The actual task in the field of computer-aided design of machine-building objects is to increase the level of automation of structural-parametric analysis of design solutions due to the repetition of their use, reducing the number of design operations and ensuring the corresponding competencies of designers. Developed methods and algorithms should ensure the acquisition of the necessary competencies for the designer for successful project activities in the field of computer-aided design, increasing the effectiveness of training. The system of analysis of design solutions should improve the quality of design solutions implemented in CAD KOMPAS-3D. In this paper, an overview of methods, systems and tools for analyzing design solutions implemented in the CAD-3D environment. The main features of such systems are described, their main disadvantages are identified: the lack of functions for determining non-optimal sequences of design operations, the inability to automatically rebuild a three-dimensional model of a machine-building product on the basis of analysis of the design model tree. A complex system for the analysis of project solutions and the training of a designer was developed and implemented, based on methods, models and algorithms for analysis and adaptive learning. The results of a computational experiment are presented, on the basis of which it can be concluded that the use of developed software enhances the efficiency and quality of the designer's training in the processes of constructing three-dimensional solid-state machine-building products in CAD KOMPAS-3D.

The presented article analyzes regional markets, for heavy industry and machine building products for the Azerbaijani economy. In terms of trade relations and territory, the markets of Turkey, the Russian Federation, Georgia, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Moldova, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Armenia were selected and evaluated. The database of the study consists of mutual import and export data for the mentioned countries in 2014–2018. Based on the import-export data collected covering the years 2014–2018 on six-digit codes of regional markets, the revealed comparative advantage and localization coefficients on import and export were calculated. As a result, importing and exporting countries have been identified in the regional markets through the calculated coefficients for each of the 5 years of heavy industry and machine building products considered. Thus, in terms of imports and exports, the countries with the highest coefficients were selected.

Welding process of automobile panels is a key process in the manufacturing of automobile body and its quality directly impact on the appearance and quality of automobile. The causes of dimensional deviation of welded assembly could be workpieces variation, assembly tooling variation, and welding distortion. As a major source of assembly deviation, dimensional variations of workpieces have important effects on the assembly quality of automobile body. In this paper, pre-stressing was used to reflect the workpieces’ variation and the node coupling method was used in the numerical simulation to predict the deformation of assembly caused by the welding process of automobile panels. And further the computation results were listed and compared with the measured ones.

Sharing of the risk and liability is one of the most important functions of construction contracts. Proper sharing of the risks and liability between the parties of construction contract has a rather big influence on efficiency, quality, and probability of arising disputes between the parties of construction contract in construction projects. A lot of risk exists during the fulfillment of construction projects. One of those risks is the risk of defects of building products. The question of the liability of the parties of construction contract for inappropriate quality of the construction production caused by a bad quality of building products mainly depends on sharing of the risk of defects of building materials in the construction contract. Some aspects of the mentioned risk and liability of the parties of the construction contract might be set by mutual agreement in the construction contract. The other aspects are regulated by imperative norms of the law and the parties of construction contract have not a right to change those imperative conditions of sharing of risks and liability. The article deals with sharing of risk and liability for supplying building products of an improper quality for construction, taking in to account conditions of construction contract, legal regulation and behavior of parties of a construction contract. A tree of forming the alternatives of liability is presented in the article. Liability for supply of defected building products arises not only for parties of a construction contract. The producer (supplier) of building products is responsible for this as well. Variations of liability of the producer (supplier) depending on construction contract conditions are analyzed. A matrix of liability of the producer (supplier) of building products is presented in the article.

Prospects for the further development of the oil and gas industry are mainly associated with the development and commissioning of high-rate fields. In this regard, the production of more economical and durable equipment by machine-building enterprises, an increase in the level of its reliability and competitiveness, as well as further improvement of technological production processes, is of paramount importance. The evolution of technology in a broad sense is a representation of changes in designs, manufacturing technology, their direction and patterns. In this case, a certain state of any class of TC is considered as a result of long-term changes in its previous state; transition from existing and applied in practice vehicles to new models that differ from previous designs. These transitions, as a rule, are associated with the improvement of any performance criteria or quality indicators of the vehicle and are progressive in nature. The work is devoted to the study of the evolution of the quality of high-pressure valves during the period of their intensive development. Keywords: technical system, evolution of technology, high-pressure valves, shut-off devices, gate.

Ambitious initiatives to coordinate genome sequencing of Earth's biodiversity mean that the accumulation of genomic data is growing rapidly. In addition to cataloguing biodiversity, these data provide the basis for understanding biological function and evolution. Accurate and complete genome assemblies offer a comprehensive and reliable foundation upon which to advance our understanding of organismal biology at genetic, species, and ecosystem levels. However, ever-changing sequencing technologies and analysis methods mean that available data are often heterogeneous in quality. In order to guide forthcoming genome generation efforts and promote efficient prioritisation of resources, it is thus essential to define and monitor taxonomic coverage and quality of the data. Here we present an automated analysis workflow that surveys genome assemblies from the United States National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), assesses their completeness using the relevant Benchmarking Universal Single-Copy Orthologue (BUSCO) datasets, and collates the results into an interactively browsable resource. We apply our workflow to produce a community resource of available assemblies from the phylum Arthropoda, the Arthropoda Assembly Assessment Catalogue. Using this resource, we survey current taxonomic coverage and assembly quality at the NCBI, we examine how key assembly metrics relate to gene content completeness, and we compare results from using different BUSCO lineage datasets. These results demonstrate how the workflow can be used to build a community resource that enables large-scale assessments to survey species coverage and data quality of available genome assemblies, and to guide prioritisations for ongoing and future sampling, sequencing, and genome generation initiatives.
