The purpose of this study was to analyze the position and problems faced by the study program in implementing the tri dharma of higher education. The analysis is carried out by conducting direct data reviews, both internally and externally. This study used several respondents consisting of stakeholders of the Master of Economics (MIE) study program. The analytical tools used include the IFE and EFE Matrix, SWOT analysis. The results of the study state that the MIE study program must make improvements in the process of implementing the tri dharma with the carrying capacity of the study programs and institutions. The need for integration in every tri dharma activity so that based on the track record of study program data, development can be carried out according to the approach used.

<p>The Nautical fishing vessel study program is the most superior study program compared to the other four (4) Study Programs. The uniqueness of Nautical fishing vessel study program is a very prominent partnership with the business world that is able to establish cooperation with companies in Asia and Europe in the form of a dual system education and graduate distribution to the world work. This study aims to clearly describe the partnership management of the Nautical Fishing Vessel Study Program in SMKN 1 Mapping formulated in several research questions with the principles of planning and implementation of management. The approach used in this research is qualitative descriptive with case study research type namely 1) Data Reduction, done by reviewing all data obtained well through the interview; 2) Display Data, namely by systematize principal information with the theme and pattern that appears to be in accordance with the conclusions of data collected will be meaningful; 3) Taking conclusions and data on the summary of information data that appears in the Display data, simple data, meaning, solid conclusions are made. The data obtained in the study is processed qualitatively based on the answers obtained by way of describing the answer in the form of conclusion. Summaries conducted to conduct analysis of research findings among other: a) Understanding of the object between the first of the SMK and second party World business / industrial world; b) mutual agreement which is the initial stage of good cooperation between the parties concerned; c) joint actions to achieve the objectives of the partnership: mutual benefit between the two parties.</p>

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to discuss the operationalization of the outcome-based education (OBE) model in an accountancy study program in Sri Lanka and the impact of education frameworks on OBE. Design/methodology/approach This study follows the case study approach to the first academic accounting study program in a Sri Lankan public sector university. Primary data were collected through semi-structured interviews and secondary data through a content analysis of various relevant documents. The data were analyzed thematically using the theory of constructive alignment. Findings In accounting, the most significant imperative for the OBE stems from normative pressures. Since the accounting education frameworks have closely followed the approach suggested in constructive alignment, the normative institutionalization of professional standards in accounting supports OBE in accounting education. The OBE approach with its diverse range of teaching and learning activities and assessment methods in accounting has yielded multi-stakeholder benefits while posing some challenges in operationalization. Research limitations/implications The paper’s insights are based on a single case study in Sri Lanka and may be difficult to generalize to other countries. Originality/value This is the first empirical attempt to study the operationalization of the theory of constructive alignment of OBE in accounting for a study program.

An innovative creation process of three-cycle university education in the metrology area is presented. The case study of development of the higher education model in the field of metrology at the Ss. Cyril &amp;Methodius University is analyzed. The realized three-cycle university studies in metrology are fully harmonized with the Bologna principles. The structures of BSc, MSc and the joint international PhD study program initiated by a group of 12 European universities are shown. An international consortium of universities participated in the creation of the three level university studies in metrology. The specifics, goals, quantitative and qualitative achievements as well as the impact and contributions at the national, regional and international level of the new and innovated three-cycle metrology study programs are given and discussed.

ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the potentiality that exists in the Curug Mrawu Tieng Ecotourism area and its relationship with the Index of Developing Villages (IDV) in the Batur village. The assessment is carried out all of the carrying capacity for the suitability of nature tourism and also analyzes the internal and external environment of the area, as well as calculating the values of the building village indicators to obtain a tourism area development strategy and the development of village independence. This research is descriptive study using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques namely, observation, interviews and documentation. For analytical tools using SWOT analysis and assessing Index of Developing Villages. The results of this study indicate that the assessment of the carrying capacity of the area is very adequate to be a tourist area. The assessment of tourist objects and natural attractions included in Good Categories. The regional analysis for tourism are at Potential Intervals. The IDV Batur villages are in the classification Developing Village. The SWOT analysis result area can be used to improve the assessment of the IDV indicators, namely: SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy with Environmental Resilience Index and Economic Resilience Index; WO (Weakness-Opportunities) strategy with Economic Resilience Index And Social Resilience Index; ST (Strengths-Threats) strategy with Economic Resilience Index and Social Resilience Index; and WT (Weakness-Threats) strategy with Environmental Resilience Index.

