BACKGROUND Video consultation is increasingly used in different healthcare settings in order to reach patients. However, little is known about telehealth in psychological treatment for patients with somatic and chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes. OBJECTIVE This study aims to provide new insight into the development of an app to support the psychological treatment and video based intervention. METHODS This study was inspired by participatory design and a qualitative approach. The content of the intervention was developed through user involvement and evaluated by individual interviews with patients and psychologists as well as questionnaires. RESULTS We co-created an app that targeted patients with rheumatic diseases and diabetes in relation to the psychological challenges of living with chronic diseases. Video based interventions was described under the four themes “The good relation despite physical distance”, “The comfort of being at home”, “The pros of saving time on transport and energy” and “A therapeutic alliance at a distance”. CONCLUSIONS Psychological treatment in relation to somatic care can be provided by video and supported by tailored information and tools delivered in an app without losing quality of care. To ensure a good alliance between the patient and the psychologist, a first face-to-face meeting is important. Being in their own home provided the patients with a safe environment, increased accessibility, and reduced travel time to the hospital.

An effort to educate learner in Islamic education as an order to the learner be able to change character and behavior. For Islamic education, learner hoped to be able to understand whole Islamic teachings and comprehend the aim of Islamic education entirely. Islamic subject Learning system has planned systematically and referred to learning components which have oriented to the new paradigm and the application of contextual teaching and learning approach; the class condition will be conducive and comfortable for the learner to be motivated to learn Islamic subject. In contextual teaching and learning approach be able to direct the process of Islamic teaching and learning for growing learner good behavior, character building, and moral values that will become human who has proper responsibility, emotional, intellectual, and human who has emotional intelligence in developing the learner potency in applying of Islamic educational making good relation between God with human being and doing whole Islamic teachings in Global Era. How the learner knows about Islamic teachings, but it discusses what has known and realized by learner after learning.? Learner hoped to be able to have a strong desire and a high commitment to understand and apply Islamic teachings.

South Asia is a complex region. It is marked with the emergence and continuity of the conflict. India-Pakistan conflict is one of them. This conflict begun on 1947 and the biggest of conflict divided into three conflicts. Functionalism according to David Mitrany in “A Working Peace System” believes that Region Integration is trusted to make the conflict lower and good relation among state. This perception applied on 1985 in South Asia, which known with SAARC (The South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation). The fact, this conflict still continues till today. However, this paper seeks for the analysis of how’s functionalism theory explain the conflict of India-Pakistan on the regional integration: is that the conflict form an ideal integration of Sout Asia and decline the conflict, or conversely. Furthermore, the result of this research describes that Functionalism is not success on explaining South Asia integration, which means the India-Pakistan conflict still exist and the real integration among member states still not exist yet.

Most sewer system performance indicators are not easily measurable online at high frequencies in wastewater systems, which hampers real-time control with those parameters. Instead of using a constituent of wastewater, an alternative could be to use characteristics of wastewater that are relatively easily measurable in sewer systems and could serve as indicator parameters for the dilution process of wastewater. This paper focuses on the possibility to use the parameters of temperature and conductivity. It shows a good relation of temperature and conductivity with the dilution of DWF (dry weather flow) during WWF (wet weather flow) a monitoring station in Graz, Austria, as an example. The simultaneous monitoring of both parameters leads to valuable back-up information in case one parameter (temperature) shows no reaction to a storm event. However, for various reasons, anomalies occur in the typical behaviour of both parameters. The frequency and extent of these anomalies will determine the usefulness of the proposed parameters in a system for pollution-based real-time control. Both the normal behaviour and the anomalies will be studied further by means of trend and correlation analyses of data to be obtained from a monitoring network for the parameters of interest that is currently being set up in the Netherlands.

This study was conducted tobacco growing farmers’ house hold in the Wolaita ,Bilatte and Hawassa tobacco farms in Southern Nations, Nationalities and peoples’ Regional state, Ethiopia. The objective of the study was to investigate socioeconomic and technical factors that affect tobacco production smallholder tobacco producers at southern Ethiopia. In conducting the research, data relevant to the study were collected from both primary and secondary sources. Prior to interviewed back ground information and secondary data were collected from extension section of each tobacco development farm. Two peasant associations (PAs) were selected totally 30 sample farmers were randomly selected from each district based on tobacco production potential. Surveys were used to measured like area of plots with tobacco plants, household farming practiced at present and in the past, other crop species planted before, labor source, farm size and input. The findings from this study point to several recommendations for research, extension, and policy makers. The study recommended technologies to mitigate farmer’s labor shortage, regularly revised price of green tobacco price policies, good relation with local administrator and training of smallholder tobacco producers that would increase number of tobacco producers.

In today's changing environment two properties are required to service namely good relation with customers and service quality. Nowadays no organization can get great achievement unless it can attract sufficient customers providing better service quality is important for service firms. This paper proposes a novel combined approach utilizing group decision making process to evaluate and rank criteria influencing the customer relationship management and service quality of four banks in Iran based on fuzzy decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (Fuzzy DEMATEL) and fuzzy analytic network process (Fuzzy ANP). Defuzzification of decision makers' judgments is handled by Converting Fuzzy data into Crisp Scores (CFCS) method. Fuzzy DEMATEL is applied to deal with inner dependencies among criteria. Fuzzy ANP is used to compute final ranking of four banks as an empirical example. An empirical study is presented to illustrate the application of the proposed method.

It has been shown that dipole radiation of accelerated charges, described by Larmor relation, is the basis of the known mechanic-electromagnetic processes of rock deformation. Comparison of crust deformation acceleration with natural electromagnetic field parameters of ELF-VLF range showed good relation. It manifests in the maxima of occurrence frequency density of synchronous deformation-electromagnetic events on two dimensional histograms. The data of a laser strain-meter and a recorder of natural electromagnetic radiation of ELF-VLF range, recorded in a zone of increased seismic activity (Kamchatka, Karymshina site), were used. The authors made an assumption on the existence of stationary regions of deformation process and mechanic-electromagnetic transformations corresponding to regions with different mechanic properties and rock petrographic composition.

An investigation is reported of the relationships of the temperatures and grinding parameter for grinding of ceramics with a brazed diamond grinding tool. During the experiments, the temperature distributions along the workpiece surface were measured using a foil thermocouples and the energy partition to the workpiece estimated using a temperature matching method. The results show that the grinding temperature increased with the increasing of worktable feed rate or tool velocity and depth of grinding. The measured temperature responses were found to be in good relation with the analytical results of a moving heat source with a rectangular distribution at the grinding zone. The energy partition ε is about 23%.
