The retail business that continues to grow requires every company engaged in the retail sector to always carry out various strategies in order to expand market coverage and the number of customers. The existence of a number of loyal customers can ensure the survival of the company so that it must be continuously worked on and improved for the progress of the company. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of marketing communication, brand image, and brand trust on brand loyalty. The research method used is a quantitative method with the analysis technique of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The intended respondents are Indomaret customers in the city of Surabaya, totaling 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that marketing communication, brand image, and brand trust had a significant effect on brand loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived quality and brand image on brand loyalty and brand equity. This research is in the form of associative and carried out on consumers of Samsung Galaxy mobile phones. The sample in this study amounted to 112 people taken using purposive sampling sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations that are considered to represent the population. Data analysis techniques are carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 16.00 program. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Perceived quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand equity. This means that good perceived quality and brand image will form a good brand equity for the company. Perceived quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. When the perceived quality of consumers towards good brands and the resulting brand image is good, consumers will develop brand loyalty. Then brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on brand equity. With the brand loyalty of consumers it will add to the positive value that the brand has and will add to the brand equity of the brand and company.

This study analyzes the relationship between service quality on brand image, brand trust, and brand loyalty in the higher education sector. This study used a 4-point Likert scale questionnaire to collect the data from 185 students at the Distance Learning Program Unit Universitas Terbuka Jayapura registered in 2014-2018. It also employed the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method to analyze the data with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that service quality positively and significantly affected the brand image, brand trust, and brand loyalty. Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, while the brand image has no significant effect on brand loyalty.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of brand awareness, brand image and brand trust on the loyalty to a ready to drink (RTD) fruit beverage product in the city of Padang. Based on quantitative approach, data collected with questionnaire and respondents were selected with purposive sampling technique. The number of filled questionnaire was 293 from 350 distributed. Hypothesis testing is done by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS version 24 software program . Statistical analysis reveals that brand awareness has a significant influence on brand image but has no significant effect on brand trust and brand loyalty. This Study also obtained the results that the brand image has a significant and positive impact on brand trust, but surprisingly brand image does not have a significant effect on brand loyalty. And form this study we found Brand trusts have a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty. This study provides insights that in RTD beverage industry in Padang city, awareness about the brand is not enough to obtain loyalty to particular brand. Thus, marketers should find an appropriate program in their communications to the customers. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of product quality on consumer brand image, the effect of marketing communication on consumer brand image, and the effect of brand image on loyalty. This study uses primary and secondary data sources obtained directly by distributing 100 questionnaires to respondents. The sampling method is non-probability with a pirposive sampling technique. The criteria for respondents are male, the research method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The findings of this study are, The first hypothesis which states that product quality affects brand image and is proven significantly, the second hypothesis which states that marketing communication affects brand image is not proven significantly, the third hypothesis which states that brand image affects customer loyalty is proven significantly

The key to the success of a business or company is none other than brand loyalty by customers. So, the increase in brand loyalty needs to be considered. Some factors can affect the increase in brand loyalty. Brand loyalty can be influenced by several factors such as brand trust, brand image, and brand reputation. This study will discuss the effect of brand trust, brand image, and brand reputation on local coffee brand loyalty in Jakarta. Sampling using non-probability sampling with a purposive method to obtain appropriate characteristics for researchers. Respondents are local coffee consumers who live in Jakarta and are aged under 18-25 years and over as many as 140 respondents. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling. The results of this study indicate that brand trust, brand image, and brand reputation have a positive effect on brand loyalty. Kunci dari kesuksesan suatu bisnis atau perusahaan tidak lain adalah loyalitas merek oleh pelanggan. Maka, peningkatan terhadap loyalitas merek perlu untuk diperhatikan. Terdapat faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi peningkatkan loyalitas merek tersebut. Brand loyalty dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti brand trust, brand image, dan brand reputation. Penelitian ini akan membahas pengaruh dari brand trust, brand image dan brand reputation terhadap brand loyalty kopi lokal di Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive untuk mendapatkan karakterisik yang sesuai bagi peneliti. Responden merupakan konsumen kopi lokal yang berdomisili di Jakarta dan berusia dibawah 18 – 25 tahun ke atas sebanyak 140 responden. Teknik analisa data menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa brand trust, brand image dan brand reputation berpengaruh secara positif terhadap brand loyalty.

