Restaurant Information Systems Desktop Based is an application system that is contained in Ulee Kareng Café Medan. In this case the Spanish Information System aims to manage order data and the data of raw materials is computerized and designed to facilitate the process of reservation services at restaurants and also checking raw materials. Usually when viewed from the many restaurants there, still a lot of restaurants are experiencing any problems in the process of booking as long in terms of booking, mistakes menu ordered, and also carry out checking of raw materials that do every day into the warehouse. Therefore to simplify the process of data processing at the restaurant then designed an information system that facilitates the employees inside the restaurant ordering process menu and also checking their raw materials.Desktop-Based Information System's restaurant in the manufacturing process through several stages of designing DFD, Flowchart and the database is in this application using VB.Net programming language and uses a MySQL database storage process as well as in the reporting process using Crystal Report. Results from desktop-based restaurant information system makes the process of ordering food is fast and accurate and regular data storage, checking of raw materials is done accurately, as well as in the manufacturing process of the purchase and sale report.

Application of web-based raw material inventory control information system with a bill of materials (BOM) using the PHP and MySQL programming language as a database, and using the SDLC livestock device engineering method with stages of planning, design, implementation, and testing. I create a recording application that provides information about the availability of raw material reducing the error in calculating the amount of raw material based on the bill of material. With this application, it can help to purchase in determining the number of raw materials needed for production based on the master bill of material data.

Research conducted at Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (BPMPTSP) Padang City aims to analyze the process of making a trading business license and design a new system capable of overcoming the existing obstacles. Making SIUP in BPMPTSP still done manually, which means not yet using an application program. For example, in creating reports, employees still use Microsoft Excel and archiving in document form. In addition, there is often difficulty in data search due to the absence of databases for data storage. Therefore, it is necessary to build an information system using Visual BasicNet 2010 programming language for monitoring the creation of trading business license containing and empty on BPMPTSP, so that information can be presented quickly and accurately. The advantages of this proposed system are in the recording and stored in a database making it easier to generate reports. Thus making SIUP becomes more clear and precise.

In this era, technology develops rapidly. More adequate and modern technology displaced old technology and indicates high competition. This competition requires changes in the management of a particular business in order to keep up with developments and take advantages of the application of technology. Sinuwun Batik is SME engaged in the production of batik clothes and selling batik clothes. The increasing number of requests and various types of SME make Batik Sinuwun overwhelmed in regulating the supply of raw materials for production, because there is no warehouse record. This study aims to design a website-based application that can help Batik Sinuwun SME to manage warehouse inventory.This inventory application is designed using the Agile Scrum Development method. The stages of making the system begin with collecting the required data by eliciting user needs, this data is the basic data in determining the features of application. This application is made based on websites using the PHP framework CodeIgniter and MySQL as data storage. The application system is tested using the Blackbox Testing method and ISO: 9126.The result of this research is a website application to simplify the management of raw materials in and out of the warehouse so that the latest stock of raw materials can be found, but it can also minimize recording errors due to manual calculations.

Abstract - Management of letters that use manual storage, frequent errors in data storage and mail search. This mail archive information system is very necessary. This mail archive information system aims to change the way in which mail is stored by reducing paperless use. This information system is created using the Notepad ++ application. While the programming language uses PHP, Xampp is used to run the web server, MySQL is used for database management. Life cycle model is used waterfall, while unit testing uses blackbox testing. With paperless mail retention, errors that have occurred so far can be minimized. The purpose of making this application is to create an information system that processes mail archive data so that it is easier to use.Keywords: Information Systems, Website, Mail ArchiveAbstrak - Pengelolaan surat yang menggunakan penyimpanan manual sering terjadi kesalahan dalam penyimpanan data dan pencarian surat. Sistem informasi arsip surat ini sangat diperlukan. Sistem informasi arsip surat ini bertujuan mengubah cara penyimpanan surat dengan cara mengurangi penggunaan kertas (paperless). Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan aplikasi Notepad++. Sedangkan bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP, Xampp digunakan untuk menjalankan web servernya, MySQL digunakan untuk pengelolaan database. Model alur hidup yang digunakan adalah waterfall, sedang pengujian unit menggunakan blackbox testing. Dengan adanya penyimpanan surat secara paperless, kesalahan yang terjadi selama ini dapat diminimalisasi. Tujuan pembuatan aplikasi ini untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi yang mengolah data arsip surat sehingga lebih mudah dalam penggunaannya.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Website, Arsip Surat

