Abstract. Problem statement. Today there is an active development of the coastal area along the Victoryembankment in the city of Dnipro. The proposed and those that have already been implemented provoke contradictoryresponses from ordinary citizens and professionals. Several project proposals have been implemented on this topic, aswell as a lot of material in the media and on social networks. There are scientifically sound proposals for theengineering of the coastal area. Purpose of the article. Show the stages of development of territories in the field ofcontent and compositional influence of the Eternal Glory Monument; their positive and negative sides. The main part.The general plans of the city and its fragments (1786; 1792; 1913; 1933; 1948) are considered. For the first two hundredyears of the city's existence, the Dnieper had an associative relationship between the city territory and the river. For thefirst time the task of connecting the river and the city was declared in the master plan of 1933. The next step in solvingthis problem in this direction was taken in the postwar master plans. The most striking of these efforts was the proposalto extend the main avenue of the city in a south-easterly direction with access to the edge of the central hill. It proposesthe formation of a memorial square at the northeastern end of the avenue, which is in contact with the valley of theDnieper River. The milestone is the creation of the Eternal Glory Monument. A full-fledged structure of an importanturban planning node of the city has been formed. This area of the avenue received a memorial and educational content.In world experience, there are few analogues of such a bright, organic combination of compositional and spatialcharacteristics of the territory and its meaning. Conclusion. Now there is an active architectural and town-planningactivity on the coastal territory is located on an axis of the main Avenue of the city. The most important factor thatshould have a significant impact on the nature of the processes that have developed to our time − the substantivefeatures of the compositional and spatial characteristics of Dmitry Yavornytsky Avenue. In turn, the means ofarchitecture must be found and implemented solutions that will not only give impetus to the development of what hasalready been created, but also logically complete the process of forming the most important urban node of the city.

Abstract. Problem. In this article we offer the meth-odology of calculation, based on the idea of dismem-berment of vault on the separate archs of single width. It is recommended for the estimation of efforts in the designed and damaged vaults. Also offered a methods of calculation effort in serried vaults. As spatial inflexibility of cross vault below than inflexi-bility of serried vault, then it is necessary to execute the calculation of the cheek arch abstracted from the tray of cross vault also. If the outline of tray is exe-cuted on a circular curve, then it is possible to take methodology of calculation of archs with the outline of axis a curve as catenoid. Goal. The proposed methodology for calculating closed and cross vaults is also based on the idea of dividing the arch into separate arches of unit width. The results of studies of efforts and rational forms of arches of V.A. Kiselev [1]. Methodology. Calculation based on the idea of dismemberment of vault on the separate archs of single width. Recommended for the estimation of efforts in the designed and damaged vaults. A method over of calculation of dome is brought for determina-tion of effort in serried vaults. Results. At the choice of outline of axis of arch it is necessary aspires to that an axis, on possibility, coincided with the curve of pressure. Such outline of axis is rational, as there are only central forces of N in an arch. Flexion mo-ments M and transversal forces of Q are equal to the zero. The coincidence of axis of arch with the curve of pressure can be got for the three-hinged arch. For the statically undetermined arch of complete coinci-dence of axis with the curve of pressure attaining is impossible, so that the origin of flexion moments at any her outline is inevitable. Originality. The tech-nique based on the separation of flat elements from the spatial structure does not show the reserves of strength of the structure. Experience of long-term operation of vaulted structures designed or verified by calculation using similar methods [2], [9] shows caution and reliability. Practical value. The tech-nique is also suitable for assessing the strength of damaged vaults with collapsed corners or walms.

Consider an abstract Problem P in a metric space (X; d) assumed to have a unique solution u. The aim of this paper is to compare two convergence results u'n → u and u''n → u, both in X, and to construct a relevant example of convergence result un → u such that the two convergences above represent particular cases of this third convergence. To this end, we use the concept of Tykhonov triple. We illustrate the use of this new and nonstandard mathematical tool in the particular case of hemivariational inequalities in reflexive Banach space. This allows us to obtain and to compare various convergence results for such inequalities. We also specify these convergences in the study of a mathematical model, which describes the contact of an elastic body with a foundation and provide the corresponding mechanical interpretations.

Abstract. Problem-solving is the thought that students have in determining solutions to the problem at hand. The process of students finding solutions to problems is known as problem-solving abilities. Mathematical problem-solving ability is the ability to solve problems by paying attention to the elements needed in making a required solution strategy and having the ability to know the truth of a problem. This ability needs to be measured to determine the level of understanding of students in solving problems. SOLO taxonomy is student response in solving a problem to determine the level of ability students have. By using the SOLO taxonomy, student response rates were divided into 5, namely structural, uni structural, multi structural, relational, and extended abstract. This study uses literature review research to provide the leveling of mathematical problem-solving abilities based on the SOLO taxonomy. The results of data collection from various relevant sources, it can be seen that the SOLO taxonomy can make it easier to determine the level of mathematical problem-solving ability through the responses possessed by students.Abstrak. Pemecahan masalah merupakan pemikiran yang dimiliki siswa dalam menentukan solusi-solusi dari masalah yang dihadapi. Proses siswa dalam menemukan solusi terhadap masalah maka dinamakan sebagai kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis merupakan kemampuan untuk memecahkan masalah dengan memperhatikan unsur-unsur yang diperlukan dalam membuat suatu strategi pemecahan yang dibutuhkan dan memeiliki kemampuan untuk mengetahui kebenaran dari suatu masalah. Kemampuan ini perlu diukur untuk megetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa dalam memmecahkan masalah. Taksonomi SOLO adalah respon siswa dalam memecahkan suatu masalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan yang dimiliki siswa. Dengan menggunakan taksonomi SOLO tingkat respon siswa dibagi menjadi 5 yaitu prastruktural, unistruktural, multistruktural, relasional dan extended abstrack. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kajian pustaka dengan tujuan memberikan tentang pelevelan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis berdasarkan taksonomi SOLO. Hasil pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber yang relevan maka dapat diketahui bahwa taksonomi SOLO dapat memudahkan dalam mengetahui tingkat kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis melalui respon yang dimiliki oleh siswa.

