This manuscript is a compilation book of log notes based on collected research applied to theory that sequesters on the projective who, what, where, when, why and how that is determinate of the outcomes with the developmental factors for the youth of today. This query of relativity poses for contemplation as to what direction taken will qualify the identification of the self for our youth with the choices made in childhood through adolescence that steers the course to the Route objective for a symbiotic communication that channels the personification of the conscience for the youth mind. This is achieved whether the road toward self-actualization be guided by constructive or destructive methods of assimilation into a community of attachment and security that equates with belonging for youth.

ABSTRACT:This Manuscript is a compilation of collected research analysis applied to Theory that sequesters on the who, what, where, when, why, and how that is determinate of the outcomes with the factoring of Development perusary with Childhood and Adolescense. This query of Relativity poses for contemplation as to what direction taken will qualify the identification of the Self for children and adolescents with the decisions they make that will circumnavigate the course to the Route objective for establishing a symbiotic pattern of communication that will channel the personification of the Conscience with the youth mind. This is made possible whether the CrossRoads toward achieving Self-Actualization be guided by constructive or destructive forms of methodological assimilation into a community of attachment and security that equates with a psyche-somatic sense of belonging and assimbio-spheric communitization. The problem raised in this research is the implementation of ERP (Electronic Road Price) which will be applied in several street corners of the capital of Jakarta, many pros and cons that will occur in its application, ranging from its licensing to its application in the field, socialization to users the road in the capital is very important to do because it will directly intersect with motorized motorists in the capital of Jakarta, in its application also must be considered using what tools are best placed in every corner of the capital to help smooth the system to be applied, in this research the author will provide suggestions and frameworks so that the implementation of the ERP system (Electronic Road Price) can be carried out right away, with the suggestions that have been made are expected to influence the policies that will be made in terms of ERP (Electronic Road Price) in the future.

The chapter places theological anthropologies that focus on the connectedness of the self in dialogue with key findings and claims advanced by attachment theorists. One of the most amply researched and pragmatically employed frameworks in contemporary neuropsychology, attachment theory contends that human subjectivity is the product of human attachments. Attachment figures provide an environment of perceived safety within which and out of which the self can pursue other activities in freedom; should attachment needs remain unmet, human actions would be inhibited. Self-actualization depends upon secure attachments that home the self. In fact, the term “home” is a key technical concept for attachment theory: secure attachments constitute a secure home for the self.

Social Progress in Britain examines how much progress has made in the years since Sir William Beveridge described the ‘five giants on the road to reconstruction’—the giants of Want, Disease, Ignorance, Squalor, and Idleness. The book has chapters examining the progress which Britain has made in improving material prosperity and tackling poverty; in extending length of life and tackling disease; in raising participation in education and improving educational standards; in tackling the scourge of unemployment, especially youth unemployment; and in providing better-quality housing and tackling overcrowding. In addition to Beveridge’s five giants, the book also explores inequalities of opportunity (focussing on inequalities between social classes, men and women, and ethnic groups), and the changing nature of social divisions and social cohesion in Britain. Throughout, the chapters put British progress into perspective by drawing comparisons with progress made in other large developed democracies such as Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Sweden, and the USA. As well as looking at the average level of prosperity, life expectancy, education, and housing, the book examines the extent of inequality around the average and pays particular attention to whether the most disadvantaged sections of society have shared in progress or have fallen behind. It concludes with an assessment of the effect of policy interventions such as Margaret Thatcher’s free market reforms of the 1980s on different aspects of social progress.

The focus of this research is designing buildings and spaces using the factors forming sense of place. The goalis to create a space that has aesthetic value, comfort, and can provide a sense of attachment between the userand the building so as to add value to residential, commercial, and public spaces. The methods used in thisdesign are observation and analysis, data collection, and literature study. From this method it was found thatthis design uses (1) fulfillment of the human senses, (2) forms of identity and (3) comfort, (4) pays attention tothe aesthetic side, so that (5) can design memory or experience in space or buildings. From this it is expectedto create a space that can support the self-actualization of its users. The results of this design obtained abuilding with the concept of fun and glass, where the building can support the concept of a boutique with anattractive window display and interior. The use of the forming factor of sense of place is also found in interioraesthetics, comfort with ergonomic furniture, and fulfillment of the human senses to form a sense of place.Spatial planning in building plans is also a method of solving problems and establishing comfortable spaces.By fulfilling the factors forming the sense of place, it is expected to form a sense of the user’s attachment tothe building.

Considerable progress has been made in our understanding of depressive illnesses in childhood and adolescence, especially over the last several years. A number of major books on the subject have now appeared, along with a large number of individual papers. This paper attempts to summarize current knowledge, and indicates developmental, age-related and other issues which still require further study.

When the road tunnel is excavated, the multi lining is used to being applied. In order to keep the surrounding rock stabilize and arouse the self-stability of the surrounding rock, building the first support is essential. But the slabbing often occurs near the spring line on the surface of the first lining, and because the slabbling is a common failing and not attracted our most attentions, it will develop to the crack and threaten the stability of the structure finally. This paper uses the line elastic method to analyze the mechanics that causes this slabbing phenomenon via the interaction between the surrounding rock and the first lining, and suggests the measure that escape the slabbing.

The author, after referring to his paper in the Philosophical Transactions for 1868 on the comparison of Magnetic Disturbances inferred from Galvanic Currents recorded by the Self-registering Galvanometers of the Royal Observatory of Greenwich with the Magnetic Disturbances registered by the Magnetometers, on 17 days, states that he had now undertaken the examination of the whole of the Galvanic Currents recorded during the establishment of the Croydon and Dartford wires (from 1865 April 1 to 1867 October 24). The days of observation were divided into three groups,—No. I containing days of considerable magnetic disturbance, and therein including not only the 17 days above mentioned, but also 36 additional days, No. 2 containing days of moderate disturbance, of which no further use was made, and No. 3 containing the days of tranquil magnetism. The comparisons of the additional 36 disturbed days were made in the same manner as those of the preceding 17 days, and the inferences were the same. The results were shown in the same manner, by comparison of curves, which were exhibited to the Society. The points most worthy of notice are, that the general agreement of the strong irregularities, Galvanic and Magnetic, is very close, that the galvanic irregularities usually precede the magnetic, in time, and that the northerly magnetic force appears to be increased. The author remarks that no records appeared open to doubt as regards instrumental error, except those of western declination; and to remove this he had compared the Greenwich Curves with the Kew Curves, and had found them absolutely identical.
