This study was conducted to determine the effect of self-efficacy, self-esteem, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank BPR JATIM Cabang Kediri. The population and sample in this study amounted to 31 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that partially self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BPR JATIM Cabang Kediri as evidenced by the value of sig t of 0.038 <0.05. Partially, self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the sig t value of 0.007 <0.05. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the sig t value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously self-efficacy, self-esteem, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the sig t value of 0.000 <0.05

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self efficacy, work motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Sukanda Djaya Denpasar Branch numbering 97 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that self efficacy, work motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction. This has the meaning that the higher level of employee confidence in the company, the higher the employee's motivation, and the better the working environment in PT. <p><em>In this study a problem that occurs is the implementation of training and motivation are ineffective for employees in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung, so that they are less than optimal performance. This study aimed to test the Training and Work Motivation Effect on Employee Performance in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung. The population in this study is that all employees at PT Bank BJB which amounted to 51 employees. The sampling technique used is census sampling technique, the sample set as many as 51 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through questionnaires (questionnaire) which has been filled by the respondents who have been determined. Data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis.</em></p><p><em>The results of the analysis of pearson correlation 0.794 or 79.4% which shows that the correlation between training and work motivation and performance of employees are in a strong relationship level, means that training and motivation has a positive and significant relationship to the performance variables. While the coefficient of determination 0.631 or 63.1%, meaning that training and motivation has contributed 63.1% of the employee's performance, while the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables which is not examined.</em><br /><em> </em><br /><em>Keywords: Training, Motivation, Performance Employees</em></p>this HTML class. This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance at PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari Cilegon Banten. The independent variables Social security and work motivation are the factors that are analyzed partially and simultaneously on the  Dependent  Variable of Employee Performance at the company. The number of samples in this study was 70 employees is a saturated sample. The analysis technique in this research uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and R2 test. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method that is a measurement of object data by processing data using SPPS V.25.0 software. The results showed that (1) Social security variables partially did not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, as evidenced by the t-value of 1,458 < t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.150>  0.05. (2)  Work  Motivation  Variable partially positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, evidenced by t-value 2,375> t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.02 <0.05. (3) Social Security and Work Motivation Variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 19.6% s on the performance of employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, where the F-value is 8,189> F table 3.13 with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. Suggestions for PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari pay more attention to the timeliness of employees in carrying out their work so that the company's targets are met properly.

The purpose of this study is to find out the work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in the financial management and gresik district asset management agencies. The sample uses probability sampling technique as many as 72 respondents propotionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, work motivation and work environment are proven to have a significant partial effect on employee performance in financial management and gresik district assets. Simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment also proved to have a significant effect on performance

This study aims to test and determine whether competence and work motivation have an influence on employee performance. The research method used is the verification method with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research is nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling. So in this study using all populations of 76 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques and to measure the research variables, researchers use a Likert scale. The results of data analysis show that employee competence consisting of intellectual competence, emotional competence and social competence has no influence on the employee performance of PT. EGI. Meanwhile, the results of the data indicate that work motivation which consists of motivator factors and hygiene factors has a strong influence on the performance of the employees of PT. EGI. However, if further tested together the competency and work motivation variables above have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. EGI.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Pos Painan. The sampling technique used was tottal sampling, while the number of samples used for the analysis was 35 people. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression linear. In this study there are two independent variables, namely incentives and motivation. Variable incentives and motivations have no effect on employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Pos Painan. While the value of determination coefficient in this study was found at 0.387 or equal to 38.7%. These results show that employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Pos Painan can be explained by incentives and work motivation of 38.7%, while the remaining 61.3% allegedly explained by other factors not examined in this study, such as organizational culture, work discipline, and work stress. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the incentive and motivation variables positively affect employee performance at PT. FIFGROUP Pos Painan. This research provides practical recommendations for the management of PT. FIFGROUP Painan Post to continuously strive to improve employee performance in the future.

A leader as an individual is a personality dealing with a number of other individuals, each of whom is also a personality. The style of leadership and motivation is important in a modern era where the organization demo democracy in the implementation of work and work motivation is good, a result that may arise from a leadership style and poor motivation is a decline in employee performance that will have an impact on total performance decline company. The problems in the review of the above description can be formulated as follows.Is there any influence between leadership style to the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, is there any influence between the motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sumber Mas, among the variables - style of leadership and motivation which dominant influence on employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Sumber Mas 93 people, The sample is determined by proportional random sampling technique, with 75 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method.Based on the results of the research obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.741 + 0.208 + 0.160 , While from the test partial hypothesis (t test) obtained t count from leadership style variables of 3.373T arithmetic motivation variable as much as 2.832 where the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis is received. The coefficient of determination (Adjust R2) of 0.324 is the performance of employees of PT Sumber Mas influenced by the style of leadership and motivation, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are outside the variables in the research. Keywords:Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Komunikasi Efekti Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Rangkayo Basa secara parsial dan simultan. Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah Hotel Rangkayo Basa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Total Sampling yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Secara Parsial hasil pengujian hipotesis motivasi kerja menunjukkan nilai t hitung > t tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 0,20, berarti motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Rangkayo Basa. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Komunikasi Efektif, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT: This study aims to see the effect of work influence and communication on the effectiveness of organizational culture on employee performance at the Rangkayo Basa hotel partially and simultaneously. The research object used was the Rangkayo Basa Hotel. The research used total sampling technique, in which all members of the population were sampled. This research is included in the type of quantitative descriptive research. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Partially the results of testing the motivation hypothesis show the value of t count> t table with a significance value of 0.20, meaning that work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance of the Rangkayo Basa Hotel.

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of communication, communication and social performance on the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. The research method used is survey research method. P The population of this study is all employees of the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat totaling 60 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling techniques from the total population of 60 people, so the research sample is taken. The number of samples in this study was 60 people. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that: There is a positive and significant effect of coordination on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better coordination will improve employee performance, and vice versa, the worse the coordination will have an impact on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence of communication on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better the communication will improve employee performance, and vice versa the worse the communication will have an impact on the low performance of employees.There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that the better the organizational culture will improve employee performance, and vice versa the worse the employee's organizational culture will have an impact on the low performance of employees.There is an influence of coordination, communication and organizational culture together on employee performance at the Tangerang City DPRD Secretariat. This means that good coordination, communication and organizational culture will affect the improvement of employee performance, and vice versa, poor coordination, communication and organizational culture will have an impact on the low performance of employees

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience, motivation and competence on employee performance at Mee Macau Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative with secondary data. The sample in this study were 40 employees at Mee Macau Surabaya. The sampling technique used a population sample / saturated sample. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between work experience, motivation and competence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. And the calculation of F is known that Fcount = 51.784> F table 2.87 with a significance of 0.000 <alpha 0.05. Partially it is known that the variables work experience, motivation and competence have a significant effect on employee performance. After the t test (partial) work experience variable (X1) has t count 2.246> t table 2.02108 and from the motivation variable (x2) t count = 12.342> 2.02108 and from the competency variable (X3) t count = 2.058> t table 2,0218.
