The presence of green open space in urban area is very important in influencing the condition of human comfort. The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship of green open space to air temperature and human comfort in Yogyakarta. The method used in determining the comfort index is the Temperature Humidity Index (THI) which combines the factor of air temperature and relative humidity. The calculated THI value is obtained from four green open space categories and they are point green open space, line green open space, area green open space, and non-green open space. The result obtained from this research showed that the air temperature in green open space is lower than the air temperature in non-green open space. Green open space has a positive effect in lowering air temperature so the place with the green open space gives more comfortable conditions than the place with non-green open space. The place with more green open space will have lower air temperature and give more comfortable condition. Based on this research, Yogyakarta is included in partly uncomfortable category so addition of green open space is needed.

The results showed that the green open space has a positive effect on lowering the air temperature through the cooling effect and providing more comfortable conditions than the place with non-green open space. Based on this research, the city of Yogyakarta could be categorized as quite comfortable.</em>

The relationship of soft scald incidence (SSI) with precipitation, temperature, and fruit maturity indicators in ‘Honeycrisp’ apples was examined using 7 years of data in Maine and 6 years in Ontario, Canada. Relative humidity was also examined in Maine. Soft scald incidence was highly variable from year to year ranging from 1% to 85% in Maine and from 0% to 76% in Ontario. In Ontario, SSI was negatively related to soluble solids at harvest (partial r2 = 0.50; P = 0.0041) and negatively related to precipitation during 90 to 120 days from bloom (DFB; partial r2 = 0.28; P = 0.0344). In Maine, SSI was most strongly related to precipitation in the 90 to 120 DFB (partial r2 = 0.53; P = 0.0001), maximum air temperature 60 to 90 DFB (partial r2 = 0.21; P = 0.0001), and number of hours when relative humidity was greater than 85% (partial r2 = 0.11; P = 0.0001).

Air temperature in cities are increasing which can cause reduce the human comfort and productivity. Urban forest can make the environment comfortable. The objectiveof the researc hwere: (1). To Determine the effects of urban forest on air temperature and relative humidity, (2). To analyze the effects of physical characters of trees ont he micro-climate amelioration and(3). To Determine species of trees which are very effective for micro-climate amelioration.The results of the research revealed that the average of daily air temperature in the urban forest was 30.2 C with arelative humidityof 74.0%, while the daily air temperature around the urban forest was 31.8 Karakter Fisik Pohon ... (Dahlan E) o C with relative humidityof 71.1%. Tree composisitin of all study sites consist of192trees, 29 speciesand 13families. The TinjomoyoForest Tourism has the highest density of trees(406trees/ha), while the lowest in the Parks Minister Supeno (316trees/ha). Value of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of trees based on calculation of tall of trees, diameter of canopies, total leaves area and canopy forms noticed that very effective trees for micro-climate amelioration were: Angsana(Pterocarpus indicus), beringin(Ficus benjamina), flamboyan(Delonix regia) , ketapang(Terminalia catappa), mahoni (Swietenia mahogany), andtrembesi (Albizia saman).

Physical development in the city of Bandung which is increasing causes a decrease in green open space. Babakan Siliwangi Bandung City Forest is one of the green open spaces so it is necessary to know the correlation between tree dominance and the Temperature Humidity Index (THI) value in the formation of micro climates. The object research is to determine the relationship between tree dominance and THI. The method by vegetation analysed, measuring temperature and humidity. The results of research are: 1) Comfort index (THI) in the Babakan Siliwangi City Forest Park in Bandung in August 2017 is relatively comfortable <26 THI. 2) The correlation value of tree dominance with THI is -0.14 which means that there is no relationship between the dominance value and THI. Keywords : Tree, Forest urban, THI, Bandung

The earth's climate is constantly changing, it's just that climate change in the past took place naturally. But until now, climate change has been very closely related to human activity, so the nature of the event has become faster and more drastic. Relative humidity is a parameter that can affect climate change in Indonesia, especially in Aceh Province. Aceh province is one of the provinces located on the island of Sumatra and directly facing the Indian Ocean. Thus, Aceh Province has a considerable impact on climate change. Changes in relative humidity will lead to changes in climate elements. There are several climate elements including air temperature, rainfall, sea surface temperature, wind speed, solar radiation, and dynamic altitude. One of the methods used to look at the relationship of each climate element is the Correlation method. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship of each variable of the climate elements. The results showed that the relationship between variables X1 (air temperature) and X3 (sea surface temperature) had the highest closeness relationship with a positive correlation value of 0.77. The lowest closeness relationships are variables X2 (rainfall) and X4 (wind speed) with a negative weak correlation value of -0.01.

