THE IMPACT OF BUSINESS MENTORING ON MICRO, SMALL, MEDIUM ENTERPRISES PERFORMANCE

This reasearch is conducted on MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) that are participated in the MSME Syari’ah Mentoring Program by Academition and Practitioners (PUSPA) organized by Bank Indonesia in Bandung. MSME who participated in PUSPA program 2016 is MSME that included in necessity entrepreneur where MSME operated just to fullfil the life necessities.The purpose of this reasearch was to investigate the influence of the business mentoring on the MSME performance in PUSPA program 2016.Researcher used quantitative research method. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis.The result showed that business mentoring affect the performance of MSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. Based on the calculation, coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of business mentoring variable (X) on the performance (Y) is 74%. While the remaining 26% is influenced by other factors such as entrepreneurship competence and human resources.

This program aims to improve the competence of entrepreneurship owned by MSME in term of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Increased in the entrepreneurial comptence will have an impact on MSME perfomance both on financial term by the increase in income and non-financial term namely by the increased of the knowledge and skills like simple accounting, managing the production process, how to market the product, and know the procedures for obtaining the venture capital. The purpose of this reasearch was to investigate the influence of the entrepreneurial competence on the MSME performance in PUSPA program 2016.Researcher used quantitative research method. This research use sampling technique on non-probability sampling that is saturated sampling because the members of population less than 30 people and the entire population is a sample. Total sample in this research is 20 respondents. Data collecting in this research is done by distributing questionarries to all respondents that is MSME that pariticaped in PUSPA program 2016. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis.The result showed that entrepreneurial competenec affect the performance of MSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. Based on the calculation, coefficent of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of entrepreneurial compentence variable (X) on the performance (Y) is 61.7%. While the remaining 38.3 is influenced by other factors such as mentoring, motivation, and human resources.

Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) especially in culinary are the main destination of tourist in Surakarta Indonesia. As the tourist destination, MSME must be creative in develop their product. The financial ability is the main source of the owner in develop their business. Bank loan is an alternative in order to improve the financial sorce. Therefore, the MSME’s owner need to compile the financial report as one of bank loan requirement. This study is a quantitative research which is use multiple regression analysis using moderation variables. The quality of financial report is the dependent variable. The Independent variables are the MSME’s owner perception and understanding about book keeping. This study also enclose the MSME’s owner demographic background that consist of educational leverage and business size as the moderating variables. The data is collected from culinary MSME’s in Surakarta, Indonesia in the year of 2017. The findings of this research shows that educational leverage and business size are Predictor Moderation Variable. Besides, the perception and understanding are not significantly influence the financial report quality. The result of beta value shows that the business size strengthen the bookkeeping perception variable and weaken the understanding variable towards financial report quality. While the educational leverage strengthen the understanding variable and weaken the perception variables even all of them are not significantly influenced.

The consequence of the assessment for the research statistics course at the department of physics Education in Universitas Jambi demonstrates the students' capacities to hold the idea of the mastery of research statistical concept is very low. It winds up one of the shortcomings for them to finish their final assignment. Therefore, the researcher examined the student's mastery of the research statistical concept by utilizing Problem-Based Learning as one of the methods that were chosen from the learning advancement. The research method is quantitative with 295 numbers of samples. Questionnaires and MCQs were used as the instruments of the research. The result had been investigated utilizing a simple regression analysis. PBL influences the mastery of research statistical concept. In 6<sup>th</sup> semester male students', the impact of PBL toward the mastery of the research statistical concept contributed 72% and 67% for female students. Meanwhile, for students at 8<sup>th</sup> semesters, the impact of PBL on the mastery of research statistical concept contributed 68% for male and 70% for female.

One of many social media phenomena, especially on Instagram, is the rising number of accounts with pseudonymous identity, commonly known as Fake Instagram (Finstagram). A private account appears  with a fake username and photo display and small number of followers, with the purpose of being unidentified. The phenomenon starts from the social media standards Instagram trends to social judgements, resulting in users feeling uncomfortable when sharing aside from the implicit standards and trends which are currently happening. From that perspective, this research aims to see whether an influence is present in pseudonymous identity usage on Instagram on self-disclosure. Data of this research is gathered from 100 respondents through questionnaire  using a purposive sampling technique. The result of questionnaire is later researched using a quantitative research method. With the use of simple regression analysis, it is known that pseudonymous identity usage on Instagram (variable X) and self-disclosure (variable Y) have a strong correlations and a significant influence on one another. Based on self-disclosure theory, the result shows that pseudonymous identity usage on Instagram (also known as Finstagram) contributed 43,6% to self-disclosure, whereas the remaining 56,4% is contributed by other factors than pseudonymous identity usage on Instagram.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions and to test whether there is a significant influence between product quality and purchasing decisions on Aristone guitar products in Bandung. The research method used is the research method of verification analysis, by conducting validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, simple coefficient analysis, and determination analysis. Based on statistical tests conducted, t test showed that there is a significant effect of product quality variables on consumer purchasing decisions on Aristone guitar products in Bandung. From the results of the correlation coefficient analysis is obtained that if the product quality increases, it will be followed by an increase in consumer purchasing decisions, and vice versa. The degree of relationship between product quality and consumer purchase decisions is strongly interpreted. The coefficient of determination shows the contribution of product quality (X) to consumer purchase decision (Y).

The problem of this research is how the effect of revolving fund loans by the Mandiri National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) on the income of the poor in Tompobulu Village, Rumbia Subdistrict, Jeneponto District. Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a sample design of this study amounting to 30 poor households. The research method used is simple regression analysis. The results obtained are revolving fund loans that have a positive and significant effect on increasing the incomes of the poor in Tompobulu Village, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. It means that loans and loans given to the poor can increase the income of the poor in Tompobulu Village, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency

Murabahah is a popular financing product in Islamic financial institutions, including the Annajah Solution Indonesia Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperative. This study aims to analyze the effect of service on customer satisfaction on murabahah financing at the Annajah Solution Indonesia Cooperative. The research method used is quantitative research with a simple regression analysis approach. The results showed that the service variable had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on murabahah financing with a determination coefficient of 0.372. That is, service affects cooperative customer satisfaction by 37.2%. The rest, 62.8% is influenced by other factors that were not examined.

The purpose of this study was to identify the servicescape that has been built by Yumaju Coffee and the level of customers’ loyalty, and also to reveal how big the role of servicescape is in increasing customers’ loyalty. The research method used is quantitative methods, the sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach of 100 respondents. The data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data were processed using SPSS, and using descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the servicescape built by Yumaju Coffee is categorized as good and the level of customers’ loyalty is also high, and servicescape has a significant role in increasing customer loyalty by 31.8%.
