The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a direct or indirect influence between kinesthetic perception, hand-eye coordination, and motivation for the shoot lay-up. The research method used in this study is Path Analysis to look for effects or relationships that affect variables. The subjects used in this study were Kuningan basketball athletes with 35 athletes. The results of this study show 1). There is a positive influence between kinesthetic perception (X1) on lay-up shoot skills (Y) in basketball athletes, 2) There is a positive influence between hand-eye coordination (X2) on a shoot (Y) lay-up skills in basketball athletes, 3 ) There is a positive influence between motivation (X3) on the skill speed of the lay-up shoot (Y) in basketball athletes, 4) There is a positive influence between kinesthetic perception (X1) on motivation (X3) on basketball athletes, 5) There is effect positive between hand-eye coordination (X2) to motivation (X3) in basketball athletes, 6) There is a positive influence between kinesthetic perception (X1) on shoot shoot-up skills (Y) through motivation (X3) in basketball athletes and 7 ) There is a positive influence of hand-eye coordination (X2) on a shoot (Y) through motivation (X3) lay-up skills in basketball athletes.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect influence ofcompensation, empowerment, and job satisfaction to employee loyalty, to analyze directand indirect influence of compensation and empowerment to job satisfaction, to analyzedirect and indirect influence of empowerment to job satisfaction and to analyze thedirect and indirect influence to compensation to empowerment.This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods, and data analysistechniques used path analysis. Population in this research is all employees of Privateuniversity in the city of Bengkulu which amounted to 173 people and taken sample 149people using Slovin formula. The technique used is proportional random sampling.The conclusion of this research shows that there is direct positive influence ofcompensation, empowerment, and job satisfaction to employee satisfaction. There is adirect positive influence of compensation and empowerment to job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara keteladanan pemimpin, kompetensi perangkat desa, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perangkat desa melalui komitmen organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 157 perangkat desa di Kecamatan Pangkah dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 113 orang  dari 23 desa yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi, kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis dengan signifikansi sebesar 5%. Hasil perhitungan data diperoleh persamaan mediator yang selanjutnya disingkat dengan M = 11,542 - 0,005X1 + 0,164X2 + 0,200X3+ 0,734e1 dan kinerja perangkat desa yang selanjutnya disingkat dengan Y = 11,573 + 0,233X1 + 0,246X2 + 0,084X3 +0,270M + 0,720e2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan pemimpin dan kompetensi perangkat desa berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Namun, variabel budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Sedangkan variabel kompetensi perangkat desa dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif secara tidak langsung melalui komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perangkat desa.   This research aimed to determine the direct and indirect influence of leaders’ exemplary, village apparatus’ competence, and organizational culture to the village apparatus’ performance through organizational commitment.The population in this research was 157 village apparatus in Pangkah with 113 samples from 23 villages calculated by Slovin Formula. Data collecting methods were documentation, questionnaire, observation, and interview. The methods of the data analysis of this researchused path analysis with 5 % significance.The result of the data calculation obtained the equation of mediation then shortened as M = 11,542 - 0,005X1 + 0,164X2 + 0,200X3 + 0,734e1 and village apparatus’ performance then shortened as Y = 11,573 + 0,233X1 + 0,246X2 + 0,084X3 + 0,270M + 0,720e2. The results showed that leaders’ exemplary and village apparatus’ competence have a direct positive effect to the village apparatus’ performance. However, the organizational culture and organizational commitment variables did not direct affect the village apparatus’ performance. While the competence variables of village apparatus and organizational culture have a indirect positive influence through organizational commitment to the village apparatus’ performance.

