Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Komunikasi Efekti Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Rangkayo Basa secara parsial dan simultan. Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah Hotel Rangkayo Basa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Total Sampling yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Secara Parsial hasil pengujian hipotesis motivasi kerja menunjukkan nilai t hitung > t tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 0,20, berarti motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Rangkayo Basa. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Komunikasi Efektif, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT: This study aims to see the effect of work influence and communication on the effectiveness of organizational culture on employee performance at the Rangkayo Basa hotel partially and simultaneously. The research object used was the Rangkayo Basa Hotel. The research used total sampling technique, in which all members of the population were sampled. This research is included in the type of quantitative descriptive research. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Partially the results of testing the motivation hypothesis show the value of t count> t table with a significance value of 0.20, meaning that work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance of the Rangkayo Basa Hotel.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

This research was conducted at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada all branches in Bali. Data collection is done by questionnaire with saturated sampling technique. The number of employees who become respondents is as many as 46 people. Data Analysis Method used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on company performance. This shows that the greater the leadership style the company will increase. Positive and significant organizational commitment to the company's performance. This shows the higher level of organizational commitment, the higher the company will be. Positive and significant work motivation on company performance. This shows the higher level of work motivation, the higher the increase in the company. The purpose of this study is to simultaneously and partially determine and analyze the effect of accessibility and destination image toward the revisit to Tambing Lake. The variables of this research are accessibility (X1) and destination image (X2). While the dependent variable is the revisit (Y). This study used the research method of causal descriptive, with the sample size of 70 people. The sampling of this research used incidental sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1). Accessibility and destination image simultaneously have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 2). Accessibility partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 3). Destination image partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel aksesibilitas dan citra destinasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu aksesibilitas (X1) dan citra destinasi (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu niat berkunjung kembali (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kausal dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang. Bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Aksesibilitas dan citra destinasi secara simultan (serempak) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing; 2). aksesibilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing; 3). citra destinasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 33 pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Kendari Management and Retribution Agency. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and was carried out on 33 employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was the census method and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous motivation, competence, and work environment influence employee performance and partially the dominant influence on employee performance is motivation.

Employees have a big role in fulfilling fluency in the field of organization. Organizations need human resources to develop their businesses. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The phenomenon of performance instability that can be seen from the achievement of the company's targets caused by lack of competence and employee work discipline and a decrease in employee job satisfaction is the background of this study. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The study sample was 83 employees. The results of this study prove the existence of a significant and positive influence on competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The purpose of his study aims to determine and analyze how much the income level of tuna fishing business is and what factors affect the level of tuna fishing business income in Manokwari Regency. The analytical method used is the quantitative descriptive analysis method with interview guides and questionnaires as instruments. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously and partially the variables of capital, length of time at sea, number of workers and experience at sea had a significant effect on the income of tuna fishermen in Manokwari Regency.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on employee discipline in Markas Komando Direktorat Pengamanan Badan Pengusahaan Batam. Data collected through distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. A sampling technique uses a saturation sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability testing, classic assumption test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that 1) the practical dimensions of fingerprint attendance have a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 2) the accurate dimension of fingerprint attendance has a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 3) high securities fingerprint attendance has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline, 4) the dimensions of fingerprint attendance hardware have a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 5) practical, accurate, high security, and fingerprint attendance hardware simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee discipline.

This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities and communication on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang. This study uses quantitative study methods. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling (Census) in which all population members were sampled. So the sample in this study was 32 respondents. Data collection techniques using study instruments namely questionnaire. The instrument testing techniques are validity test and reliability test, data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang, 2) Communication has no significant effect on employee performance on CV. Zam – Zam Jombang, 3) Simultaneous work and communication facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang.

<em>The Purposes of this Research aim to determine the effect of the Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Training in partially and simultaneously to the Employee Performance at Airpura District in Pesisir Selatan Regency. Metodhology of this research was used quantitative descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis wich used SPSS version 20.0. By using 50 samples, the result showed that Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Training partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influencing to the Employee Performance at Airpura District in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The regression equation for these three variables is Ŷ = 8.126 + 0, 301 X<sub>1</sub> + 0,334X<sub>2.</sub>+ 0, 180X<sub>3. </sub>The magnitude effect of three independent variables as together to the dependent variable is 62,4 % and 37,6 % is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study.</em>
