Consulting Engineering Services is a company engaged in building construction consulting services. In this company in processing employee salaries still use manual calculations and use the Ms. Excel program. This can lead to errors in calculating employee salaries and the process of printing employee salary slips which takes a long time. In solving this problem, the authors designed an employee payroll information system. In this design, the authors use the PHP programming language. The method in this research is the Waterfal Method. The method in this research is through observation, interview, documentation and literature study. The system design is made using Contex Diagram, HIPO, Input Output Design, relationships between tables and database design. The system is made in a program with the PHP programming language with a database format using MySQL. The result of this design is to produce an application program that will be used to process web-based employee salaries in CV. Consulting Engineering Services and it is hoped that companies will find it easier to input data and compile payroll reports to be faster and more efficient

Abstract—The student unit activity is an institution to achieve goals by holding events within the institution. FOSTI is one of the student activity units on the campus of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta that uses a web-based information system, of course in this application to make it easier to collect data or register for events being held. The purpose of this final semester assignment is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze the existing system and evaluate the deficiencies in the system to the user. The registration process for event participants is done manually, often incorrectly in recording or data collection of event participants and creating piles of data in the form of papers, allowing data to be inserted due to negligence on the part of the committee. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a registration application system. Making this system using the framework system Laravel Based Framework. Used to find easy alternatives. The method in this management information system uses Laravel Based. Making a system in a program with the PHP programming language, the process of registering events held by the laravel based method can facilitate the registration and data collection process, which previously used the manual method which took quite a long time. The method in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. for designing the system using Contex Diagram, HIPO, and DAD. The purpose of this study is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze existing systems and evaluate the deficiencies of the system to the user. The final result in the registration process and event data collection is in the form of types of events in the FOSTI organization, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and participant data reports.

Information systems using computer technology in the era of globalization have experienced very rapid developments in almost all business fields. The data processing process becomes faster, the information generated is more accurate, and has an important role for the progress and development of a company or agency when carrying out its work activities so that it is more structured and time efficient. Notary Office and PPAT Muhammad Hanafi, S.H. is a company engaged in services. The information system running, until now, has not been computerized. Data recording is still written in books so it requires a lot of Manpower, the process of searching for data and printing reports takes a long time because it is storage cabinets, data is also vulnerable to damage and loss. The research objective is to design and develop this information system to be computerized in order to solve existing problems. The research method uses the Waterfall Model Development Life Cycle (SDLC), while the data collection uses interviews, observation and literature study. The system design in this study employs the decomposition function, DFD and ERD. The research findings are in the form of desktop applications implement Java and MySQL. The test results using black box testing successfully display the main menu of the application for further manage by office staff. The result is expected to be able to provide a convenience to office staff when processing client data and resolving existing problems.

SMK Negeri 1 Pedan Klaten is a school that has been around for a long time and has many graduates. Tracking graduates are still carried out in one direction, namely by filling out forms. The data obtained is then entered in the graduate ledger. This has resulted in not maximally handling graduates. Current graduate data cannot be used as a benchmark for knowing the activities and whereabouts of graduates. The current solution that is considered to improve graduate data is by developing a graduate tracking information system. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The method of developing the system uses the Waterfall Model. Programming language is a Web programming language using Sublimetext and CSS text editors to create and edit and design. The databases used are PhpMyadmin and MySQL. The conclusion of this research is that the author has succeeded in analyzing and developing a graduate tracking information system in SMK Negeri 1 Pedan Klaten, the system is made by two users, namely admin and graduates. Admin can perform system management, while graduates can enter their current condition through this developed system. The system can make reports on the results of tracking graduates, the system can make it easy to search for graduate data.

Abstrak: PT. UD RAUL merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penjualan ikan tuna loin, Namun dalam pelayanan penjualan PT. UD RAUL seperti pemesanan ikan dan transaksi pembayarann masih bersifat manual dimana pembelian melakukan transaksi pembelian ikan secara langsung PT. UD RAUL yang menjadi salah satu permasalahannya. Dalam hal ini guna mempermudah pelanggan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan tersebut, berdasarkan masalah diatas maka perlu adanya suatu aplikasi Media Promosi Dan Penjualan Ikan Tuna Loin Pada PT. UD RAUL Berbasis Web. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Prototype sebagai Metode Pengembangan dan pemodelan Aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java pada bagian web dan bahasa pemrograman PHP Pada bagian Administrator dengan MySQL untuk pengolahan databasenya. Sistem Informasi Penjualan Ikan Tuna Loin Pada PT. UD RAUL Berbasis Web Dapat mengumpulkan, mengidentifikasi, menyimpan, mengolah dan memberikan informasi Penjualan Pada PT. Today, to create the official student affair letters in the Padang State Polytechnic has not been computerized yet, so students have to queue and it takes a long time. With this developed system, there is no longer a queuing process at the counter, students can fill out a form through the system and will receive a notification when the official letter has been confirmed from related section. With this system, the campus is also facilitated in the process of searching for data, for example knowing the student who made the letter, the graph of each category of making a letter per year from the letter application. The system is built with the PHP programming language with Code Igniter framework and MySQL as DBMS. Pembuatan surat kemahasiswaan yang dilakukan di Politkenik Negeri Padang  belum terkomputerisasi, sehingga mahasiswa harus mengantri dan waktu yang dibutuhkan lama.  Dengan sistem yang dikembangkan ini, tidak adalagi proses antrian di loket,  mahasiswa dapat mengisi form surat melalui sistem dan akan menerima notifikasi ketika surat telah dikonfirmasi dari pihak terkait. Dengan sistem ini, pihak kampus juga dimudahkan dalam proses pencarian data, misal mengetahui mahasiswa yang melakukan pembuatan surat, grafik setiap kategori dari pembuatan surat pertahun dari permohonan surat. Sistem dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograan PHP dengan framework Code Igniter dan MySQL sebagai DBMS.

Inventory information system is something that is often heard in a company. A company that is engaged in trading of such distributions must be familiar with the inventory system. The use of manual recording has a negative impact on the company. Looking at company earnings and how many remaining items available manually require a long time. This research aims to design an inventory information system to help employees manage goods and find available items more easily so as to reduce mistakes made by employees. The system designed in this study uses Microsoft Access. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, data collection techniques in research conduct interviews, observation, and literature study conducted directly with the owner of the company. This research produces an application that can help control the inventory of goods more effectively and informally so that it can control the goods entering and leaving the company

Lecture Work Dakwah (KKD) is a program of dedication to the community through the Institute of Research and Community Service (LPPM). In contrast to the university students' work at a Muhammadiyah University, more collaboration programs between the dedication of the field of science and added to the da'wah program conducted at the location where the KKD execution. KKD applicants are students who have met certain requirements. Registrants are made in a conventional manner by involving documents manually and takes a long time. Access becomes more complicated because of the unavailability of the system. This system is designed to solve the problem. With the Information System Kuliah Kerja Dakwah (SIKKD) the service becomes easier in terms of students, Field Supervisors (DPL) and KKD organizing committee. The purpose of this research is to create a Web-based KKD Information System that can facilitate the process of registration until the assessment in a system. The research method used is Research and Development (RND) to produce a product that really refined. The results of this study SIKKD can facilitate the process of KKD program management by using the web rather thanjust conventionally as it has been done so far.

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. Dan teknologi komputer sekarang ini dengan kecepatan prosesnya yang semakin canggih telah memungkinkan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.
