PELATIHAN BAHASA INGGRIS DAN PENGENALAN TEHNOLOGI INFORMASI BAGI REMAJA BENGKONG KOLAM BATAM

This service activity is an activity in the form of training on English Conversation and Introduction to Information Technology for Youth in RT 02 RW 09, Bengkong Sadai Batam which is held at the Gedung Pertemuan RW09 Bengkong.The training held is a multi-disciplinary training or combines several study programs, especially English and Computer Study Programs. The training materials have been prepared in such a way that they are able to at least provide some solutions to the problems of the younger generation that are happening in the current millennial era. These problems include, among other things, teenagers in these neighborhoods do not master English and lack information technology. This training is carried out starting in November 2021 and ending in December 2021 with as many as 5 meetings held regularly. From this training, it is hoped that the training participants will get refreshed knowledge about the application of English and Introduction to Information Technology

PEMBINAAN KERAPIHAN ADMINISTRASI MENGGUNAKAN MICROSOFT OFFICE PADA IBU PKK KAVLING KAMBOJA SAGULUNG

Information technology is currently well known by many people, such as children, teenagers, adults, and even parents nowadays, they must follow the latest technology, one of which is Microsoft office technology. Everyone knows this in schools, offices, and institutions. One of them is the women of Family Welfare Development (PKK) in the Kavling Kamboja RT 02 RW 03, Sei Pelungut Village, Sagulung District. PKK women in this area are quite active in various ways, of course, in the administrative process implemented at the Microsoft office, these PKK women must be orderly such as the correspondence process, making activity announcements, and managing household budgets in the PKK environment. Currently Microsoft office always makes new breakthroughs by updating its application to Microsoft office 2013. However, PKK women in the Kavling Kamboja want to learn administration in a simple way, so I try to use Microsoft office 2013. I use the application, because currently the process is correspondence is still asking for typing services, many PKK women still don't understand how to use Microsoft office. So the servants tried from the simple ones first, and the continuity of this activity could be understood by the PKK women.

BIMBINGAN DAN PENYULUHAN GURU-GURU PAUD DI PAUD EL SHADDAY, KEC. MEDAN DELI, KOTA MEDAN, PROV. SUMUT

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan pendidikan yang ditujukan bagi anak sejak lahir hingga usia 6 tahun, yang diatur dalam UUD No. 20 Tahun 2003. Masyarakat sendiri sudah menyadari pentingnya pendidikan anak usia dini, ini terlihat dari berkembang pesatnya lembaga-lembaga pendidikan bagi anak-anak usia balita seperti kelompok bermain, taman kanak-kanak dan sekolah dasar bauk yang dikelola yayasan maupun berbagai lembaga keagamaan salah satunya adalah PAUD El Shadday. Pendidikan PAUD senditi tidak ditekankan semata kepada pemberian stimulasi pengayaan pengetahuan anak tetapi lebih diarahkan kepada pemberian potensi dan daya kreatifitas serta pembentukan suikap mental dan kepribadian anak. Hal ini akan menajdi pondasi bagi perkembangan watak dan kepribadian anak sampai mereka dewasa. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Paud El Shadday Kecamatan Medan Deli dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas mengajar guru-guru PAUD. Kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan adalah bimbingan dan penyuluhan dari narasumber dibidang psikologi anak dan pemberian permainan edukatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah guru PAUD lebih memahami karakter anak didik, meningkatkan kreativitas guru melalui penambahan permainan edukatif anak dan pemanfaatan bahan-bahan yang ada disekitar dalam meningkatkan sensorik, motorik dan psikomotorik anak, serta bertambahnya rak besi buku sebagai tempat menyimpan buku pelajaran dan prakarya anak didik.

Foreign tourists often experience difficulties in communicating with English because the employees could not speak English. It is aimed to develop employees' English skills through methods of community education and training with lecturing, discussion and demonstration techniques. The result of this training was the improvement of the English spoken ability. To sum up this PkM activity is that English communication skills are very important to welcome foreign tourists visiting and support the government to develop tourism in Batam

PEMBINAAN IBU RUMAH TANGGA MELALUI JUAL BELI SECARA E-COMMERCE DI PERUMAHAN CITRA LAGUNA

Community Service (PKM) aims to foster housewives in Citra Laguna Housing, Batam. More than 50 percent of the housewives in this housing simply carry out the profession as a housewife without any other activities. Meanwhile, complaints about the inadequacy of household needs are very high. They want extra money to make ends meet. Through this PKM, the implementation method forms direct training and practice on making homemade ice cream products and selling them online or e-commerce. Implementation is carried out twice per meeting. First, fostering participants and practice on how to make ice cream, which was represented by 15 participants. Second, teach and practice buying and selling online through internet media such as through Facebook, Instagram, and others (e-commerce which is familiar among housewives). The results during the two meetings are as follows: 1. Housewives mastered how to make ice cream products with satisfactory results. 2. Housewives know how to download images of products they want to sell in common marketing languages.

