The main problem in this research is 1) How to provide compensation in MA Al-IhsanKajuara Awangpone District Bone Regency. 2) How is the performance of the honorary teacher in MA Al-Ihsan Kajuara Awangpone District Bone Regency. 3) How is the effect of giving compensation to the improvement of the performance of honorary teachers in MA Al-Ihsan Kajuara Awangpone District Bone Regency.The research method used is descriptive quantitative research and population in this study were all honorary teachers who tought the at the school with a sample of 16 honorary teachers. Research instruments using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with the product moment statistical test. Based on the results of data analysis using descriptive statistics, it is known that the average value for compensation (X) is 16, number 16 is in the sufficient category and the average value for the performance of honorary teachers (Y) is 52,25, number 52,25 is in the good category. While the results of the statistical analysis of the product moment show the regression test results obtained bythe value of =0,685, this proves that the provision of compensation for the performance of honorary teachers is relatively strong. Then used the F statistic with the criteria for rejecting test  if with a value 12,364,60. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect between the provision of compensation to the improvement of the performance of honorary teachers in MA Al-Ihsan Kajuara Awangpone District Bone Regency.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the principle of accountability in the financing of religious extracurricular activities in the Madrasah Aliyah Paradigma Palembang and the factors that support and inhibit the application of the principle of accountability in the financing of religious extracurricular activities in the Madrasah Aliyah Paradigma Palembang. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The informants of this research are the madrasa head, Madrasa deputy head, madrasa treasurer and religious extracurricular adviser. The data collection tools used were interviews, observation and documentation study. After the data is collected then it is analyzed using the Milies and Huberman approach. Activities in data analysis in this approach are: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. Based on the results of research and discussion, conclusions can be drawn, namely: Application of the Principle of Accountability in Financing Religious Extracurricular Activities in Madrasah Aliyah Paradigma Palembang has been going well. It is clear that transparency of education providers is open to receiving input and including various components in budget management. Meet clear performance standards in every activity that can serve as benchmarks in carrying out duties, functions and authority with a full sense of responsibility. Participation from all parties to create a conducive atmosphere for each other. Factors supporting the application of the principle of accountability are setting clear goals and objectives. Solid institutional structure. Establish a clear and directed policy. Planning that is realistic, detailed and in accordance with needs. The inhibiting factors are the limitations of research in obtaining other supporting data sources regarding the financing of extracurricular activities such as evidence of financial allocation / expenditure transactions and accountability reports.

The purpose of this study is (1). Describe healthy canteen service management planning (2) Describe the management of healthy canteen services (3) Describe the implementation of healthy canteen service management (4) Describe supporting factors for managing healthy canteen services (5) Describe the inhibiting factors for healthy canteen service management, and (6) in improving teaching and learning activities at SMAN 3 Rangkasbitung. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method, namely research to describe the management of healthy canteens in SMAN 3 Rangkasbitung objectively through data that actually exists and occurs. The data source consists of primary data and secondary data. In data collection tools are used in the form of documentation, observation, and interviews. The data analysis technique is carried out by following the steps which include; reduction and by selecting and sorting out data, important data is taken and unnecessary data is discarded. Based on the results of the study found that the principles of healthy canteen management of SMAN 3 Rangkasbitung are planned (health, educative, affordable prices and cooperation) that will help improve student learning activities, healthy canteens of SMAN 3 Rangkasbitung by running several socialization programs on canteens about healthy eating that have increased knowledge students, Supporters of SMAN 3 Rangkasbitung canteens already have healthy canteen standards. This has been proven by obtaining the Adiwiyata certificate from the Ministry of Food Security.

A qualified madrasah is strongly influenced by the leader’s role of the Madrasah per se because managerial abilities are a significant factor in determining the success of education. One of which is by making educational innovations at the Madrasah (school) that he leads. The head of a Madrasah that has seriousness and high working performance will be capable of making good innovations. Besides, such innovations should also be espoused by reliable managerial abilities in order to capably realize an effective, conducive, and dynamic Madrasah. This study sought to find out a depiction of the managerial innovations made by the principal of MIS of Lebong Tambang in Lebong Regency, Bengkulu, in an effort to maintain the existence of Madrasah he leads. This study used a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques deployed observation, interview, and documentation techniques, and then the data were analyzed in ways according to Miles, Haberman and Saldana. This study concluded that the principal together with all teachers strived to make innovations through: preparation of school planning; development of school organization; effective involvement of teachers and staffs at school; management of facilities and infrastructure; student management; curriculum development; and management of school financial and administration.

Employee satisfaction of the suitability between the business and the outcome of his work is not necessarily felt by the employees, but not separated from the affect it. Employees will feel satisfied when their work is appreciated. The satisfaction felt by the employees can be determined by various factors, among them is giving incentives. Providing incentives will make employees feel the attention and recognition of achievements that are achieved so that the spirit of work and loyalty will be better. Employee will feel the satisfaction of his job if achievement achieved can be rewarded by giving incentives. Giving incentives to improve employee satisfaction does not only apply to organizations with profit, but also on nonprofit organizations (including educational institutions). Therefore, giving incentives is an important element that needs to be considered when trying to give satisfaction to the employees in their work.

