The values ??of religiosity color the awareness that essentially men and women are equal before God. Because of this, Aisyiyah pioneered the women's movement in all fields, and did not hesitate to cooperate with men. Men and women are given the same potential intellectually, morally and spiritually. Every organization has its own cultural style. This paper is based on the perspective of community practice and stakeholder relations. The research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, because it examines the natural environment comprehensively in a single case in the Aisyiyah Women's Organization in Bandung City as one of the pioneer organizations in social movements and women's ruhuddin in Indonesia. Data collection techniques: (1) interviewing the Head of Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA) Bandung City; (2) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the management of the Bandung City Economic Council PDA; and (3) distributing questionnaires to representatives of Aisyiyah Branch Managers throughout the city of Bandung. The data analysis was carried out using an interactive model and multiple triangulation for the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the various programs of 'Aisyiyah can continue to run with most of them using information technology tools. Meetings are limited to a few participants, so that organizational meetings attended by thousands of participants can still be held virtually. The group communication facility in WhatsApp groups has become an additional means for organizational consolidation. Meetings as official organizational communication can still be held using the zoom meeting application. Therefore, physical movement restrictions during this pandemic, there are almost no significant obstacles for the Aisyiyah Organization to continue implementing the program.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of mudaraba financing at Sharia banks, to consider the relationship between a principal and an agent in mudaraba financing at Sharia banks, and to explore efforts to optimize the implementation of mudaraba financing at Sharia banks. This research was conducted at the Bank Muamalat Ternate Branch. The study used a qualitative method of single case study approach. The analysis used is an interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman. Research result exhibits the following:1) The implementation of mudaraba financing was not in accordance with sharia implementation requirement, because there is still a gap in the income sharing system that causes the contract of mudharabah financing cannot be continued.2) A principal has more information than an agent, because the agent has limited information especially in terms of that about cooperation instrument (mudharabah financing), while the principal is way more about data on that cooperation instrument.3) Optimizing the implementation of mudaraba financing is needed by improving mudaraba financing governance. It is conducted by assigning consultants in mudaraba financing. During 2017-2019 a few cases of suicide amongst Christian teenagers in the city of Ambon have been linked to the infl uence of “suanggi” that has connotations of being the representation of an evil supernatural power. By using the qualitative research method with a case study approach, the article is focused on the religious reactions of the Christian community in their understanding and rationalization of these two phenomena. Data is collected through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and personal interviews. All collected qualitative data are analyzed by social hermeneutical analysis. The results of the study have shown that: (1) Social change that occurred amongst the people of Ambon has implications in the shift of traditional order of living values, at the same time clashes between the custodians of cultural traditions and morality (church) have occurred. (2) Within the Ambonese community, religion does not only symbolize certain systems of belief, but also becomes the institution that provides a place for the communal spirit and protects the shared morality through its teachings and the practice of its rituals. (3) The phenomena of suicide amongst teenagers in Ambon, the circulation of information concerning the influence of “suanggi”, and the reactive response of the Christian community reflects the clash between the insistence for social change amongst the urban communities.