Technique data analysis be explained in descriptive with quantitative is statistics method to used for describe of data collected. Key Word : discipline, value achievement Abstrak : Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seberapa pentingkah faktor-faktor kehadiran, perilaku didalam kelas,kejujuran dan aktivitas diluar dalam meningkatkan prestasi nilai mahasiswa pada kampus STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin.Jenis data terdiri dari data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Rancangan penelitian ini menurut metodenya menggunakan penelitian survey. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 19 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data diantaranya penelitian lapangan yaitu kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi dan peneliian kepustakaan. Tehnik analisis data diuraikan secara deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif yaitu metode-metode statistika yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan data yang dikumpulkan. Abstract: Problem-based learning model is learning that uses various thinking abilities of students individually or in groups.  The purpose of PBL is to improve the ability to apply concepts to new / real problems, the desire to learn, direct self-learning, and skills.  Critical thinking is thinking reasoned and reflective with an emphasis on making decisions about what to believe or do.  The ability to think critically will arise in students if during the learning process in the classroom, the teacher builds patterns of interaction and communication that emphasizes the process of actively forming knowledge by students.Key words : Problem based learning, critical thinking Abstrak: Model pembelajaran berbasis masalah merupakan pembelajaran yang menggunakan berbagai kemampuan berpikir peserta didik secara individu maupun kelompok. Tujuan PBL adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menerapkan konsep-konsep pada permasalahan baru/nyata, keinginan dalam belajar, mengarahkan belajar diri sendiri, dan keterampilan. Berpikir kritis  adalah  berpikir  secara  beralasan  dan  reflektif  dengan menekankan  pada  pembuatan  keputusan  tentang  apa  yang  harus dipercayai  atau  dilakukan.  Kemampuan  berpikir  kritis  akan muncul dalam diri siswa apabila selama proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas, guru membangun  pola  interaksi  dan  komunikasi  yang  lebih  menekankan  pada  proses pembentukan  pengetahuan  secara  aktif  oleh  siswa.Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning, Berpikir Kritis

ABSTRAKSI: Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat dapat ditingkatkan melalui pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk mendukung keberhasilan Program KOTAKU (Kota Tanpa Kumuh) di Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Tujuannya adalah untuk mendeskripsikan secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta dan sifat-sifat model pembelajaran masyarakat  berbasis masalah dalam impelemenatasi program KOTAKU, sehingga dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemandirian  masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Data kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan konsep pembangunan masyarakat, pembelajaran, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan perilaku positif; perkembangan kemampuan dalam  memecahkan masalah; memaknai informasi; serta berpikir reflektif dan evaluatif pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini, akhirnya, menyimpulkan bahwa secara statistik, partisipasi masyarakat dalam dimensi kontribusi mencapai 30% dalam pelaksanaannya. KATA KUNCI: Kota Tanpa Kumuh; Partisipasi Masyarakat; Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah. ABSTRACT: “Problem-Based Community Learning as a Strategy to Increase Community Participation in KOTAKU Program”. This research was organized  based on the phenomena of how community participation can be improved through problem-based learning to support successful outcomes of  KOTAKU (Kota Tanpa Kumuh or City Without Slums) Program in the Regency of Bandung Barat, West Java, Indonesia. This research was aimed to describe the facts and characteristics of problem-based community learning models in a systematic, factual, and accurate way to implement KOTAKU Program, so that it will give a positive impact on increasing community independence. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach and method. The data were collected by employing document analysis techniques, interviews, and observations. The data were, then, analyzed based on the concept of community development, learning, and community empowerment. The results of the study reveal that there are changing in positive behavior; the development of the ability to solve problems; interpret information; and reflective and evaluative thinking of the community. In this paper, we first introduce an abstract viscous hyperbolic problem for which we prove exponential decay under appropriated assumptions. We then give some illustrative examples, like the linearized viscous Saint-Venant system. In order to achieve the optimal decay rate, we also perform a detailed spectral analysis of our abstract problem under a natural assumption satisfied by various examples. We finally consider the boundary stabilizability of the linearized viscous Saint-Venant system on trees.

We are concerned with the determination of the conditions under which we can identify f∈C([0,τ];C) such that y be a strict solution to the abstract problem, i.e., My∈C1([0,τ];X), Ly∈C([0,τ];X). A similar problem is considered for general second order equations in time. Various examples of these general problems are given.