The purpose of this study was to examine the positive effect of self-monitoring among emotional display rules (fostering positive emotion(FPE) & suppressing negative emotion(SNE)) and consequential work attitude (job burnout & work engagement). A sample of 191 hotel employees were participated in this study and data were analyzed by SPSS. The results are as follows. First, the main effect of FPE on work engagement was supported, but the main effect of SNE on job burnout was not. Second, the main effects of self-monitoring on engagement and burnout were supported. Third, the moderation effects of self-monitoring which buffer the relationship of SNE on burnout and which facilitate the relationship FPE on engagement were significant. Finally, the implications and limitations were discussed.

This study examines the relationship between Meningitis and weather parameters (air temperature, maximum temperature, relative humidity, and rainfall) in Kaduna state, Nigeria on a weekly basis from 2007–2019. Meningitis data was acquired weekly from Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Bureau of Statistics and weather parameters were sourced from daily satellite data set National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), International Research Institute for Climate and Society (IRI). The daily data were aggregated weekly to suit the study. The data were analysed using linear trend and Pearson correlation for relationship. The linear trend results revealed a weekly decline in Cerebro Spinal Meningitis (CSM), wind speed, maximum and air temperature and an increase in relative humidity and rainfall. Generally, results reveal that the most important explanatory weather variables influencing CSM amongst the five (5) are the weekly maximum temperature and air temperature with a positive correlation of 0.768 and 0.773. This study recommends that keen interest be placed on temperature as they play an essential role in the transmission of this disease and most times aggravate the patients' condition.

I Corinthians xiv. 20–25 has long posed severalcruces interpretationisfor commentators. The basic problems concern the relationship of the assertions made about tongues and prophecy in υ. 22 to the quotation of Isa. xxviii. 11–12 in υ. 21 and to the illustrations concerning tongues and prophecy in υυ. 23–5. As to the quotation, J. Ruef remarks that most commentators admit to the difficulty of seeing how it substantiates Paul's conclusion that tongues are meant as a sign for the unbeliever. Concerning the illustrations, both J. Héring and J. P. M. Sweet note that in the light of the assertions we would expect them to be the reverse of what they are. While tongues are asserted to be meant as a sign for unbelievers and prophecy for believers, the illustrations depict the negative effect of tongues upon unbelievers and the positive effect of prophecy not on believers but upon unbelievers. The second assertion (υ. 22b) in particular contradicts the second illustration (υυ. 24–5) in that it clearly states that ‘prophecy is meant as a signnot for unbelieversbut for believers’. This is so if σημεĩον is taken in a positive sense. If, on the other hand, it is taken in a negative sense, the logical relation of this second illustration to the second assertion becomes ambiguous.

The main objective of this study was to analyze the perception of the influence of various weather conditions on patients with rheumatic pathology. A group of 394 patients, aged between 39 and 87 years and diagnosed with degenerative rheumatic diseases, were interviewed individually by using a questionnaire created specifically for this study. Further on, to assess the relationship between pain intensity and weather conditions, a frequency analysis based on Pearson’s correlation matrix was employed. The most important results are as follows: the great majority of the participants (more than 75%) believe that their rheumatic pain is definitely or to a great extent influenced by different weather conditions; most of the patients reported intensification of their pain with weather worsening, especially when cloudiness and humidity suddenly increase (83.8% and 82.0%, respectively), air temperature suddenly decreases (81.5%), and in fog or rain conditions (81.2%). In our research, alongside simple meteorological variables, we established that complex weather variables such as atmospheric fronts, in particular, the cold ones and winter anticyclonic conditions, greatly intensify the rheumatic pain, whereas summer anticyclonic conditions usually lead to a decrease in pain severity. In terms of relationships between pain intensity and weather conditions, we found the strongest correlations (ranging between 0.725 and 0.830) when temperature, relative humidity, and cloudiness are constantly high.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the association of lack of awareness and human factors and the association of lack of awareness and significant attacks that threat computer security in higher education. Design/methodology/approach – Five human factors and nine attacks are considered to investigate their relationship. A field research is conducted on Greek employees in higher education to identify the human factors that affect information security. The sample is consisted of 103 employees that use computers at work. Pearson correlation analysis between lack of awareness and nine (9) computer security risks is performed. Findings – Examining the association of lack of awareness with these attacks that threat the security of computers, all nine factors of important attacks exert significant and positive effect, apart from phishing. Considering the relationship of lack of awareness to human factors, all five human factors used are significantly and positively correlated with lack of awareness. Moreover, all nine important attacks, apart from one, exert a significant and positive effect. Research limitations/implications – The paper extends understanding of the relationship of the human factors, the lack of awareness and information security. The study has focused on employees of the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens, namely, teachers, administrators and working post-graduate students. Originality/value – The paper has used weighted factors based on data collection in higher education to calculate a global index for lack of awareness, as the result of the weighted aggregation of nine (9) risks, and extends the analysis performed in the literature to evaluate the effectiveness of security awareness in computer risk management.