ANALISA PENGARUH PELATIHAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE PADA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 2 KAWAN BANGLI

With the current outbreak of the corona virus, all sectors must start to improve so that they can survive during a pandemic, including the education sector. The teaching and learning process carried out during a pandemic situation like this is carried out using an online system and distance learning. Teachers must be able to provide facilities so that students can absorb the material optimally. Another problem that arises is that not all teachers are able to implement the distance learning system and also using the applications or technologies that support distance learning system. To solve this problem, the school needs to get the training of how to make a distance learning system media and in this case the school cooperates with STMIK STIKOM INDONESIA (STIKI) for the training. The training materials provided are google classroom training, google form and training on making the learning videos. The results of the analysis were obtained from the pretest and posttest questionnaires which were described descriptively. After receiving the training, most of the teachers will switch to use the Google Classroom media instead of WA social media, because 100% of the teachers stated that Google Classroom is very helpful in supporting online learning. In addition, according to the posttest questionnaires, 8.3% of the teachers understand very well about the features contained in Google Classroom, 41.7% understand it well and 50% are understand it quite well, meaning that most of the teachers understand the use of Google Classroom. The training also received a good responses from SDN 2 Kawan School and it will be applied to support their distance learning system.

PELATIHAN MICROSOFT OFFICE 2010 PADA K3TK DAN GUGUS PAUD NAGA DI KOTA BATAM

The material provided in this training is divided into 3 groups, namely Microsoft Word 2010, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, and Microsoft Paint groups. The briefing material given to the Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 group was the introduction of spreadsheets, starting from worksheets, to the use of functions and formulas to solve problems. Activities are carried out based on the division of the ability/skill level of each teacher. Teachers who have been proficient are grouped separately from teachers who are still new to computers so that coaching is more intensive. Teachers who are still laymen are guided and accompanied by instructors starting from the procedure for turning on the computer, opening files, saving files, using the mouse, basic typing, introduction to computer parts to the procedure for turning off the computer. The introduction to the spread sheet material begins with explaining worksheets, menu functions, and how to create borders, introducing cell alignment, and introducing Microsoft Excel formulas and functions to solve a particular problem/case. So far we have known more or less about Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Office XP, Microsoft Office 2003, Microsoft Office 2007, and the latest we know is Microsoft Office 2010.

PEMBINAAN PENGENALAN BASIC ENGLISH CONVERSATION AT THE AIRPORT KEPADA STAF BANDARA HANG NADIM BATAM

English is an international language which is very important for smooth bilingual interaction. Along with the times, the ability to speak English is required in all aspects of life to develop. One that is experiencing rapid development is the air transportation industry, which has a similar impact on the development of the airport aspect as a facility for providing aircraft transportation services. One of the important airports in the Riau Archipelago is Batam's Hang Nadim Airport. The airport was officially opened to the public on January 1, 1995 under the name "Hang Nadim International Airport. Since then until today, Hang Nadim airport has grown rapidly and has become one of the largest and busiest airports in Sumatra. With the rapid development of Hang Nadim Airport This, of course requires the use of an international language, namely English as the most commonly used communication medium. It has become a must for airport staff to be able to master English for the smooth operation of the technical process of aircraft and air flight systems. All airport workers are required to have good English language skills. it is appropriate to create conducive working conditions, but in reality on the ground, not all staff who work at airports have basic English skills, especially regarding the basic conversation part in English at the airport. If they are not equipped with basic English skills then they will not be able to speak English. can work optimally. Therefore, it is very important to initiate a dedication to provide a basic introduction to English for staff at Hang Nadim Airport, Batam City, Riau Islands.

PELATIHAN HIDROPONIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN GURU-GURU PAUD

From the results of discussions conducted with the Principal of the Kindergarten School. Kartika, it was agreed that the problems that were resolved in this activity were: 1) So that Partners had fun gardening media; 2) So that Partners have knowledge and skills in managing hydroponic gardens. The agreed solutions to solve the problems faced by Partners are as follows: 1) Procurement of hydroponic gardening equipment, so that gardening becomes cleaner and more attractive; 2) Training on hydroponic gardening procedures for teachers. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' understanding of hydroponic farming by 90%. Besides that, there is also an increase in teacher skills in hydroponic farming as shown by good plant growth during the harvest period.

PELATIHAN PENCATATAN KEUANGAN BAGI UMKM di SEKOLAH KEWIRAUSAHAAN BINA AMANAH CORDOVA, TANGGERANG

Abstract :The importance of education in improving the quality of life of a nation and state is well recognized by the Bina Amanah Cordova Entrepreneurship School as an Entrepreneurial Human Resource educational institution that provides free education to high school graduates who have economic constraints in continuing their education to a higher level of education and allow a definitive answers regarding the existing economic constraints. The School of Entrepreneurship Bina Amanah Cordova is in dire need of Lecture who can provide knowledge and skills in accounting through financial recording training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Therefore, the Faculty of Economics and Business - Trisakti University in order to help meet the needs of these teaching staff, in collaboration with the Bina Amanah Cordova Entrepreneurship School carry out Community Service (PKM) by providing practical training on recording MSME financial transactions in accordance with SAK-ETAP Accounting standards. , begins with an explanation of the understanding and accounting process starting from recording financial transactions in journals to the posting process to the general ledger and financial statements, practicing accounting questions, and discussing financial recording problems that Cordova students still face. The results after the PKM implementation were in line with expectations, where participants were very enthusiastic about asking about SAK-ETAP accounting and answering the accounting exercises given.
