MODIFIKASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM LEARNING DENGAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN TUGAS DAN PAKSA

This writing aims to make students more active and disciplined in the learning process and can also increase creativity and learning outcomes. The low mathematics learning outcomes are not only due to difficult mathematics, but are caused by several factors which include students themselves, teachers, learning approaches, and learning environments that are interconnected with each other. To improve the ability and results of learning it is necessary to make modifications to the task learning strategy and force. Quantum learning is a tip, a guide, a strategy and an entire learning process that can sharpen understanding and memory, and make learning a pleasant and useful process. Task and Forced Learning Strategies are strategies that focus on giving assignments and a little coercion so that students complete their tasks on time so that the learning process can run effectively. Therefore, the writer modifies the model of quantum learning with task and forced learning strategies, the results of this modification show that learning with quantum learning models with forced and task strategies can improve the learning process so that students become more disciplined in doing tasks, can motivate student learning, and can improve student learning outcomes.

This study is intended to examine efforts to improve student learning outcomes using the STAD type cooperative strategy given the low absorption of students in learning as well as one method for teachers to improve student learning outcomes in schools. Cooperative learning strategies are one way to strive for student activities in learning so that they are involved cognitively and psychomotor in them. But the extent to which this cooperative learning strategy contributes to student learning success compared to the expository strategy needs to be empirically proven. The research method that will be used is Classroom Action Research (CAR)which aims to improve the learning process. The results of this study indicate that learning using cooperative strategies gradually increases from cycle I, II and III with the final percentage score of 88.39. While the implementation of PAI learning using cooperative strategy media also went well, in this case there was an increase in teacher activity during the learning process from cycle I to cycle II, and cycle III. The acquisition of PAI learning achievement increases along with the improvement of learning planning, implementation of learning, and the implementation of evaluation of learning using cooperative strategies.

This study aims to analyze the learning process at SMP Negeri 14 Medan. This research uses qualitative research, with a case study approach of SMP Negeri 14 Medan. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, focus group discussions and documentation and then analyzed descriptively with descriptive analysis model. The results obtained are that the modeling learning strategy has a good impact on improving student learning outcomes, by making several figures into models who practice certain materials in the learning process, so that learning to dance starts from opening, core activities to closing. The conclusion of this research is that the modeling learning strategy designed by SMP Negeri 14 Medan, the modeling learning strategy takes into account the interests of students, the learning outcomes taught with modeling learning strategies are higher than those taught with conventional learning strategies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan Strategi Joyful Learning. Strategi joyful learning membantu guru untuk lebih kreatif dalam proses belajar mengajar dan dapat meningkatakan hasil belajar siswa. Desain penelitian   ini  adalah  Penelitian  Tindakan Kelas  (PTK) yang  dilakukan  secara  kolaboratif. Subjek  penelitian   adalah  peserta  didik kelas VII B  berjumlah  22  orang, 5 putri dan 17 putra. Penerapan strategi joyful learning menunjukkan peningkatan pada hasil belajar. Siklus I meningkat menjadi 21 siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 95. Pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata IPG 73% dengan kategori baik, IRS 88 % dengan kategori sangat baik, dan IKL 80% dengan kategori baik. This study aims to improve learning outcomes by using the Joyful Learning Strategy. Joyful learning strategies help teachers to be more creative in the teaching and learning process and can improve student learning outcomes. The design of this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is conducted collaboratively. The research subjects were 22 students of class VII B, 5 girls and 17 boys. The application of joyful learning strategies shows an increase in learning outcomes. The first cycle increased to 21 students who achieved completeness with an average grade of 95. In the first cycle, the IPG average score was 73% in the good category, 88% IRS in the very good category, and 80% IKL in the good category.

<p><span>Many future studies have been developed by scientists today in the form of methods, models, strategies, and techniques in improving student learning outcomes that are oriented to psychology and the development of students' intelligence. One of the latest innovations in learning offered in this study is the homogeneity psycho cognition (HPC) strategy. The research objective was to develop the latest learning strategies in physical education, sports, and health learning. This development research uses a 4D model consisting of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate to produce products in the form of an HPC learning strategy. This study involved 115 elementary school students in several sample schools in Ambon City as participants. This study found that the HPC learning strategy had been developed following the relevant development directions and procedures. The validation of the HPC strategy by experts indicates that the HPC strategy is feasible to implement with due regard to minor revisions. The results of small and medium-scale trials show that the HPC strategy can improve student learning outcomes.</span></p>