Abstract - The web-based lecturer track record information system application at the Asahan University Faculty of Engineering which has been designed serves as an information that aims to place data storage media to increase lecturers' functional positions. With this application, the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Asahan conducts monitoring or equalizing data and has a recording / recording of all important data of lecturers in carrying out promotions. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi dokumen evaluasi diri yang mampu menyajikan data/informasi mengenai dokumen evaluasi diri program studi pada perguruan tinggi secara cepat dan akurat. Metode yang digunakan untuk membangun Sistem informasi dokumentasi evaluasi diri perguruan tinggi adalah metode air terjun. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini adalah bahasa pemograman Borland Delphi 7.0. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa Autoreport sistem Informasi penyusunan dokumen evaluasi diri perguruan tinggi yang dibangun dapat menghasilkan dokumen evaluasi diri program studi yang lebih cepat dari sistem yang digunakan selama. Dengan sistem ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pengelola program studi dalam mengambil keputusan. AUTOREPORT INFORMATION SYSTEM OF SELF-EVALUATION DOCUMENTS OF STUDY PROGRAM IN HIGHER EDUCATIONABSTRACTThe objective of the research was to develop information system of self-evaluation documents of higher education which could present the information concerning self-evalution documents of study program in the higher education quickly and accurately. The method used to develop information System of Self-Evaluation Documents of Higher Education was a water fall method. The sofware used to develop the was the programming language of Borland Delphi 7.0, MySQL Server, ODBC-5.1.6, and Crystal Report 7.0. The result of the research revelas that Autoreport of the information System of Self-Evaluation Documents of Higher Education develop can produce the self-evaluation documents of the the study program faster than the system used, so that it gives easiness for the study program management in making decision.

In the era of increasingly rapid development of information technology, the use of computers in every Indonesian company is very important to support information needs. This is definitely mandatory, because with a computerized system all processes ranging from data processing to other important documents can be arranged neatly so that it can facilitate data storage and search. Problems faced in the inventory information system at the company are usually lacking an accurate, fast, and precise information system so that it is less optimal and produces all accurate and relatively long reports. The purpose of the research conducted by the author is to analyze the information system that runs on the raw material company. The methodology used is the system development life cycle approach starting from analyzing the system that runs through UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the running system analysis and analysis of the proposed system so as to improve the quality of the standard company.   Keywords: Inventory, company, Raw Materials, Management.

The Student in a collage  who have finish their study  will  get  an academic document as a legal proof. The academic document it could be like an academic certificate, academic transcript, or teaching certificates. The document can be use for a complement if the alumnus want to get a job or continue the study to the higher level in a duplicate document that has a signature and stamp from the competent people. To get an endorsement of document in Engineering Faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang is still through the manual process and not computerized yet. Certainty about when the process has finish is not yet, because there isn’t system that provides information about i yet.  Storage of data relating to the management all of process is still in the form of archives and files is stored or held by Administration Employee. Therefore, designed a system that can manage all of process  that can give ease for all users. The application design of the web-based information system done using the programming language PHP (Hypertext preprocessing) and the MySQL database as well as the division level access use a username and password. A method of password encryption Message Digest 5 (MD-5) and session web system are use to provide security to the data and  information.  This  information system give  provide  services  in  an  order, payment confirmation, check the status, managing bookings and payments that can be accessed by online system. Toko DK Corner is a trading company that specializes in selling women's daily fashion needs. Currently, the DK Corner Store records more than thousands of sales transactions every year, thus requiring the company to be able to provide ordering services for consumers to support better sales and service transactions and of course increase sales profits. The system development method used in system development is Web Engineering. To implement this sales and ordering information system, supporting components are needed in order to work properly. These components include using the PHP programming language (Personal Homepage), Bootstrap Framework and "for data storage using a MySQL database". "The design of this system is expected to help and overcome existing problems so that it can be useful for interested parties". The purpose of this research is expected with the information system is expected to make it easier for companies to promote the products on offer and make it easier to make online sales transactions so that they can be done anytime and safely, and can increase sales.

In each company , agencies , organization or business entity will give salary as compensation from work an employee , besides the provision of basic salary its employees , every agency often give a bonus besides basic salary to spur performance and productivity work employees because an employee who receive the bonus had to close some certain criteria concerning their discipline, performance, and productivity according to set by each agencies or company.  For any effort who had computer-based information system in their business activities so need the support system the decision to determine employees will that has priority to get a bonus based on with the performance and their productivities are and can menentukkan the size of the bonus deserve to the workers.The support system this decision also could be useful to monitor employee performance from time to time .This system can also be used as a reference in the determination of the next step for employees who performed well or not .In this research will be appointed a case of making an application that can be applied in the determination of a employee with the weighted prodiuct made in one form website based information system. The research is conducted by a method of qualitative and collecting data which can help in building this application.Then also conducted a review the needs of users in the process of input and output.So that found a system that not only can do data storage and calculations, bonus but also can edit, erasing the. This application made by a programming language php and html with tools application Visual Studio Code, MySQL as databases and XAMPP as servers to run this.
