The values ??of religiosity color the awareness that essentially men and women are equal before God. Because of this, Aisyiyah pioneered the women's movement in all fields, and did not hesitate to cooperate with men. Men and women are given the same potential intellectually, morally and spiritually. Every organization has its own cultural style. This paper is based on the perspective of community practice and stakeholder relations. The research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, because it examines the natural environment comprehensively in a single case in the Aisyiyah Women's Organization in Bandung City as one of the pioneer organizations in social movements and women's ruhuddin in Indonesia. Data collection techniques: (1) interviewing the Head of Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA) Bandung City; (2) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the management of the Bandung City Economic Council PDA; and (3) distributing questionnaires to representatives of Aisyiyah Branch Managers throughout the city of Bandung. The data analysis was carried out using an interactive model and multiple triangulation for the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the various programs of 'Aisyiyah can continue to run with most of them using information technology tools. Meetings are limited to a few participants, so that organizational meetings attended by thousands of participants can still be held virtually. The group communication facility in WhatsApp groups has become an additional means for organizational consolidation. Meetings as official organizational communication can still be held using the zoom meeting application. Therefore, physical movement restrictions during this pandemic, there are almost no significant obstacles for the Aisyiyah Organization to continue implementing the program.

Abstract The micro-grid should operate in a well controlled manner both during grid connected and islanded mode. Also, micro-grid equipped with conventional overcurrent relays has protection issues during faults due to the difference in fault currents when micro-grid operation changes from one mode to the other. This paper proposes suitable relaying scheme based on curve-fitting technique for micro-grids and performs well without using any extensive communication facility. A new algorithm is developed to create large number of fault data for fitting the curve. The fitness of curve is accessed by measuring the value of coefficient R-squared value (R 2). More number of polynomials is added to improve the value of R 2. Results show that the actual tripping time of the relay is very close to desired tripping time by introducing more number of polynomials. Efficiency of the proposed method is evaluated by comparing with conventional over current relay. The protection logic of the curve-fit relay has been implemented on a TMS32F28377S micro-controller based hardware. A laboratory based experimental setup has been established to test the operational performance of curve-fit relay for a five bus system.

Internet of things (IoT) is the network of entities that consists of electronics, programmable software, sensors, and communication facility that enables these entities to gather and transfer data. Raspberry pi Microcontroller based IOT platform detects the forest fire as early as possible and takes speedy action before the fire spreads over large area. Sensors such as smoke sensors is connected with Raspberry Pi. GSM modem connected with Raspberry Pi alerts the forest monitoring control room.

Traumatic counseling is a counselor's effort to help traumatized clients through the process of personal relationships so that clients can understand themselves in relation to the trauma they have experienced and try to overcome them as best they can. As a natural process, flooding occurs due to the very high flow of river water that exceeds the capacity of the river channel and then overflows into the surrounding area. Meanwhile, flooding can also occur due to human error. There are two possible assistance counseling services that can be applied to overcome post-trauma, namely: 1) psychological reconstruction through help to overcome the past, and 2) social reconstruction through restoring relationships. In its implementation, a communication facility team needs to be formed to provide services and activities regarding conflict for each victim. Therefore, the government should immediately dispatch volunteers who are tasked with providing traumatic counseling services in the form of trauma counseling services which is no less important for flood victims to prioritize.

This study entitled analysis of functions and applications of siaran mobile (reporting and assignment application system) as a communication facility of South Tangerang City towards smart city. The purpose of this study was to analyze the functions and benefits of the SIARAN Mobile application as a facility of public communication in supporting South Tangerang City towards smart city. Supporting concepts and theories in this research were communication, public relations government, and smart city. This research method was to use a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings showed that the SIARAN Mobile application was a South Tangerang City reporting media based on the mobile application that was officially launched by the government since March 9th, 2017. The function of this application was to become a reporting application for technical problems such as waste problems, damaged public facilities, actions which was detrimental to the community. The benefit of this application was to make it easier for the public to report various problems in the South Tangerang area, and make it easier for the government in handling various problems that were complained of by the community.

This study aims at understanding tourist activities and re-enactment of AADC 2 that can potentially be an indirect promotion strategy of Sellie Coffee. Uploading photography of the reenactment of AADC 2 in social media leads to a sensational indirect promotion strategy that needs to be paid any attention. This study is conducted in Sellie Coffee, located in Jalan Prawirotaman, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This research employs qualitative approach and all the data is obtained through literature study, observation, and interview. The research results show that Instagram, one of a popular social media, provides a complete communication facility, from tourism branding to usergenerated content photography. Moreover, the activity of uploading photos related to AADC 2 in Sellie Coffee visited by film tourists in social media has become one of indirect promotion strategies.

Communication is the part and parcel of everyone. In organizations including educational institu-tions, Group communication is a common phenomenon. This type of communication happens between employees of the same team or organization, students of the same course or department, etc. Many mobile applications provide a group communication facility. However, the privacy of users is often compromised. For instance, in the WhatsApp Group, the mobile numbers are visible to every recipient. That is not always desirable. So, in this paper, a cloud-based iOS application is proposed for group communication in which the contact numbers are not visible. The administrator will control the read and write access to the recipients. Even, the identification label of the users inside the chat screen will be decided by the administrator. The application is coded in Swift. Cloud FireStore, one of the tools of the Firebase is used as the database and Firebase SDK is integrated with the code using CocoaPods.

In Indonesia, the effort to reduce maternal mortality rate remains unsatisfactory and is progressing slowly due to the lack of working ethos, blood facility, communication facility, obstetrician and gynecologists, midwifes, nurses, and functionaries of Indonesian Red Cross. Objective. To forecast maternal mortality in all type C hospitals in East Java, 2010 - 2015. This study was a development of clinical management from predominant variables that lead to maternal mortality in type C hospitals in East Java using FORTRAN simulation program. Results. The contribution of working ethos to clinical management model in reducing maternal mortality in governmental type C hospital was 45.46%, indicating that the contribution if this variable can be expandable to 57.99%. The contributions of blood facility and communication facility were 27.22% and 26.95%, indicating a possible expanding contribution as much as34.73% and 34.38% respectively.