This study aims to reveal whether there is effect muscle power arm, hand eye coordination, flexibility and confidence to smash badminton skills, either directly or indirectly. The research was conducted at the Serambi Mekkah University, with a sample consisting of 73 samples were selected from 677. physical education, health and recreation students, serambi mekkah university of Banda Aceh" . The analysis technique used in this research is using path analysis (path analysis), with the aim to identify the direct and indirect effect between variables. The results showed that: (1) Arm muscle power directly effect the confidence of 4.62%, (2) Hand-eye coordination has a direct effect on confidence of 59.29%. (3) Flexibility of the torso indirectly effect the confidence of 92.69%, (4) Arm muscle power indirectly effect badminton smash skills of 66.55%. This research uses survey method to see the influence between variables. Technique of data analysis using path analysis (path analysis). Path analysis technique is used to test the direct and indirect influence on speed, agility, coordination, balance and motivation to the playing skill of soccer student of Faculty of Sport Science Makassar public university. Technique of path analysis with SPSS program version 20.00 at significance level α = 0.05. The results of this study are as follows: (1) There is a positive influence of 0.612 between the speed of soccer playing skills and contributing 37.4% (2) There is a positive influence of 0.687 between agility to the skills of playing football and contribute 47.1% (3) There is a positive influence of 0.862 between eye-foot coordination of soccer playing skills and contributes 74.3% (4) There is a positive influence of 0.636 between the balance of soccer playing skills and contributes 40.4% (5) positive is 0.816 between motivation to soccer playing skill and contribute 66,6% (6) There is positive influence equal to 0,531 between speed to motivation and contribute equal to 28,2% (7) There is positive influence equal to 0,621 between agility to motivation and contribute equal to 38.6% (8) There is a positive influence of 0.743 anta (9) There is a positive influence of 0,564 between the balance of motivation and contribution of 31.8% (10) There is a positive influence of 0.824 between the speed of the skills of playing football through motivation and contributing 66.8% (11) There is a positive influence of 0.879 between agility of soccer playing skills through motivation and contributing 67.3% (12) There is a positive influence of 1.344 between foot-toe coordination of soccer playing skills through motivation and contributing 67 , 2% (13) There is a positive influence of 0.878 between the balance of soccer playing skills through motivation and contribute 67.0%.   Keywords: Speed, agility, coordination, balance, motivation and the skills of playing football.

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence and research method using a survey technique compensation on performance of agricultural extension Employee in Banten in facing of digital era 4.0. This study uses quantitative to respond test hypothesis that has been formulated. The respondents were 94 Employee of agricultural; the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire of competence, compensation and Employee performance was validated with the product moment correlation, while the Alpha Cronbach measured reliability. Hypothesis testing using path analysis. The outcomes of the study demonstrated that: (1) there is a positive direct effect of competence on performance of agricultural extension Employee, (2) there is a positive immediate effect of compensation on performance of agricultural extension Employee, (3) there is a direct positive influence on compensation of agriculture extension Employee . Implications of this study are to enhance performance of agricultural extension Employee in Banten of Indonesia in the digital era 4.0, the competence and compensation must be Increased.

AbstactThe purpose of this study, to find out how much the relationship between power limbs, eye-hand coordination, and a sense of confidence with the results of the ability to shoot shoots on basketball.This research method uses a correlation method with product moment calculation techniques. The sample amounted to 20 people from all extra-basketball players / athletes in SMK Negeri 4 Kota Pontianak.The calculation results obtained show; 1). There is a positive relationship between Leg Power (X1) with the results of Lay-up Shoot (Y) skills of 68%. 2). There is a positive relationship between hand eye coordination (X2), with the results of Lay-up Shoot skills (Y ) of 42.2%. 3) There is a positive relationship between self-confidence (X3) and the results of Lay-up Shoot (Y) skills of 47.5%.Thus there is a positive relationship between power limbs (X1) eye-hand coordination (X2) and self-confidence (X3) together towards the results of the Lay-up Shoot skill (Y) obtained from the R correlation coefficient of 81.8% . So the conclusions from this study show that power limbs, eye-hand coordination, and self-confidence have a significant relationship with the results of basketball shoot lay-up capabilities.Keywords: Lay-up, Leg Power, Hand Eye Coordination, Confidence

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

The problem of this study is based on field observations, it was found that the skills Gyaku Tsuki Gokasi dojo karate athletes SMAN 1 Tarusan. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study karate dojo athletes SMAN 1 Tarusan consisting of 15 people. Sampling in this study using sampling purposive totaling 15 athletes sons. Data is taken in two ways, ball Werfen und fangen test to measure the eye-hand coordination and gyaku test to measure the results gyau tsuki. ?0,05 as significant and research hypothesis is: there is a relationship to the hand-eye coordination skills tsuki gyaku. The results showed that: there is a relationship eye-hand coordination on the ability of the athlete tsuki gyaku gokasi karate dojo SMAN1 tarusan. was obtained R count it price = 0,848>

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui variabel intervening kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Lembah Karet Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 308 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 75 orang karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis path (<em>path analysis</em>) menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional. Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadapa kepuasan kerja. Keadilan organisasional dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Pengaruh langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel kepuasan kerja. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p> </p><p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment through intervening variable job satisfaction at employees of PT. Lembah Karet Padang. The population in this study was 308 people with a sample of 75 employees, sampling technique using slovin method. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis technique (path analysis) using SPSS. From the results of the study found organizational justice has a positive and significant effect directly on organizational commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant impact directly on job satisfaction. Organizational justice with job satisfaction as intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The direct impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment is greater than indirect influence through job satisfaction variables. Thus it can be interpreted that job satisfaction does not have an indirect effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction is not proven as intervening variable.<br /> <br /> </em></p>
