WHO data in 2016 estimated that 36.7 million people suffered from HIV globally, and 34.5 million among them were adults. Yogyakarta Special Province in 2016 found that there were 2,954 cases of HIV with the highest cases in Sleman Regency as many as 868 cases. Mlati I Primary Health Center was a Primary Health Center with the lowest coverage of HIV testing for pregnant women, namely in 2017 there were 752 pregnant women, and only 414 (55.05%) were tested for HIV. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perceptions of integrated antenatal care quality service and the participation of HIV testing of pregnant women. The study applied cross sectional research method. The population in this study were pregnant women who performed ANC examinations at Mlati I Primary Health Center in September - November 2018 with a total of 318 pregnant women. The samples in the study were 154 with the simple random sampling technique. The instrument of data collection in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis employed chi Square and logistic regression. The results of bivariate statistical tests using chi square showed that sig value = 0.000 0.05 with OR 13.896 meaning that women who had a good perception of the quality of ANC services had 13.896 higher chance to have HIV tests compared to those who had poor perceptions of the quality of integrated ANC services . Good perception of the quality of integrated ANC services for pregnant women had a greater chance of taking an HIV test.

Compliance of midwife primary health center in implementation of the antenatal care integrated quality, disease detection and complications in pregnant womenPurpose This research aimed to determine the relationship of midwife’s compliance in the implementation of the antenatal care (ANC) integrated quality with disease detection and complications in pregnant women.MethodsThis research was an observational study with a retrospective cohort design. The sample was midwives who serve pregnant women in a primary health center, involving 125 midwives. The place of research was in 21 health centers throughout Kulon Progo. Research instruments used a questionnaire, with total sampling. Data analysis used: univariable analysis to determine the distribution of the data, bivariable with chi-square tests, multivariable with linear regression tests with 95% CI and significance of p=0.05, and a qualitative analysis.ResultsMidwives' compliance to the standard operating procedure has a 35% greater chance of detecting complications and illness in pregnant women than the midwife who did not follow standard operating procedure. Not all midwives in primary health care comply with ANC integrated quality.ConclusionThis study contributes to an understanding that compliance of midwives to ANC integrated quality is important as an effort to detect complications in pregnant women. The health office should establish a team for socialization, supervision, and assistance in the implementation of ANC integrated quality.

The government is starting to state housewives as the HIV protection targets, including pregnant women, considering the increasing of the risk of HIV transmission in the low risk groups including mothers and infants. Based on the Ministry of Health (2017) the percentage of pregnant women that taking an HIV test in Deli Serdang District is only around 0.33%. This study is addressed to analyze the effect of husband support with high occupational mobility and attitudes of the pregnant women towards HIV testing at Namorambe Health Center, Deli Serdang District. This type of research is an observational analytic study with a case control design. The population in this study were all pregnant women who came for their prenatal care and had received counseling for HIV testing at the Namorambe Health Center. The sample is 31 cases and 31 controls. Univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test. The results showed that attitude (OR: 8,196; 95% CI = 2,311-29,073) influenced the participation of HIV testing while husband's support did not affect the participation of HIV testing at the Namorambe Health Center in Deli Serdang District. It is recommended for health workers to make efforts to improve the positive attitude of pregnant women to be more empowered and aware of the vulnerability of contracting HIV, especially in mothers with high husband's work mobility so that they can make the right decisions related to prevention of HIV transmission from mother to baby through HIV testing even though they have not received support from husband.

HIV/AIDS cases in Indonesia are still high including the infection from mothers to the babies. Infection cases from mothers to babies in Yogyakarta Special Province is also found on babies. The preliminary study also obtained the result that in 2015 not all of the pregnant women who were willing to have VCT (Voluntary Counseling and Testing) in Sleman Regency working area. The data of VCT  in Prambanan Primary Health Center also shows that the prevalence rate of VCT check as a preventive effort was still low. The research is aimed at investigating the correlation between midwife’s support and VCT on pregnant women in Prambanan Primary Health Center in 2016. The study employed observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population of the study was all mothers who did pregnancy examination and got counseling VCT service. The samples used accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used chi-square with the trustworthy rate 95%. The result of the study showed that there was no correlation between midwife and VCT on pregnant women. It can happen because of the midwife as a professional attendant could not attend the pregnant women full time. It can be concluded that there was no correlation between midwife’s support and VCT on pregnant women in Prambanan Primary Health Center in 2016. It is expected that midwives can identify the problem in VCT on pregnant women by giving emotional and respect support to the patients as well as the families.

workers which includes physical and mental health to get mothers and babies who are healthy during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. Data from the Medan Deli Health Center shows that in 2019 the K1 coverage is only (87%) and K4 only (66%), while the target of K1 and K4 coverage is 100% respectively. Many factors are thought to be the cause of not achieving coverage of antenatal care (ANC) implementation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of ANC in pregnant women. This type of research is a mix method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The study population was 195 people, with the Slovin formula taken a sample of 66 people. Quantitative analysis was univariate, bivariate using chi-square and multivariate using multiple logistic regression at the 95% confidence level ( = 0.05). The qualitative analysis was analyzed by means of reduction, data display and verification. The results showed the variables that influenced the implementation of antenatal care (ANC) in pregnant women in the work area of the Medan Deli Public Health Center in 2020, namely knowledge p = 0.032, attitude p = 0.018, parity p = 0.008, health services p = 0.016, husband support p = 0.026 and support for health workers p = 0.041. The unrelated variable was job status p = 0.269. The most dominant variable was the health service variable which had a value of Exp (B) = 12.048, meaning that respondents who received health services had 12 times the chance of implementing antenatal care compared to respondents who did not get health services. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of antenatal care in pregnant women is influenced by knowledge, attitudes, parity, health services, husband support and support from health workers. It is hoped that health workers, especially midwives, will provide good IEC about the implementation of antenatal care to every pregnant woman and carry out more frequent home visit activities and provide advice to the puskesmas to re-attach the standby husband and cooperate with local regional leaders
