Bankers' Communication Know-how: An Analysis from Commercial Banks of Kathmandu valley

Background: In the modern era, communication has changed the way of working styles, banking sectors are practicing banking communication in order to make work easier, faster, comfortable and accurate. Banking communication plays the role of mediator in between bank, customer, government, shareholder, suppliers, client, board of directors and employees which strengthen connection between them. Therefore, banker's experience on banking communication enhances banking system, employee's behavior and core banking service facilities management. Objective: This study analyses socio demographic, financial service management, human resource management, corporate influence, organizational regulator, communication culture, responsiveness, organizational culture, e-banking service facilities, organizational functioning and communication encounters. Methodology: This study is based on exploratory research design showing causal relationship between latent and observed variables. The research prepares systematic questionnaire to interview respondents where 355 employees are interviewed by using purposive sampling technique. The result is based on descriptive analysis and Awareness Index. Results: The Employees Awareness Index depicts 12% of employees are inadequately aware about banking communication followed by 46% of employees are moderately aware and 37% of employees are adequately aware about banking communication. Conclusion: This study revealed that, in order to improve banking system, the bank should focus on financial service management and organizational regulator. For smooth control on employee's behavior bank should concentrate on communication culture, responsiveness and organizational culture. Similarly, core banking service facilities management should overview on e-banking service facilities. Originality: This paper is original and not published anywhere else.

Outspoken culture is one of the important things in your organization or company as the organization's culture is a factor affecting the performance and behavior of individuals within an organization. because the organizational culture is not directly regulates each person's attitudes and behavior in accordance with a system of values ​​and norms that guide an organization. The stronger the implementation of the organizational culture the better the performance and behavior of individual members. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and verifikatif. The study population was 217 and sample withdrawal technique using stratified random sampling technique to obtain the 69 respondents. Methods of data analysis using linear regression analysis and multiple correlation using the program SPSS 17.0 For Windows. The results of linear regression analysis and multiple correlation there is significant influence of organizational culture on performance management and organizational culture and performance of managers significantly influence the behavior of individual members of the cooperative for 35.4%, and the remaining 64.6% influenced by other factors. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture and its impact on affective commitment to employees of the Yogyakarta City Culture and Tourism Office. The results of this study are expected to be used as a material or frame of reference for employees of the Yogyakarta City Tourism and Culture Office in increasing affective commitment to the installation. The research method used in this research is a questionnaire, which is a data collection technique by means of a series of questionnaires that have been compiled for respondents to be answered and assessed, the sampling technique uses probability sampling, which is a technique that provides equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the population. to be selected to be the sample. Data collection will be carried out in 2021. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that in general transformational leadership and organizational culture and affective commitment in the tourism and culture office of Yogyakarta are in good categories. The results of the verification analysis show that transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the affective commitment of employees in the tourism and culture office of the city of Yogyakarta. This study aims to: 1) To find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to job satisfaction, 2) To know and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance, 3) To find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) To find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction of PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi. The study was conducted at PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi with 73 research samples. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to job satisfaction, 2) there is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance, 3) there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and 4) there is no influence of organizational culture and commitment organization of employee performance through job satisfaction PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi.

<p>This research revealed the difficulties of the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum (K-13), especially in Arabic subject in Islamic Elementary Schools/ Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Pamekasan, and the inhibiting factors. This study used qualitative research in the form of exploratory research, namely descriptive analysis. The population was all Islamic Elementary Schools (MI) in Pamekasan, and four schools were selected as samples by using purposive sampling technique.</p><p>The results showed that from the aspect of designing effective and meaningful learning, as well as in organizing learning, found that MI Islamiyah I Larangan Tokol, Tlanakan did not implement K-13 and did not have Arabic subject syllabus, and so did MI As-Salafi Sumber Duko Pakong. Even, the condition found in MIN 1 Konang, Galis as one of the State Islamic Elementary Schools in Pamekasan is almost the same as the Private Madrasah, because even though they have an Arabic subject syllabus, but it was still in print out syllabus, and the file is not formally legalized by the head of Madrasah. While, in the implementation of learning, it is revealed that teachers were not able to maximize the community, environment, media, and to utilize available internet connection in the learning practice. It happened in almost all Madrasah. Also, teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Pamekasan need more training, guidance, and self-improvement in understanding the K-13 concept wholly and comprehensively. On the other hand, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Pamekasan did not yet maximize the K-13 concept in term of environmental empowerment as learning resources, and even it is undiscovered the use of andragogy approach, scientific approach, and active learning that should be applied in learning Arabic in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Pamekasan.</p><p>In general, there are three inhibiting factors which caused the difficulty in the implementation of K-13 in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Pamekasan; those include Madrasah and Government’s Policy, lack of qualified teachers, and inadequate facilities. As for the impacts of the difficulty of K-13 implementation for the students can be divided into two aspects: (1) the learning process, and (2) the learning outputs.</p><p> </p><strong>Keywords</strong>: difficulties of the implementation of the Curriculum 2013; Arabic; Madrasah Ibtidaiyah; Pamekasan regency

