible relationships between concentrations of various analyzed parameters, which could be used in selecting the appropriate method for wastewater treatment to be implemented at wastewater plants.
