This research aims to find out the brand image and brand trust towards brand loyalty of AQUA product. The population of this research is the consumer of AQUA in Kuningan district and the data are collected by questionnaire technique. The��� purposive sampling technique is applied in this research while the sample of this research is 100 respondents using measurement scale of interval scale. The analysis method in this research is descriptive and verification with quantitative approach that cover validity and reliability, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing through F test, T test and determination coefficient (R2). The technique of data analysis is gained by the use of multiple regression linear. All tests on this research use a measured instrument in the form of computer program SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 21.0. Based on the result of this research, it is concluded that the brand image has positive influence and significant towards� brand loyalty ; brand trust has positive influence and significant towards� brand loyalty as well as both of brand image and brand trust have also positive influence and significant towards brand loyalty.�Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Trust, Brand Loyalty

This study aims to know and analyze the influence of brand experience, brand personalityand brand community to brand loyalty with brand trust as a variable intervening on Oriflameproducts .. The population is the consumer who ever bought the product Oriflame in Semarang,with the number of samples of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this researchis convenience sampling or convenience .. The analysis tool is path analysis, where previouslytested the validity and reliability as well as the classical assumption test.Test results show thatbrand experience, brand personality and brand personality proved to have a significant positiveeffect on brand trust and brand loyalty. Brand trusts have a positive influence on brand loyalty.Brand trust can be an intervening variable between brand experience and brand personalitytoward brand loyalty. Brand trust can be an intervening variable between brand communitytowards repurchase meaning higher brand community, the more consumers can strengthenthe understanding of its members due to high trust to Oriflame brand, so that will increasinglyincrease customer loyalty to the brand.Keywords: Brand experience, brand personality, brand community, brand trust brand loyalty

Objective - The purpose of this paper is to explore how brand love affects consumers' brand trust, brand loyalty and word-of-mouth promotion towards an online public transport app in Jakarta, Indonesia. GO-JEK is a cost-effective, transport-based application that is used by passengers in Indonesia. Methodology/Technique - This research uses a purposive sampling technique to select 380 GO-JEK users. Partial least square version 3.0 analysis was used to analyze the data collected through the questionnaires. Findings - The study reveals that brand love, brand trust and brand loyalty have a positive influence on word-of-mouth advertising. Novelty - Brand love strongly influences brand trust, followed by brand loyalty and word-of-mouth. Type of Paper - Empirical. Keywords: Brand Love; Brand Loyalty; Brand Trust; Word-of-mouth. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of iphone smartphones in Banjarmasin both simultaneously and partially. The population of this research is the people in Banjarmasin, while the samples taken are 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability by looking at corrected items total correlation and Cronbach's alpha and all were declared valid and reliable. Data analysis techniques used in this study used the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). The results of this study indicate simultaneously that product quality and brand image have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for iPhone smartphones and the most dominant factor influencing purchase decisions is on the brand image. Partially for product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a t value greater than t table that is 4.674> 1.964 with a significance value of 0.000. As for the brand image, it also has a positive influence on purchasing decisions with a t value greater than t table, namely 20.554> 1.964 with a significance value of 0.000.

Tranport equipment is badly needed in this era of fast-paced as it is, particularly cars. Competition in the automotive world is so tight. Therefore, businesses are required to be able to increase sales in order to survive in the business worlds. Specifically, this research was discuss about automobile buying of Isuzu Panther brand at PT Astra Isuzu Semarang during 2012-2015 keep have sale descending. If that case wasn’t improve and solve, probably will presense problem for PT. Astra Isuzu Semarang next.Aim of this research was to found brand image and product quality concerning automobile buying decision of Isuzu Panther Semarang. This research type was explanatory, with data collection technique by questionaire. The population in this research is consemers who use and bought Isuzu Panther automobile on PT Astra Isuzu Semarang with the number of samples taken was 72 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Measurement scale using Likert scale. The analytical method used is the determination, simple linear regression, multiple liniear regression, t-test, and F-test using SPSS program version 16.Based on the results of the research, revealed that the partially, brand image and product quality has positive influence on the purchasing decision which is indicated by result of the value of t test bigger than t table. Significantly, variable brand image and product quality has positive influence towards purchasing decision indicated by value of F test larger than F table.And the advice that can be given is keeping a good image with a way keep it always communicate with consumers and customers. Besides continuing and improving product quality as well as improving its shortcomings, adding interior and exterior facilities and applying innovation to its products so as not to have the impression of monotonous and outdat