This research aims to determine the increase in student learning activities and outcomes after being taught by using the quick on the draw learning strategy in the interpolation material. This type of research is classroom action research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at Madura University and those who were the subjects of the study were fourth semester students of 2017/2018 academic year mathematics education. Data collection techniques used are observation and test methods. From the data analysis it can be concluded that: (1) student activity has increased from 3.20 (good category) in the first cycle to 3.76 (excellent category) in the second cycle, (2) student learning outcomes have increased from 42.86 in the first cycle then increased to 85.71% in the second cycle. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of quick on the draw learning strategies can improve student learning activities and outcomes in interpolation material.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) hasil belajar matematika yang diajar dengan strategi pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe jigsaw dan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori; (2) hasil belajar matematika siswa yang mempunyai Gaya berpikir sekuensial abstrak dan yang mempunyai Gaya berpikir konkrit dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar; dan (3) Interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan Gaya berpikir dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar matematika antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran Ekspositori. Rata-rata hasil belajar Matematika siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan Strategi Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar Matematika siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan Strategi Ekspositori. (2) Rata-rata hasil belajar Matematika siswa yang memiliki Gaya berpikir Sekuensial Konkrit lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar Matematika siswa yang memiliki Gaya berpikir Sekuensial Abstrak, dan (3).Terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan Strategi pembelajaran dan Gaya berpikir dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar Matematika siswa. Kata Kunci: strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw, gaya berpikir, matematika Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) mathematics learning outcomes taught by the Jigsaw Cooperative learning strategy and expository learning strategies; (2) mathematics learning outcomes of students who have abstract sequential thinking styles and who have concrete thinking styles in influencing learning outcomes; and (3) The interaction between learning strategies and thinking styles in influencing mathematics learning outcomes. The results showed that: (1) There was a difference in the average learning outcomes of mathematics between students who were taught with the Jigsaw Cooperative learning strategy with students who were taught with Expository learning strategies. The average student learning outcomes in Mathematics that are taught with the Jigsaw Cooperative Strategy are higher than the learning outcomes in Mathematics students who are taught with the Expository Strategy. (2) The average Mathematics learning outcomes of students who have Concrete Sequential Thinking styles are higher than the Mathematics learning outcomes of students who have Abstract Sequential Thinking Styles, and (3). This research was conducted at MTsN 2 Bireuen, Central Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. In this study, the research subjects were selected by conducting random sampling by means of a lottery (Syahrum, 2009), first preparing as many pieces of paper as there were, then the pieces of paper were put into a box and taken at random, one of the papers was taken as the research sample. The paper taken is for Class VII-2 Semester 2 which contains 22 people. The object of this research is the application of jigsaw learning strategies to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes on the subject of quadrilaterals and triangles. The model in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which uses Kemmis and Mc's CAR model. Taggart. This research has stages in the form of a cycle. The results of the study of the jigsaw learning strategy in mathematics subjects Class VII-2 MTsN 2 Bireuen can be said that the increase in student learning outcomes. This increase can be seen from the average value of the class has increased. This can be shown from the results of the evaluation that has been carried out to increase student learning outcomes which were originally the average value of 57.73 before the action and the first cycle increased to 69.09. While in the second cycle the increase in learning outcomes to 79.77. This shows that 86.36% of students are successful in learning mathematics by using jigsaw learning strategies.

This research was a classroom action research (CAR) carried out to improve the learning process with the steps of planning, implement, observing, and reflecting. This research was carried out in mathematics by utilizing the media of crime tests on integer count material. The formulation of the problem in this research were: (1) Can the media of crime be able to improve mathematics learning outcomes in integer counts ?; (2) What are the learning outcomes of each cycle by utilizing the learning outcomes of students ?. The results of the study showed that the use of stikrim media in mathematics learning integer count material could improve student learning outcomes. The results of the first cycle test were obtained by six students or 60% complete, and four students or 40% incomplete. Then the results of the second cycle test showed nine students or 91% complete and three students or 10% not complete. The increase occured in students who have reached 88% of students have completed and exceeds 75% indicators of success, and it is stated that the improvement of this learning has been successful.

The purpose of this writing is to provide innovation in learning in the classroom by using varied learning models. So that the quality of learning in the classroom increases and is more interesting. In addition, it can also improve student activity, foster a spirit of learning and completing tasks well. The problem of learning in Indonesia is a problem that must be taken seriously, especially by the teacher. Therefore, teachers must be able to inspire students to be actively involved in the learning process of selection and determination of learning strategies that are most appropriate to the characteristics of students. With the existence of this writing, the background of the difficulties in understanding the material is also the lack of enthusiasm of students in learning the material and completing the assignments given by the teacher which have an impact on student learning outcomes that are still low. The low student learning outcomes, of course, many factors that cause, for example the classic problem about the application of learning methods that are still teacher-centered, so students tend to passively listen to the teacher's explanation. So, the choice of methods and strategies in teaching and learning in class is very important because it can affect the results of teaching and learning in the classroom and obtain the desired learning goals. For this reason, the teacher can use the Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) learning method which is modified by the task strategy and force. The learning model of Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) is a method that is focused on providing direct and enjoyable learning experiences. Experience learning directly by learning to listen or listen (auditory), learn intellectually and learn with repetition. Meanwhile, the Task and Forces strategy is a learning strategy that has little effect on students to complete tasks until they are completed and on time. If it does not complete the assignment given by the teacher, then there is a penalty for students who do not do their duties according to the previous agreement. So that students will be motivated in listening, understanding the material conveyed by the teacher and doing the task on time. This strategy can also improve the quality of student learning to reduce the level of student laziness and provide good learning outcomes. By combining this method it is hoped that it can make students become more disciplined and responsible for the tasks given. Therefore, combining these models and strategies is needed in the learning process so that the learning process is interesting and the quality of learning increases.

This study aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of students at class of X MIPA 2, SMA Negeri I Gamping, Sleman by utilizing the google classroom application as one of learning strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic on the subject work and energy. This study is a classroom action research conducted during two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Learning strategies utilized the google classroom application. The advantage of this application is learning management became easier for teachers and convey information precisely and accurately for students. The results of this study indicate that the learning strategy utilizing technology in the form of google classroom application during Covid-19 pandemic can improve student learning outcomes on the subject work and energy in class X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri I Gamping Sleman. The test result at the end of the first cycle showed 6 students with a percentage of completeness 18%. There was an increase in the percentage of completeness in second cycle, i.e 94% from 31 students. Result of this study describe that the target percentage of students completeness has exceeded the minimum limit value.
