Abstract                This study aims to determine the correlation between social support and emotional intelligence with resilience to flood victims. Retrieval of data in this study uses a scale of resilience, scale of support, and emotional intelligence distributed to 100 research subjects, namely flood victims in Dalpenang Sampang village using purposive sampling technique. The results of the analysis of research data using multiple regression analysis shows that there is a positive relationship between social support and emotional intelligence with resilience which is shown by the F number regression = 103.783 with p = 0.000 (p <0.001). Variables of social support and emotional intelligence simultaneously and very significantly correlate with resilience. Partially found the value of t regression between social support and resilience = 10.410, and partial r = 0.726, p = 0.00 (p <0.05), this means there is a positive and significant relationship between social support and resilience. The partial test also found t regression between emotional intelligence and resilience = 3.675 and r partial = 0.350 (p <0.05), this means there is a positive and very significant relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience. These results indicate that the three proposed hypotheses are accepted.                Keywords: social support, emotional intelligence, resilience

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between religiosity and social support with happiness among perpetrators of religious conversion. The data was collected from 60 participants who had experienced with religious conversion (muallaf) in Chinese Community. The participants were between 40 and 55 years of age. Data of this study was analysed by using a multiple regression analysisThe results of multiple regression analysis showed F = 20,060 with p = 0, 00 (p < 0, 01), it was revealed that religiosity and social support were found to be highly significant with happiness. Therefore, the result of this study indicated that hypothesis that there is any relationship between religiosity and social support with happiness was accepted. The results of partial correlation analysis were; (1) there was positive correlation between religiosity and happiness (r partial = 0,473, t = 4,056, with p = 0,000 (p<0,01)). It means,by increasing the religiosity, the happiness among perpetrators of religious conversion also will increase and (2) there was no any correlation between social support and happiness among perpetrators of religious conversion(r partial = 0,221 t = 1,715,with p = . 0,092 (p>0, 05)).

Background: Diagnosis of cancer is a traumatic experience. But cancer patients may have some positive experiences that are called post traumatic growth (PTG). The aim of this study was to determine the rate of post-traumatic growth in cancer patients and its relationship with social support and hope. Materials and Methods: The present descriptive correlational study was conducted during May-August 2018 in Shiraz, Iran. Population included of 112 all adult patients with gastrointestinal cancer who referred to medical centers affiliated to Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. Data collection instruments included a demographic information form, post-traumatic growth inventory, social support appraisals scale, and Miller hope scale. The data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 23.0). P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Analytical data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient, sample t test, one-way analysis of variance independent and multiple regression analysis. In the case of non-normal distribution, the equivalent nonparametric analysis was used. Results: The mean score (SD (for PTG was 81.37)15.64(which is considered as high level. The mean score (SD) for hope, and SS was 195.20 (24.92), and 97.39 (11.37), respectively. A significant positive correlation was found between PTG and both hope (r=0.687, P˂0.05) and SS (r=0.636, P˂0.05). The results of the multiple regression analysis showed a significant relationship between PTG, SS, and hope (P˂0.05). According to multiple regression analysis hope had a higher effect on PTG (ẞ=0.613) compared to SS (ẞ=0.192). Conclusion: The results showed a good level of PTG among the cancer patients. Regarding the association between PTG with the perceived SS and hope, health care providers can help their patient by hope instillation and providing social support.

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and teacher social support on mathematics learning achievement of class VII students of one of the Private SMP in Kupang city social arithmetic material. The type of research used is quantitative with the statistical analysis used in this study, namely multiple regression analysis. The sample in this study is class VII A, amounting to 25 people randomly selected from 4 existing classes. The type of data in this research is primary data with data collection used, namely questionnaires and achievement test questions. Technical data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis. Based on the partial test results on self efficacy showed that  = 3.164> 1.71 = , teacher social support obtained  = 2.954> 1.71 = , then with a significant level of 5% there is a partial effect on self-efficacy and social support teacher. Furthermore, the simultaneous test shows that = 55,176 and at a significant level of 5% which means that  = 55,176 > 3,44 = , then there is a simultaneous influence on teacher self-efficacy and social support . So, it was found that self-efficacy and social support of teachers had a significant influence on mathematics learning achievement both partially and simultaneously. Thus, it was concluded that there was an effect of teacher self-efficacy and social support on students' mathematics learning achievement. The coefficient of determination (R Square) = 0.834. This means that 83.40% of the variation in mathematics learning achievement can be explained by variations in the two variables, namely self-efficacy and teacher social support. Meanwhile, 16.60% is influenced by other variables.

Subjects were 90 elderly spread over the area Ketintang, Rungkut andSidoarjo, ages 65 years and older. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. Theresults showed that the variables of self-acceptance and social support associated withhappiness. Where happiness has a significant relationship with self-acceptance andsocial support with results in F = 25.084 and p = 0.00 (p <0.01). With the obtainedpartial test Parthia r = 0,143l and t = 1.356, p = 0.178 (p> 0.05) means there is noconnection between self-acceptance with happiness. Social support relationships withhappiness obtained partial r = 0.424 and t = 2.728, p = 0.008 (p <0.001), meaning thereis a positive relationship between social support and happinessKeywords : self-acceptance, social support, happiness
