One effort that teachers can do to improve their learning process is by developing learning resources for themselves and their students. Teachers can use student workbook (LKS) to be used as a source of learning for students. A student workbook that contains material summaries can help students more effectively understand the materials. Student workbook containing a variety of practice questions is believed to affect the effectiveness of student’s learning. This research aims to analyze the effects of using student workbook (LKS) towards the effectiveness of students’ learning. This research was conducted to see students' perceptions of the role of using student workbook (LKS) towards the effectiveness of student learning. To collect data, this study used a questionnaire distributed to 24 students using a survey administration application, consisting of six questions related to the students' perceptions of the role of using student workbook (LKS) towards student’s learning process. After all, participants had completed the questionnaire, the data were then categorized based on relevant findings. The findings reveal that the use of student workbook gives beneficial impact on students’ learning since it can be one of the sources of learning besides the teacher’s explanation. It also makes students easier in understanding the materials with simple content and various practices. In the end, this research hopefully can be useful as a reference or guide for future researchers who want to conduct similar research on the use of student workbook (LKS) as one of the resources in the teaching process.

The role of teachers in improving student learning motivation is one of the integral activities that must be in learning activities. In addition to providing and transferring teacher knowledge is also tasked to improve children's motivation in learning. It cannot be denied that student learning with others is very different, that's why it is important for teachers to always motivate students so that students always have the spirit of learning and being able become students who excel and can develop themselves optimally. The learning process will succeed if students have motivation in learning. Therefore, teachers need to foster optimal student motivation. Teachers are demanded to be creative to arouse student learning motivation. Learning motivation is meaningfulness, value, and the benefits of learning learning activities are quite interesting for students to do learning activities.

This study aims at finding out the effect of peer assessment on the evaluation process of students. The hypothesis underlying this study is that assessment is an integral part of the learning process, which should play an important role in the educational model. The current study will emphasize the importance of using peer assessment as a tool to engage students in the evaluation process, clarify the role of peer assessment in promoting student learning, diversify the scope of the evaluation through the frameworks of theory and methodology to get to understand the uses and limitations of peer assessment as a tool for assessment, and discuss the goals and benefits that can be achieved by the students from practicing peer assessment in accordance with scientific standards and bases, which emphasize active participation of the students in their learning and responsibility. Additionally, this study will check the credibility of peer assessments as a suitable tool in the assessment process. Findings show that there is a statistically significant relationship between the assessment of peers to each other, as well as between peer assessment and teacher assessment.

The role of learning media, especially animation media, is very important in learning mathematics especially to explain abstract problem become concrete, motivate student, stimulate student learning activity, help effectiveness of learning process. Community service activities are aimed at making teachers able to create self-directed learning media. By making their own, the teacher can increase his insight and improve his creativity in creating animation media. In this training, teachers are trained to make animation media using powerpoint and flash. Subjects assisted in this devotional activity are math teachers in Semarang City. The math teachers showed great enthusiasm in training and felt the tangible benefits of community service. Teachers can create their own animated learning media, using either powerpoint or flash.

This study aims to analyze the student learning interest the process of online learning in SDN Lembursitu Kota Sukabumi, and the role of parents in the online learning process. This study qualitative descriptive research methods with research subjects are teacher, parents and students. The technique for data collection using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Technique semi-structed interview and open questionnaire. Data analysis techniques with three stage are data reduction, data display and data conclusion/verification. Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on students interest in learning, when the learning process switches to online learning it results in decreased student interest marked by the lack of active student participation whe following the learning process. In this case parents are very involved in the implementation of the learning process online, parents play a role in guilding students when doing assignments, providing facilities in the form of phone and internet quota, motivate students to study spirit, help and supervise students when carrying out the learning process so that students follow the learning process well and smoothly by always coordinating with the teacher regarding the development of student learning.

Social media is the most popular service at the moment. Its users can communicate with each other, interact, share, network, and various other activities. Currently, one of the social media that can be used easily by students is WhatsApp. More effort is needed to find creative ways to increase students’ activity in learning. Looking the development of technology and the increasing number of users, the use of social media such as WhatsApp is very appropriate to be applied in the learning process. The use of WhatsApp in the learning process will give students the ability to get more information, lecturers, to be connected with study groups and other education systems with the same topics and problems, will make the learning process more interesting. This research was conducted to look  the role of whatsApp as a leraning media in studying research methodology to increase student learning activities.  The purposes of this research is to know to what extent knowing the media based on WhatsApp instant messaging application can be used to improve activity learning in studying research methodology. The data was analysed using descriptive statistical method by using percentage. There is 94 % of student improve their  learning outcome in studying research methodology.  The result of data analyzes shown there are significant effects of the role of WhatsApp as a learning media in studying research methodology to increase student learning activities.

This research aim to analyze: (1) the direct effect of the teacher's role in the learning process on student intensity of learning, (2) the direct effect of the teacher's role in the learning process on student learning outcomes, (3) the direct effect of student learning intensity on student learning outcomes, (4) the indirect effect of the teacher's role in the learning process on student learning outcomes through student learning intensity. This type of research is an associative descriptive study with the population is all students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 5 Padang Academic Year 2018/2019 and a sample of 121 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, inferential analysis with path analysis. The results showed that (1) the role of the teacher in the learning process directly affected the intensity of student learning, (2) the role of the teacher in the learning process directly affected student learning outcomes, (3) the intensity of student learning directly affected student learning outcomes, and (4) there is an indirect effect of the teacher's role in the learning process on student learning outcomes through student learning intensity.Keywords: learning outcomes, the role of teacher, intensity of learning

This research aims to find out whether by applying a group investigation leraning model can increase student’s motivation to learn mathematic grade X in SMK Dwi Tunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa. The research instruments used were observation and questioner. The observations used are statements of the learning process. Observation consists of observation sheets on the effectiveness of student learning, and observation of student learning motivation.The population this study is Students Class off X SMK Dwi Tunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa, while the sample in this study was a class off X-AP SMK Dwi Tunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa. From the results of the study can be seen an in crease student motivation to learn mathimatics by using a learning model of investigation b 75% at the first meeting and is categorized as effective, while at the second meeting it reaches 80% and is categorized as effective. Thereofere the use of the group investigation learning model is effective in creasing the motivation to learn mathematic in students of SMK Dwi Tunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa.