The purpose of this research is (1) to know and analyze the influence of female leadership style on locus of control and job satisfaction of UIN Alauddin Makassar lecturer; (2) to identify and examine the impact of organizational culture on locus of control and job satisfaction of UIN Alauddin Makassar lecturer; (3) To know and analyze the influence of locus of control on job satisfaction of UIN Alauddin Makassar lecturer. This study is categorized in exploratory research. This research is included in the descriptive analysis. The population of this research is all lecturer at UIN Alauddin Makassar. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample criterion used is a civil servant lecturer at UIN Alauddin Makassar who occupy structural positions. The sample size uses maximum likelihood (ML). The number of samples in this study was 105 respondents. In this study, the techniques used include (1) questionnaire; (2) observation; (3) interviews and (4) documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The conclusion of this research are: (1) female leadership style influence on locus of control and job satisfaction of lecturer UIN Alauddin Makassar; (2) organizational culture influence on locus of control and job satisfaction of lecturer UIN Alauddin Makassar and (3) Locus of control influence on job satisfaction of UIN Alauddin Makassar lecturer.

This research aims to determine the organizational commitment, organizational culture, and employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, and the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture to the employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative method. Data collection technique uses questionnaires distributed to employees of Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, with the population of 160 employees and the samples 115 employees. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. To interpret the results of the research uses descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis, and coefficient of determination. The result of data proccessing shows that organizational commitment and organizational culture significantly influence the employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, both partially and simultanously.

This study aims to build and analyze research models that can be used to improve bank marketing performance. The population is 165 people, while the sampling technique used is purposive sampling and a sample of 135 respondents was obtained. This study uses four variables, namely satisfaction, customer retention, internet banking service quality, and marketing performance. Descriptive analysis was carried out using index numbers, completion of inferential statistics was carried out with the help of Smart software PLS version 2.0. The four hypotheses used in this study were all accepted. To improve marketing performance, management must first be able to build good relationships with its customers. Relationships must be long-term oriented and mutually beneficial.

This research aims to test the influence of organizational personality and culture on organizational citizenship behavior through the organization's commitment as a intervening variable. The sampling method used is a non-probability sampling technique i.e. saturated sampling i.e. taking the whole sample or all members of the population are used as samples. Respondents in this study were the permanent teachers of Pondok Pesantren SahabatQu Sleman amounting to 60 people. This research uses the methods of descriptive analysis and statistics carried out validity tests, the test of relibility, multicolinearity test, heteroskedastisity test, normality test, correlation test, coefficient of determination, test T, analysis of pathways, calculation of Influence and Test Sobel. Testing in test T shows that the personality affects the Organization's commitment to the teacher of Pondok Pesantren SahabatQu Sleman. Organizational culture has a significant effect on the organization's commitment to the teachers remain in Pondok Pesantren SahabatQu Sleman. Personality has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior on the teachers remained SahabatQu Pondok Pesantren Sleman. The organizational culture has a significant effect on the teachers staying at the Pondok Pesantren SahabatQu Sleman. The commitment of the Organization has a significant effect on the teachers remained the Pondok Pesantren SahabatQu Sleman. Organizational commitments can be radiated between personality and organizational citizenship behavior based on the Sobel test. Organizational commitments cannot be intermediate between organizational cultures and organizational citizenship behavior based on Sobel tests.

This study aims to explore the empowerment of organizational culture in increasing the senior high school Principal’s performance. This research used a survey method with a causal approach. The affordable population in this study were 146 heads of public and private high schools in East Jakarta. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis (path analysis). The result shows that the senior high school Principal’s performance can be increased by empowering organizational culture. It also shows that the senior high school Principal’s performance strengthens the notion that the higher score of the independent variables of organizational culture, the higher score of the senior high school Principal’s performance serving as the dependent variable. Strengthening organizational culture will improve senior high school Principal’s performance. Finally, the senior high school Principal’s performance was examined at one point in time. The quality of the principal’s performance will increase if organizational culture also increases.