This research aims to find out the brand image and brand trust towards brand loyalty of AQUA product. The population of this research is the consumer of AQUA in Kuningan district and the data are collected by questionnaire technique. The��� purposive sampling technique is applied in this research while the sample of this research is 100 respondents using measurement scale of interval scale. The analysis method in this research is descriptive and verification with quantitative approach that cover validity and reliability, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing through F test, T test and determination coefficient (R2). The technique of data analysis is gained by the use of multiple regression linear. All tests on this research use a measured instrument in the form of computer program SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 21.0. Based on the result of this research, it is concluded that the brand image has positive influence and significant towards� brand loyalty ; brand trust has positive influence and significant towards� brand loyalty as well as both of brand image and brand trust have also positive influence and significant towards brand loyalty.�Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Trust, Brand Loyalty

Di era globalisasi ini, sudah menjadi gaya hidup bagi hampir setiap generasi muda dan dewasa untuk bersantai dengan cara menongkrong di café atau kedai kopi. Starbuck merupakan salah satu kedai kopi yang sering dikunjungi anak muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi hubungan variabel anteseden (yaitu: kepercayaan merek, afeksi merek, kesesuaian citra diri, dan kesesuaian fungsional) dari loyalitas merek.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan mengintegrasikan disain sampling bertujuan. Kuesioner didistribusikan secara online dan melibatkan 200 responden. Sebelum data diolah, uji reliabilitas dan validitas dilakukan untuk memastikan indikator yang digunakan adalah andal dan valid. Kemudian, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat tiga dari empat hipotesis penelitian yang didukung. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan merek, afeksi merek, dan kesesuaian citra diri merupakan prediktor utama dari loyalitas merek. Pembahasan dan keterbatasan penelitian disampaikan dalam penelitian ini. In this era of globalization, it has become a lifestyle for almost every young generation and adult to relax by hanging out in a café or coffee shop. Starbuck is one of the coffee shops frequented by young people. This study aims to predict the relationship between antecedent variables (namely: brand trust, brand affection, self-image congruence, and functional congruence of brand loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data were collected through a survey by integrating a purposive sampling design. The questionnaire was distributed online and involved 200 respondents. Before the data is processed, reliability and validity tests are carried out to ensure that the indicators used are reliable and valid. Then, the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results of the analysis show that there are three of the four supported research hypotheses. Specifically, this study shows that brand trust, brand affection, and self-image congruence are the main predictors of brand loyalty. The discussion and limitations of the research are presented in this study.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction mediated by brand image and brand trust, ultimately determining customer loyalty. The questionnaire distributed 175 copies to the users of Kencana Truss light steel in Bali Province, but valid for processing 133 copies. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique. The results of this study found that variable product quality, brand image, and brand trust have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction variables have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Variable brand image and brand trust, significantly mediate the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction. Similarly, customer satisfaction mediates the effect of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty. The implications of the results of this study indicate that product quality is found as a major factor in increasing customer satisfaction which ultimately results in customer loyalty. Providers of light steel products should pay special attention to product quality, so customer satisfaction and loyalty can be maintained.

Abstract : Along with the development of the telecommunications industry in Indonesia, making communication both close and long distance communication becomes easier and smoother. Cellular phone (cellphone) is one of the communication technologies that has developed from year to year. The Android operating system is a Linux-based operating system designed for touch screen mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers. By providing a development platform that is open (open source), Android developers offer the ability to build applications that are very rich and innovative and of course very profitable for consumers because it is relatively freeware (most applications are free). This study tries to examine the effect of brand image and product quality on the loyalty of Android-based smartphone users in the University of Bandung Raya environment, both directly and indirectly through satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a survey approach and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The population in this study were Bandung Raya University students who used registered and active Android-based smartphones from 2017 odd semester until 2018. The sampling method used was the non-probability sampling method with a total of 100 people. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Through the analysis of indirect influence data, only product quality has a significant effect on loyalty through student satisfaction at the University of Bandung Raya. Whereas through direct influence, obtained only brand image and satisfaction that have a significant effect on loyalty within the University of Bandung Raya students.
