This study aims to know the effect of discipline, emotional intelligence and communication to employee performance. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The population of this study was all 35 employees of the Wiladeg Gunungkidul Village Hall. Data analysis method used multiple regression analysis, validity test, reliability, hypothesis testing (T test and F test) and test the coefficient of determination. The result of this study concluded that based on regression analysis obtained the following equation Y =  0,123 + 0,120X1 + 0,066X2 + 0,364X3 + e. Based on the hypothesis testing, the F test is known that joinly (simultaneously) variable discipline, emotional intelligence and communication significant effect on employee performance. The result of the t test (partial testing), variable discipline, emotional intelligence  and communication has significant positive effect on employee performance.

The study was conducted at the collection division of PT. Summit Oto Finance Pekanbaru with the aim of research to determine the effect of sanctions from disciplinary actions on employee performance. The number of samples used was 42 people, using the census method. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, F test and T test. The results of the analysis using SPSS can be seen that the position reduction variable has a negative effect on performance, transfer of position and termination has a positive effect on employee performance while complaints to parties authority does not affect employee performance. The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination, the results are 82.2% and the remaining 17.8% are not examined

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, communication and work discipline on employee performance at Alfa and Omega Company either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the descriptive method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using a sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are motivation has a significant effect on employee performance partially. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance partially Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance partially. Motivation, communication and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of store's atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions Nick Coffee Consumers in Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 100 respondents, using accidental sampling technique . Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression test with calculations are performed using SPSS, the comparison between  the  (n-k-1) = 100-2-1 = 97 (1.9826).) . From the results of hypothesis testing that Store's Atmosphere (X1) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Nick Coffee consumers in Bengkulu City , with T test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.050 and Product Quality (X2) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Nick Coffee City consumers Bengkulu , with the T test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.050 . Testing the hypothesis of the T test and F test shows that the Store's Atmosphere and Product Quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level <0.05. This means that Ho was refused Ha was accepted. In other words Store's Atmosphere and Product Quality have a significant effect both partially and jointly on purchasing decisions at Nick Coffee Bengkulu City . This is evidenced by the f test showing a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

    Today every institution or business entity cannot escape the fact that competition will continue to increase sharply and significantly over time. Apart from expanding, competitors are also continuously improving their formulas to attract their customers. In this case, the most important key is the customer. Today it is believed that companies that are able to provide satisfaction to their customers are able to dominate the market. BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang as a business entity engaged in the service sector must pay attention to the performance of its employees in providing services to customers. Because the services provided by employees will affect customers, both positive and negative. From this, problems arise that make the author interested in conducting research to show that there is a positive effect of employee performance on customer satisfaction at BPRS Amanah Ummah. This research is a quantitative study, by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents as a sample to obtain responses about the dimensions of employee performance on customer satisfaction. In addition to using a questionnaire, the writer also uses interview, observation and documentation methods. As for statistical testing with simple linear regression, hypothesis testing with t test, and R2 test (coefficient of determination). The results of hypothesis testing with t test on variable X (employee performance) obtained a value of t count 10.587> t table 1.984, so employee performance has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang. While the coefficient of determination test results show that employee performance affects customer satisfaction by 53.4% ​​and the remaining 46.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract- This writing was done in order to determine the effect of product quality, servicescape, word of mouth on repurchase decisions. This study uses primary data sourced from questionnaires and the sample used is 75 respondents who are consumers of the Warung Kopi Rahmat. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression equations, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test. The results showed that product quality, servicescape, word of mouth have a positive effect on repurchase decisions at Warung Kopi Rahmat . The coefficient of determination test results obtained 61.1% product quality, servicescape, word of mouth can explain the repurchase decision. While the t test results of product quality, servicescape partially have a significant effect on repurchase decisions and word of mouth has no significant effect on repurchase decisions. The results of the F test, product quality, servicescape, word of mouth simultaneously have a significant effect on repurchase decisions.   Keywords- Product Quality; Servicescape; Word of Mouth; Repurchase Decision   Abstrak- Penulisan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, servicescape, word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 75 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari Warung Kopi Rahmat. Metode analisis data menggunakan persamaan regersi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kualitas produk, servicescape, word of mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang pada Warung Kopi Rahmat. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh 61,1% kualitas produk, servicescape, word of mouth dapat menjelaskan keputusan pembelian ulang. Sementara hasil uji t kualitas produk, servicescape secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang dan word of mouth berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang. Hasil uji F, kualitas produk, servicescape, word of mouth secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang.   Kata Kunci- Kualitas Produk; Servicescape; Word of Mouth; Keputusan Pembelian Ulang