This research was conducted with the aim of measuring and testing the effect of brand image on brand loyalty with brand trust as a mediator. One hundred badminton players using Shuttlecock Pastra were used as samples, the method used was purposive sampling. The study was conducted in Denpasar City and distributed questionnaires to prospective respondents as many as 100 people selected through a purposive sampling technique. Path analysis techniques and sobel tests are used to analyze data. After investigating, it was found that brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on brand trust variables, brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty variables, brand trust variables had a positive effect that was also significant for brand loyalty variables and brand trust variables were able to mediate the influence of brand image on brand loyalty shuttlecock Pastra. The purpose of this study were (1) to determine the influence of social environment on purchasing decisions of iPhone, (2) to determine the effect confidence brand on purchase decisions of iPhone users,(3) to determine the effect of brand image to purchasing decisions of iPhone (4) to determine the influence of social environment, brand trust and brand image altogether on purchasing decisions of iPhone. The respondents in this research were 100 respondents, taken from the iPhone smartphone users in the city of Bogor and the campus STIE Kesatuan. The data were then processed using SPSS, 2016.       From the analysis conducted, following results were obtained; (1) The social environment has a positive influence on purchase decisions resulted in a coefficient of 0.056 and a significance value of 0.247. (2) Trust brand has a positive influence on purchase decisions resulted in a coefficient of 0.257 and a significance value of 0.004. (3) The influence of brand image has a positive influence on purchase decisions resulted in a coefficient of 0.251 and a significance value of 0.002. (4) Social Environment, Brand Trust and Brand altogether have positive influence and significance on purchasing decisions of iPhone smartphones with significant value 0,000. Detreminasinya coefficient value of 0.369 indicates that 36.9% Social Environment variables, Brand Trust and Brand Purchase Decisions influencing variables, whereas for 63.1% explained by other variables not examined in this study

In carrying out its role as a family planning instructor, the duties and functions of family planning instructors are also influenced by the people around them who can support their performance and hinder their performance. Family planning extension workers often interact with the community as program targets, either directly or indirectly. This research is intended to see how much influence the social environment has on the performance of family planning instructors. The research method used is quantitative. The data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for its validity and reliability. The population in this study were the Palembang and Prabumulih family planning instructors with a sample of 30 people and were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the social environment has a significant and positive influence on the performance of the extension workers by 75 percent. This means that the better the social environment, the better the performance of the family planning instructors.

Brand loyalty or customer loyalty is an important concept for many companies that can bring many benefits to companies, such as repeat purchases and brand recommendations to others, who then can reduce marketing costs. Trust in the brand is important and is a major factor in the development of brand loyalty. Along with the development of industry, entertainment, information and technology, style of fashion becomes a medium to demonstrate the existence of a person in the community. By following certain fashion, people can show their true identity. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Self Concept Connection, Brand Love, Brand Trust and Brand Image on the increase Brand Loyalty.The focus of this study object is H&M brand in Jakarta region. The data used in this study were gathered by spreading the questionnaires to users who have purchased the H&M brand is more than one time. This study used convinience sampling as a sampling technique and obtained 158 respondend and this data processed into this study result. This study uses SEM analyze to test the data.

The retail business that continues to grow requires every company engaged in the retail sector to always carry out various strategies in order to expand market coverage and the number of customers. The existence of a number of loyal customers can ensure the survival of the company so that it must be continuously worked on and improved for the progress of the company. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of marketing communication, brand image, and brand trust on brand loyalty. The research method used is a quantitative method with the analysis technique of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The intended respondents are Indomaret customers in the city of Surabaya, totaling 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that marketing communication, brand image, and brand trust had a significant effect on brand loyalty.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the direct and indirect influence of service quality and brand image on consumer’s brand loyalty with brand Trust as the mediation variable. Data were collected from 189 respondents and 187 responses had been used in this paper. “Service quality” measure used nine-item scale, “brand image” measured used six-item scale, “brand Trust” and “brand loyalty” measure used five-item scale. All measurement items were measured on five point Linkert-type scales. The four hypotheses in this paper have been tested. Service quality significantly gives positive influence to brand loyalty through brand Trust although service quality doesn’t significantly give positive influence to brand loyalty directly. Brand image significantly gives positive influences to brand loyalty directly and through the brand Trust. Brand Trust gives positive influences to brand loyalty.