The development of Outcome Based Education (OBE) Information System is done as a solution to academic problems related to the achievement of graduate learning for students. In addition, the OBE system is a form of effort to improve academic quality in order to be able to monitor and measure the development of student learning outcomes in a college study program. The Outcome Based Education system includes all grades processing based on Course Learning Outcomes which is related to Graduates Learning Outcomes so that the outcomes of each student can be measured. This information system is developed by the Rapid Application Development method, and uses the Yii2 Framework with the concept of MVC (Model, View, Controller) where system programming is separated based on application components, such as: manipulating data, controllers, and user interfaces. The use of the RAD method and the Yii2 Framework in making applications can be done quickly and in a structured manner making it easier for future developments. The developed system has been successfully tested and applied in the Electrical Engineering Study Program, Civil Engineering Study Program and Mechanical Engineering Study Program, and planned to be implemented in all study programs of the Faculty of Engineering, Sebelas Maret Universit<em>y.</em> This information system can be applied not only in the engineering faculty of Sebelas Maret University but also outside the university which requires an information system to measure the learning outcomes of graduates.

The industrial revolution 4.0 requires that one must be able to work with increasingly sophisticated technological developments. The industrial revolution 4.0 emphasizes digital economic patterns, artificial intelligence, big data, robotic or known as the disruptive innovation phenomenon. The problem discussed in this study is how to determine the strategy for developing STTAL. The purpose of this study was to determine the best strategy for developing STTAL using the SWOT analysis method.  The results of the study show that the development of STTAL to produce Human Resources that mastered the technology faced the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Namely: a). Increase the quantity and quality of laboratory facilities that are complete in stages according to the priority scale adjusting the available budget by means of regulation, cooperation, coordination and socialization to relevant stakeholders, b). Publication of lecturer and student research in national and international journals is one way to improve the ability and expertise to produce technological products of marine and maritime technology, c). Establish a curriculum for each Study Program based on IQF and lead to the science and technology fields of maritime and maritime technology, d). Abstract Prodi D3 Public Relations FIS UNJ standing since June 3, 2005, by Decree No.1846 / D / T2005. In the development of these courses has been developed into a favorite Prodi, but a number of studies need to be done to get accurate data that Prodi DIII FIS PR UNJ some of the authors are interested kelebihan.Untuk perform a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the S or the strength of the study program is to produce qualified graduates, have a qualified lecturer, low cost, study programs of public universities have a good name. W or weakness of the study program is accredited C and inadequate facilities. O or opportunities are expanding relations department of street vendors as graduates opportunities to work anyway. T or threat Prodi is a demand immediately improve lectures, use of introductory English, open S1, not to compete with PTN / PTS other more favorites. Oleh karena itu, diperlukanlah peran dosen penasehat akademik untuk memberikan bimbingan, motivasi serta nasehat yang bersifat akademik kepada mahasiswa. Dari sudut pandang ilmu komunikasi, agar proses kepenasehatan akademik berjalan sebagaimana mestinya maka diperlukan sebuah pola komunikasi yang efektif dan efisien antara dosen penasehat akademik dan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori komunikasi antar pribadi yang efektif menurut ancangan humanistic dengan keterbukaan, empati, sikap positif, sikap mendukung dan kesetaraan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menentukan key informan dan informan sebelumnya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Pola komunikasi antar pribadi dengan menggunakan ancangan humanistis belum dilaksanakan secara optimal, keterbukaan, empati, sikap mendukung, sikap positif dan kesetaraan pada dasarnya sudah dilakukan namun masih dalam tataran permasalahan akademis saja. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut penulis menyarankan agar komunikasi antar pribadi dilakukan lebih intensif, tidak hanya pada permasalahan akademis dan jemput bola perlu dilakukan oleh dosen PA terhadap mahasiswa. This study aims to examine Islamic Religious Colleges curriculum information systems based on wordpress CMS. Specifically, this study purposes to explore: 1) the planning of the use of curriculum MIS based on CMS WordPress. 2) the implementation of curriculum MIS which is based on Wordpress CMS, 3) Evaluation of the use of Wordpress CMS-based curriculum MIS. 4) The design concept of the curriculum MIS model based on WordPress CMS. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study of  the curriculum Management Information System at the Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati (FTIK UIN SGD) Bandung. The subjects of this study were the Chair of the MPI Study Program  UIN SGD Bandung, MPI Study Program Information System Operator and the Word CMS application used by the institution. The results of the study show that the MPI Study Program FTIK UIN SGD Bandung used a Curriculum MIS based on Wordpress CMS, and it has succesfully facilitated  the students, lecturers, and stakeholders to access the curriculum of study programs easier.
