The strength of a teacher in teaching is heavily influenced by the effective communication practiced by Dikelas-kelas. Learners are so cool with every word and story that the teacher developed. They are as stunted in the strains of beautiful melodies that splash. While this is the teaching of the teacher, the learners have the convenience of capturing it. Effective communication is very important for the learning process, because as a process where the existence of students with diverse cultures, family background and differences of viewpoints and self-stability are still vulnerable will determine The success of communication itself. The success of communication in the teaching and learning process is not only determined by the teachers but also the mental readiness condition in the teaching-learning process, as well as will be supported by environmental conditioning and Management of the school itself. There is a wide range of breakthroughs in improving communication skills for BK teachers, because BK teachers have the duties, responsibilities, and authority in the implementation of tutoring and counseling services for learners. Related to the student's self-development that suits the needs, potential, talents, interests, and personality of students at school/Madrasah.To improve students ' learning performance, BK teachers are required to create a conducive situation and encourage students to learn more optimally both in independent learning and in class learning with enthusiasm. In order to learn to teach more communicative, there is also necessary proximity between master BK and students as an effort to establish a trust between the two. As a manifestation and concern for the communication process that occurred in the school between the BK teachers and high school students in Depok, then the STIAMI Institute conducts effective communication training for the teachers of BK SMA. The obstacle faced in the learning process so far is the low interest in student learning. Many factors affect interest in learning, one of which is the lack of variety of teaching materials or learning media used by teachers in schools. The use of augmented reality (AR) in education is an important topic of research although its use is still in its infancy. The purpose of this research is to develop learning media, AR-based e-magazine to increase students' interest in learning high school students, on the material of the digestive system. The development of the e-magazine is carried out using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The parameters in this study are the quality of the e-magazine and interest in learning. Testing interest in learning is done using an interest questionnaire given to students for the control class consisting of 36 students and the experimental class consisting of 36 students. The results of the development of AR-based e-magazines are relatively good. This can be seen from the validation results with a very valid category. Based on the didactic aspect, a score of 3.82 was obtained in the very valid category, the constructive aspect was 3.85 in the very valid category and the technical aspect was 3.78 in the very valid category. The results showed that the use of AR-based e-magazines increased interest in learning. Interest in learning obtained a score of 0.342 in the high category. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of AR-based e-magazines as digital learning media can be used in the learning process.

A senior high school is responsible to deliver competitive human resources. A high school that has good facilities are more popular and attractive for junior high school students. To evaluate the school quality of service, we build a system to analyze the student's satisfaction with the learning process and services.  To conduct the analysis, an information system was built to identify what components of the learning process needed to be improved. The method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) that clearly defines the needs and the expectations of students. The evaluation process was done by asking students to fill out a satisfaction questionnaire through the system. To get the analysis continuously this evaluation process can be carried out annually at the end of each school year. By using this computerized system, the evaluation results are obtained faster and more accurate.

Learning assessments are subject of discussion both in their theoretical and practical approaches. The process of measuring learning in physics by high school students, either qualitatively or quantitatively, is one in which it should be possible to identify not only the concepts and contents students failed to achieve but also the reasons for the failure. We propose that students’ video production offers a very effective formative assessment tool to teachers: as a formative assessment, it produces information that allows the understanding of where and when the learning process succeeded or failed, of identifying, as a subject or as a group, the deficiencies or misunderstandings related to the theme under analysis and their interpretation by students, and it provides also a different kind of assessment, related to some other life skills, such as ability to carry on a project till its conclusion and to work cooperatively. In this paper, we describe the use of videos produced by high school students as an assessment resource. The students were asked to prepare a short video, which was then presented to the whole group and discussed. The videos reveal aspects of students’ diï¬culties that usually do not appear in formal assessments such as tests and questionnaires. After the use of the videos as a component of classroom assessments and the use of the discussions to rethink learning activities in the group, the videos were analysed and classified in various categories. This analysis showed a strong correlation between the technical quality of the video and the content quality of the students’ argumentation. Also, it was shown that the students do not prepare their video based on quick and easy production; they usually choose forms of video production that require careful planning and implementation, and this reï¬ects directly on the overall quality of the video and of the learning process.

Abstract Communication is a process of sharing information through speech, writing, gestures or symbols between two or more people. The focus of the present paper is oral communication and the language under consideration is English. The teacher should adopt a student centered approach. The learners should be encouraged to do things in the class which result in developing their communication skills. The trainer has to focus on both the linguistic and paralinguistic features of the communication process while enhancing learners’ communication skills. These features involve the effective use of words, forming grammatically intelligible sentences and an appropriate use of voice and intonation. The teacher should encourage and train his students to use positive body language while listening and speaking. In order to hone the communication skills of the learners, it is very important to make the learners comfortable with the language they have to communicate in. Shedding their inhibitions is also one of the pivotal areas of concerns. This paper explores different techniques that could be useful while training students in communication skills. Communication is a process of sharing information through speech, writing, gestures or symbols between two or more people. The focus of the present paper is oral communication and the language under consideration is English. The major elements of a communication process are sender, receiver, message and feedback. Effective communication is a two way process. It involves both expressive (speaking) skills and receptive (listening) skills. It entails receiver’s understanding of the message sent by the sender and his feedback to the sender. Listening plays a very important role in the language learning process. It is the most primary of the four basic skills of any language i.e. Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. Listening paves way for speaking. One can never be a good speaker if one is not a good listener. An effective communicator is first a good listener and then a good speaker. According to Tickoo ( 2003 ), ‘Good listening skills not only lay the foundations of good speech, but they grow best through effective communication’.
