A science editor has advocated vaccine mandates to college students and in this reply I am refuting all his mentioned claims while illustrating a scientific point of view of those who refuse to receive mRNA and adenovector based SARS CoV-2 vaccines or allow the governments to mandate them for their children. Meanwhile, these arguments also apply to those who mandated vaccine passports to allow international travel.

The article is addressed to the legal analysis of advertising placed in video games. Topical issues of the concept of advertising are touched upon from the point of view of its compliance with the legal definition enshrined in the Federal Law "On Advertising". There has been analized the distribution of advertising in video games, such as ads embedded in game content, including "product placement". In Russian legislation, there is an analogue of this category which is defined by the legislator as “references to a product, means of its individualization, about a manufacturer or seller of a product, which are organically integrated into works of science, literature or art”. The conclusion is made about the possibility of qualifying this technique as an advertisement in the absence of a sign of "organic integration". The examples of judicial and law enforcement practice of inorganic integration are considered. In such cases, the disseminated information is recognized as advertising, in respect of which the requirements of advertising legislation regarding restrictions on advertising of tobacco and alcohol, weapons and a number of other goods must be observed. There are special requirements for video games for minors in order to protect their rights. The author presents the position regarding the qualification of targeted advertising from the point of view of its compliance with such a sign of advertising as being addressed to an indefinite group of people. The conclusion is supported by the argument that personalization of an advertising message does not exclude its qualification as an advertisement. The problem of advertising distribution in computer games, including multiplayer games, carried out via the Internet, where obtaining the preliminary consent of the online game user to receive advertising is achieved by including this condition in the user agreement, is investigated. The conclusion is made about the need to improve legal regulation in the studied field.

Previous studies on locus of control and instructions have been interpreted to support the position of either a social learning theory or an anxiety. 144 college students were separated into locus of control categories based on scores on Rotter's I-E Scale and randomly assigned to receive skill or chance instructions and one of three anagram tasks of varying levels of difficulty. Primary dependent variables were number of correct anagrams and latency to the first response. The ratio of typical shifts to the total number of shifts in expectancy of success served as a third dependent variable. A check on the credibility of the instructions was also performed. The results of the moderate task showed that internals given chance instructions responded faster and solved more anagrams correctly than when given skill instructions. When the credibility of instructions was taken into account, significant differences between the groups were found for only those who did not believe the instructions. Assessment of credibility of instructions provided valuable clarification since disbelief of instructions may account for the results found in earlier research as well.

On November 8, 2016, Government of India declared demonetization of all Rs. 500/- and Rs.1000/- currency notes towards a cashless society and create a digital India. The point of sale (PoS) and prepaid instruments are the most popular systems currently installed by merchants and service providers for receiving payments from customers. The primary focus of the study is to understand the adaptability, affordability, acceptability, and sustainability of the payments system as seen from the point of view of small merchants. A total of 221 responses were collected in Chennai. Results show that cash remains the most preferred mode for business. It is required for the working capital, payment of employee remuneration, wages, and others. With regards to the use of payment systems such as POS and prepaid instruments, awareness needs to be created of the benefits in having non-cash transactions. Improving credit worthiness and eligibility to receive loans from banks is one such benefit which would convince the merchants. However, too many systems could confuse the merchants and customers.

Today, Iran, Morocco, Tunisia, etc. women photographers have made the orientalist visual expression form the focal point of their art: the orientalist painting tradition as a result of the painter Delacroix's trip to Morocco in 1832, the imagination world and the painting tradition shaped by the economy-politics of the period, from the male-dominated point of view, the harem, the chamber, etc. It is based on fantasies based on the female body in oriental spaces. Although this painting movement maintained its effectiveness between 1832-1914, it is taken as a reference by photographers in today's postmodern art environment. In today's photography art, Shirin Neshat, Lalla Essaydi, Shadi Ghadirian, Majida Khattari, Meriem Bouderbala, who have Eastern and Western cultures and mostly live in Western countries, visualize the position of women in their countries with an interdisciplinary interpretation in their photographic visions that they shape with a post-orientalist attitude.

Background: This study aimed to determine human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine uptake and willingness to receive HPV vaccination among female college students, in China, and its associated factors. Methods: An online cross-sectional survey of female college students across the eastern, central, and western regions of China was undertaken between April and September 2019. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to examine factors associated with the HPV vaccine uptake and willingness to receive the HPV vaccine. Results: Among the total 4220 students who participated in this study, 11.0% reported having been vaccinated against HPV. There are direct effects of indicators of higher socioeconomic status, older age (β = 0.084 and p = 0.006), and geographical region (residing in Eastern China, β = 0.033, and p = 0.024) on HPV vaccine uptake. Higher knowledge (β = 0.062 and p < 0.000) and perceived susceptibility (β = 0.043 and p = 0.002) were also predictors of HPV vaccine uptake. Of those who had not received the HPV vaccine, 53.5% expressed a willingness to do so. Likewise, social economic status indicators were associated with the willingness to receive the HPV vaccine. Total knowledge score (β = 0.138 and p < 0.001), both perceived susceptibility (β = 0.092 and p < 0.001) and perceived benefit (β = 0.088 and p < 0.001), and sexual experience (β = 0.041 and p = 0.007) had a positive and significant direct effect on the willingness to receive the HPV vaccine, while perceived barriers (β = −0.071 and p < 0.001) had a negative effect on the willingness to receive the HPV vaccine. Conclusions: Geographical region and socioeconomic disparities in the HPV vaccination uptake rate and willingness to receive the HPV vaccine provide valuable information for public health planning that aims to improve vaccination rates in underserved areas in China. The influence of knowledge and perceptions of HPV vaccination suggests the importance of communication for HPV immunization.

In 1939, Community Chests and Councils, Inc., published a pamphlet in its series on community planning, “giving tested procedures for determining the extent of social breakdown in the community, and outlining a detailed plan for better co-ordinated service to social breakdown families.” Because of the significance of the procedure and plan to social case work and requests from our readers for some discussion of it, the Editorial Advisory Committee of The Family planned a symposium from the point of view of case work, community organization, research, sociology, and psychiatry. Bradley Buell, of Community Chests and Councils, was invited to discuss the background of the plan. We shall be glad to receive other brief discussions for the Readers' Forum.
