The article is devoted to the development of the national financial market and ensuring its stability on the basis of digital transformation. Subject of research: digitalization of the financial market. The aim of the study is to study the theoretical foundations of the financial market and determine the priorities of its development based on the digitalization of services to ensure sustainable development in the medium term. Method of research. in the process of writing, the authors used such methods as analysis, grouping, comparison, and synthesis. Results: 1. The features of digitalization of services provided in the national financial market are disclosed. 2. The mechanism of interaction of the main participants in the digital financial assets market is presented and their characteristics are given. 3. Measures for digital transformation of the national financial services market are proposed, taking into account the current situation in the national economy. Scientific novelty: the mechanism of interaction of the main participants in the digital financial services market was determined, measures for the digital transformation of the financial services market were proposed.

The article proposes a methodology for an indicative assessment of the socio-economic development of the region in order to ensure the sustainability of development. The author’s methodology is based on the principles of indicative management; based on the use of a system of indicators of development indicators, intervals of threshold values; is a step-by-step process of assessing the social and economic development of the region; takes into account the contribution of each factor to ensuring sustainable development; allows you to identify “strong” and “problem” areas of social and economic development of the region. The analysis of the results obtained in dynamics makes it possible to assess the effectiveness of development indicators.

AbstractThe use of stone in traditional architecture represents one of the most relevant links between geological and cultural heritage. As a topic of general interest and easily understandable to all public, this link is a guiding thread for touristic routes mitigating the depopulation trend that affects large inland rural areas, including many areas in UNESCO Global Geoparks (UGGp). In the northwest of Spain, the Courel Mountains UGGp created the Palaeozoic Villages Route for touristic purposes in 2018, highlighting the relevance of local stones in traditional architecture as a key feature for sustainable development. For the design and creation of this route, seven villages were selected along six criteria: (1) the representativeness of the building stone with the bedrock of the UGGp, (2) the preserved traditional architecture, (3) their link with geoheritage, (4) the scenic beauty of their surroundings, (5) the potential combination with other touristic activities, and (6) the presence of local services. The Palaeozoic Villages Route exhibits four rock types/sections/structures spanning four Palaeozoic periods, as well as different uses for walling and roofing depending on the rock feature. Since 2018, the route experienced an increased revenue of 19% in the touristic sector to the traditional villages, while visitors used up to 61% of the local services of the UGGp for one or more days. In addition, the route reinforces the awareness of depopulation and abandonment of rural villages, fostering the purchase and/or restoration of dwellings as second regular residences in tranquil and scenic environments. In the short to medium term, these actions are expected to reverse or, at least, minimise the loss of population in the UGGp.

The article provides an attempt to solve the challenges of attaining the goals of the final document “Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” by means of the systems transdisciplinary approach concept and methodology. To achieve this, the author expands the existing concept of chemical evolution and describes natural mechanisms of directed transformation of the planetary matter. The article reveals the meaning of cyclic recurrence of development of supercontinents in geological history of the planet leading to the formation of the planetary matter required for further active transformation of biological objects, which are supposed to take part in that transformation. The author assumes and substantiates that stable development is controlled by the planetary and extraplanetary objective organizing compounds, which present effective mechanisms of appraisal and compulsion of objects of living and non-living matter to strictly definite results of activity and interactions. He shows the results of long-term and medium-term modeling of the development of modern society. The conclusion of the article describes the possibility of using methodology of systems transdisciplinary approach in organizing sustainable development since 2016.

An important aspect of the Libyan conflict since the 2011 Arab Spring is the generation and management of huge volumes of construction and demolition (C&D) type waste, arising from conflict-related damage to the built environment. Estimates put the amount of Post-Conflict Waste (PCW) at about 82 million tonnes, much of which comprises potentially useful materials that could be reused or further processed and used in construction and other sectors of the economy. This paper presents and discusses the challenges that affect the use, reuse and recycling of such materials. To validate findings from literature, a pilot questionnaire survey of 70 professionals working in the waste management sector was carried out to identify the barriers constraining sustainable management of solid waste stream in three major Libyan cities. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 20.0. Based on the identified barriers, a framework for sustainable management of post-conflict waste arising in Libya has been designed in line with the medium-term infrastructure development objectives of the Libyan government. The paper recommends an urgent revision of applicable legislation and the formulation of new ones to address identified gaps in sustainable waste management. It is envisaged that results from this study will help underpin post-conflict sustainable development goals in Libya.

 The article proposes an ecologically oriented model of integrated management of Ukrainian enterprises based on coimplex integration of environmental aspects into their management system at all stages of the life cycle, which will increase the competitiveness of enterprises and become the basis for their successful transition to sustainable development in the medium term. To restore and increase the life-sustaining conditions of nature on the basis of adequate compensation for damage to ecosystems, the main provisions of the concept of balanced interaction of companies with the environment have been developed. The concept implies adequate compensation for damage to nature by determining the rational relationship between levels of production and resources consumed. Based on the concept, an ecologically oriented model of integrated corporate governance has been created, the main difference from the existing international ISO standards and their analogues is the integration of environmental aspects into the organization's management system, which allows to take into account the environmental component at all stages of the life cycle. The introduction of an environmentally oriented model of integrated management in the company will ensure effective environmental transformation of the management system, which will serve as a basis for improving the environmental acceptability of their activities.

In National Energy Policy, Indonesia is determined to reduce the use of artifact energy, and continue to promote and increase the use of new renewable energy that is used by 23 percent for electricity and transportation in 2025. Bio-energy contributed to 10 percent, Geothermal contributed to 7 percent, Hydro contributed to 3 percent and other new renewable energy contributed to 3 percent. During this time, portfolio/energy mix target had not reached, as in 2015, only reach 5% and in 2016 reach 7 percent. To achieve the national energy resilience, government put geothermal as one of the supplies of pillar energy in the (National Medium-term Development Plan) RPJMN document. Beside government had promoted renewable energy as one of national strategy for instance to determine the energy policy and regulations for sustainable development but the result was not satisfied enough. The current article would explore the renewable energy governance in Indonesia that focused on the geothermal energy. The implementation of various policies, regulations, and programs should increase the awareness of the importance of renewable energy role in the sustainable development system. The transparency of fair governance and the participation of the stakeholders of development therefore it was a must.