This study examines the effect of teacher commitment and learning strategies on school achievement and quality in integrated Islamic elementary schools in Sumenep district. This research is a quantitative study. Data collection techniques by giving questionnaires to teachers. The population of this research is all teachers who teach in integrated Islamic elementary schools in Sumenep Regency with a sample of 46 teachers. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and partial least square analysis with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that teacher commitment and student achievement have a positive and significant effect on school quality. Learning strategies do not have a direct influence on school quality. Teacher commitment and learning strategies have a positive and significant effect on achievement. Achievement mediates the effect of teacher commitment on school quality significantly. Achievement does not mediate the effect of learning strategies on school quality.

Facing this modern era, ma'rifatullah is faced with increasingly complex life challenges. The reality of education also continues to experience severe moral degradation. The reason is one of them is due to the shifting of part of human thought from virtuous life orientation to the pursuit of hedonic and materialistic lifestyles. The purpose of this research is to uncover and analyze a synergistic approach that can revive human interest in opening and studying the values of ma'rifatullah and the space to apply them especially in Islamic education referring to the Koran and Hadith. The method to be used is the study of literature. The type of data used is secondary data with literature study data collection techniques. Based on the findings and analysis in this study, namely; firstly, ma'rifatullah is the main goal of developing all human potential, when a human manifests his spiritual power, then easily deliver it to ma'rifatullah. Second, the educational implications of this concept include the goals, roles, functions, principles, educators, students, material, methods and educational media. All of that must have a positive influence on the mind and heart in increasing all the potential possessed by humans. Thus, all the educational components are directed towards ma'rifatullāh.

Education is very important in improving the quality of human resource. The quality of education is a hope and a dream for community. Total Quality Management can improve school performance if it is applied appropriately. This research aimed to find out the programming, implementation programs, and factors affecting the implementation of Total Quality Management. This research employed descriptive method with qualitative approach. Technique of data collection used was interview, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were principal, teachers, and staffs. The results showed that: (1) the Muhammadiyah Elementary School Bantul refer to the principles of Total Quality Management in programming. (2) The implementation of Total Quality Management involved all school elements. The beneficial implementation of Total Quality Management was to increase teachers’ performance in order to affect students’ achievement and school performance. (3) The factors affecting were motivating factor and inhibiting factor. Motivating factors include a good quality of teachers and principal, an adequate infrastructure, a high level of trust and public interest of parents and school committee. The inhibiting factors include inadequate human resources and the incompatibility of teachers and staff’s performance with Total Quality Management.

The purpose of this study is to describe the evaluation of learning management about learning management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Gorontalo City, to describe the inhibiting factors for the successful implementation of learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Gorontalo City, and to describe the evaluation of learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Gorontalo City. This research is categorized as a descriptive evaluative research with the approach used is a quantitative approach. Sources of data in this evaluation study came from: 1) documents that are administrative requirements of a program, 2) questionnaires (questionnaires) distributed to informants (students, principals, and teachers), and 3) interviews with the three informants. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation. While the data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis of percentages. The results of this study indicate that overall learning management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Gorontalo City is classified as good, viewed from the aspect of learning planning, then followed by the implementation of learning until the evaluation of learning is classified successfully applied and beneficial to students in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Gorontalo City especially in educators and grade VII and VIII students. Good criteria from the results of this study indicate that learning management is expected to be in accordance with the content standards in the curriculum in reality, namely in accordance with the stages of student development and conformity to the environment, as well as national development needs. Besides that learning management is planned, systematic and directed and is based on clear objectives. This can be seen from the planning / preparation of learning conducted by the teacher in the form of syllabus and lesson plans, implementation of learning that has been successful and good assessment / learning outcomes.

In general, this study aims to determine the marketing management of religious culture-based education services at SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim International Yogyakarta. In addition, this study intends to determine the importance of marketing management of religious culture-based education services at SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim International Yogyakarta. This research applied a qualitative field method. The samples were determined using purposive sampling and snowball techniques. The data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive-qualitative data analysis technique with an inductive approach to analyze the data. The results of this study indicated that: (1) SDIT LHI conducts marketing management based on religious culture to fulfill the needs of education customers who will build a generation of Muslims that has strong and noble characters, masters the principles, has scientific basis, contributes to the good of the world, and is devoted to Allah SWT. There are 7 elements used in marketing management, namely: 1) Product, 2) Price; 3) place; 4) Promotion; 5) Human Resource; 6) Physical Evidence; 7) Process. (2) The implementation of religious culture is carried out by school through the dimensions of monotheism, the Shari'ah, and morality contained in the curriculum, vision, mission, school purpose, school programs, and the learning process. (3) Factors that support the marketing of education services at SDIT LHI, which are a. Application of PHI curriculum; b. Competent human resources; c. Complete educational facilities; d. Promotional activities that use many strategies; e. Easily accessible school locations; and f. A lot of achievements in the public and religious fields. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are a. The lack of student input due to fairly expensive tuition fees; b. Temporary teaching staff; c. Competition with other educational institutions; d. Marketing management lacks employees; e. Different interpretations of school purposes by school administrators and parents.
