The article examines the issues of the formation of accounting registers intended for the systematization and accumulation of information contained in the primary accounting documents accepted for accounting. Based on the content of various accounting documents, it is determined that the implementation implementation of accounting personnel actions and procedures for the formation of basic information messages in the form of accounting records , revealing the array of fait accompli of economic life, is an accounting information system of an economic entity, which is the subject of the study. The article reveals the main reasons for making errors in accounting, gives their classification and possible options for correcting the identified distortions. The results presented in the article are confirmed by the conclusions and recommendations of the research work “Research of trends in accounting, analysis and audit in the conditions of digitalization of society” with the joint participation of teachers of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and the ICNTI.

A particular form of information used as user requirements for the process of decision-making. A qualified information is important for interested party who used that information to reduce uncertainty and knowledge upgrade on the specific concern areas. By considering information is a wishful move for doing an activity. The information quality of financial statements that the government publishes in public has to meet standards to be trusted and used by people so people could rely on for making a decision. The objective to do this research is to verify relationship between  human resources competency, accounting information system, and internal control on accounting information quality of government financial statements. The paradigm of this research is quantitative research. The sampling method used is a nonprobability sampling (saturated sampling) with quota. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 43 respondents who are SIMDA operator on the government work unit of Central Sulawesi Provincial Government. Multiple linear regression analysis used to analyze data. The results showed that human resources competency, accounting information system, and internal control have a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting information in Central Sulawesi Provincial Government.

Objective –The purpose of this research is to prove by analysing whether the effectiveness of accounting information systems influence the quality of financial statements by adding organizational commitment as a moderator in the regional apparatus organization in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Methodology/Technique – This research is carried out by surveying and identifying the field directly on the regional apparatus organization (OPD) of the city. field and district deliserdang of 190 respondents as the sample selected in this study. The sampling technique used by surveying the executive of the regional apparatus organization (OPD) selected to be the target population. Findings – Hypothesis testing using the SPSS approach, version 23. The results of the study show regularly variables exogenous namely the effectiveness of accounting information systems directly affects the quality of financial statements and organizational commitment plays a role in strengthening the influence of exogenous accounting information system variables on its endogenous variables. Novelty –This research explores the influence of the government to make the effectiveness of accounting information systems an important factor that is taken into account when preparing financial statements that synergize with the role of organizational commitment. The subject of green accounting is one of the modern topics in accounting science, which has received great attention by researchers and writers because of its great role in measuring and disclosing environmental activities and in line with the interests of internal and external users of accounting information.  The research stems from a fundamental problem that taking into account the costs of green accounting within the financial statements of economic units would improve the quality of accounting information provided to users. To achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was designed and submitted to the stakeholders of users of information and employees of a number of economic units listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange, as well as the use of different statistical methods and methods to extract results related to the role of information on green accounting in improving the quality of accounting information provided by Before economic units. The research reached several results, the most important of which was the need to take into account the costs of green accounting and manifested within the financial statements of economic units, because of its role in improving the quality of accounting information and commensurate with the interests of users, so it should work to measure those costs and disclosed to contribute to Meet the wishes and interests of users of financial statements.

Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak is one of the institution body that appointed by the Government to carry out the collection and remittance of WAPU VAT according to PMK No. 85 / PMK.03 / 2012 (amended by PMK No. 136 / PMK.03 / 2012). WAPU VAT collection and deposit system are inefficient because it requires a lot of time and effort when it comes to input the data entry of tax invoice, printing Tax Deposit and sent it to Bank Perception. Three steps activities need to be done more than once. Therefore, Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak need the collection and remittance of the WAPU VAT system that sufficient to improve the efficiency of tax suboffices performance.This research aims to design the accounting information system for collecting and depositing process WAPU VAT. WAPU VAT Deposit using e-tax payment application are expected to overcome the problems that will arise in the WAPU VAT system deposit.Exploratory qualitative approach with case study method chosen in order to dig up the real problem occurs and find a solution. This research are expected to contribute significantly towards Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak as a research subject. <p>This study aims to find empirical evidence about the role of accounting information system (AIS) as intervening factors that affect the quality of financial reporting information of the government. This study uses a questionnaire that primary data collected from respondents, namely employees of the accounting department of the government units, especially a partner institution in the State Treasury Office (KPPN) 2 Jakarta. Data processing is performed by the method of partial least squares (PLS). The results of this study are the accounting information system has significantly the impact on the quality of government financial reporting information. While the capacity factor of human resources, control data input and application of Government Accounting Standards (SAP) have a significant direct effect on the AIS, is larger when compared to a direct influence on the quality of financial reporting information. Other factors, organizational commitment and internal control system has a significant influence either directly or indirectly on the quality of financial reporting information. The findings of the study are expected to provide input to the government the importance of improving the accounting information system, such as strengthening the capacity of human resources and accounting applications in realizing quality financial information.</p>

Small and medium enterprises are businesses run by a person / group of people to build a business. To run it you should use financial statements with an accounting information system. Because, using financial statements can find out the advantages and disadvantages of the business being run. When starting a business, we must find out the strategic place and market share that will become the place of business to run. By doing all that is needed we can do business well. Through this research, it was explained how to run a business by getting a loan from the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises and ways to obtain these loans. The article is based on the results of research work of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation “Improving the regulation of labor and the organization of new approaches to the organization of labour processes and the remuneration of certain categories of employees in higher education”, fi nanced by budget funds for State job in 2014. The article analyzes the legal regulation of improving remuneration of support staff , including from the standpoint of personnel management system, assessment of the role and importance of this category of workers working in the educational process; discusses possible approaches to remuneration of support staff to meet the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the policy objectives for improving the system of remuneration in the budgetary organizations, as set out in the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 26.11.2012, № 2190«On Approval of the gradual improvement of the system wages in the state (municipal) institutions for 2012–2018». The article also provides an analysis of the main problems in the existing institutions of higher education in pay systems, off ers a practical solution for the formation conditions of remuneration of support staff and the positioning of functional processes, which employ this category of personnel in connection with the performance of tasks to ensure the increase the quality of the educational process in the organization of higher education.

          PT. Aneka Sistim Informasi is a company engaged in trade and services, in which the process of processing and application of financial transaction data is still using conventional system. Through this research the authors describe the outline of accounting information using Zahir Accounting application. Accounting information system is a computer-based system that includes the transaction processing cycle, the use of information technology and information system development. The purpose of this research is to facilitate data entry transaction and financial reporting using accounting program applications. While the data collection method used is a direct observation of transactions that occur in the daily activities of business process activities, then do the interview on the Store Manager and Administration. The literature review studies complement two previous data collection techniques to strengthen theoretically. The result of data processing by using the application of accounting program starts from data entry by doing initial setup, beginning balance, master data up to transaction entry. The Constitution of the Russian Federation assigns to the President a leading role in the system of higher federal bodies of state power, which requires clear grounds and precise procedure for temporary exercise of presidential powers. The Constitution assigns the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation as the subject authorized to temporarily replace the President in all cases when he is unable to fulfill his duties. At the same time, the constitutional norms do not regulate the situation when the duties of the President cannot be performed either by himself or the Chairman of the Government. The article discusses the issues of subjects that in the above case are authorized to legitimately assume the temporary exercise of powers of the head of state, and concludes that it is necessary to improve the norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in terms of expanding the list of subjects for temporary exercise of duties of the President and introducing constitutional control over the transfer of presidential powers, and to improve the legislation norms and their implementation practice in terms of regulating the procedure for the temporary fulfillment of duties of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation.