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the influence of job stress and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously to the performance of employees of PT. Primatama Mulia Jaya IV Koto Kecamatan Kinali Kab. Pasaman Barat. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling method so that from the population is taken as many as 73 respondents, the data collection method used is by using survey or observation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis techniques used were classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and detemination coefficients. Based on multiple regression analysis, work stress variable and job satisfaction on employee performance in get Y = 18,776 + 0,510 X1 + 0,156 X2 + e. From the t test conducted got job stress and job satisfaction have a significant and positive effect on employee performance of PT. Primatama Mulia Jaya IV Koto Kecamatan Kinali Kab. Pasaman Barat From the results of F test proved that the variable of work stress and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Primatama Mulia Jaya IV Koto Kecamatan Kinali Kab. Pasaman Barat, while the result of coefficient of determination obtained ability of independent variable explain dependent variable equal to 36,9% rest 63,1% explained by other variable not used in this research.

The purpose of this study was to examine the Influence of Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline on Employee Performance Of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Regency Of Mentawai Islands. This research is the census. The data used are primary data by taking a sample of 79 (seventy-nine) respondents. This study uses analysis tools such as validity, reliability test, test multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient determination (R2). Validity and reliability testing done by using one-shot methods to get the result that all the item declared valid and reliable. T test results showed that the Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline and significant impact on the performance communication while having a positive effect but no significant effect on performance. F test showed that the Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline simultaneously affect performance, the result showed that the coefficient of determination of 0,646 or 64,6 percent, which means that the variability of performance variable that can be explained by the variability of the variable Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and Work Disipline 64,6 percent while the remaining 35,4 percent is explained by other variables not included for example, a variable in the regression model of leadership, education and training, work environment and other. The most dominant variable is a organizational culture on the performance of work which can be proved by the greatest regression coefficient is 0,689 compared to other variables

The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of a promotion  to employees performance in Telaga Biru Restaurant. The benefis of this research to add insight and knowledge about how the amplication compiler accepted theory lectures bench with existing practices in employee Telaga Biru Restaurant Merapi. To discus the formulation of the problem mentioned above, in this study another the sampling method used in this study are saturated sampling is because population is small so all existing populations as samples used a qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. From simple linear regression calculation results obtained the equation Y = 4.589 + 0.65 x + e. This shows that the influence of promotion to employee performance is 0,65.  And calculating the value of r = 0.60. This value indicates that there is a positive correlation between promotion and job performance and can be seen from the value of r. Coeficient of determination of KD = 0.34 or 34 of performance are influence by promotion and the remaining 66% is influenced by other factors. From the calculation of the value of t-test = 4.741 and t-table 2.023. So the value of t-test bigger than t-table (t count> t-table), this shows that the Hi Ho is rejected and accepted, which means there is a significant relationship between promotion to employees performance in Telaga Biru Restaurant. This means that promotion has a positive effect on Job in Telaga Biru Restaurant.

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer understanding and awareness of tax benefits to the restaurants taxpayer pays taxes . Sources of data used in this study is primary data derived from taxpayer restaurant in Tomohon. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis resulted in the equation r Y = 8.000 + 0.136 X1 + 0.440 X2 . R2 value of 0.303 indicates the proportion of the taxpayer contributes understanding and awareness of tax benefits to the restaurants taxpayer pays tax at a restaurant in Tomohon 30.3 %. And korelsi coefficient ( r) of 0.550 . Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that no taxpayer understanding partial effect on consciousness taxpayer pays tax while the restaurant in Tomohon city restaurant tax benefits significantly influence the consciousness of the top tax payers in the city of Tomohon.

AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, solvability, and inventory activity toward the Audit Delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results show that profitability, solvability, and inventory activity have no effect on audit delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Audit Delay,  Inventory Activity, Profitability, and Solvability
