The author of the article outlines that the problem of teaching methods is one of the most important in pedagogical science and practice of school teaching, since teaching methods are the main tools with which a tutor teaches the basics of science to students, develops their cognitive abilities, ensures personal development and forms a scientific worldview. The article formulates the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process. The pedagogical experiment of using ICT in teaching economics to primary school children is described. The purpose of the research is to form economic knowledge in primary school children using information and communication technologies. Method of research. The following methods were used in the study: comparison, analysis, observation and experiment. The experiment was conducted among 24 schoolchildren who were divided into a control and experimental group. A variety of ICTs were used: an interactive whiteboard, reference and multimedia Internet resources, social networks, various messengers, presentations made in the Microsoft Power Point program, as well as using the Prezi service. Research result. In the control group, the average level of economic knowledge increased by more than 40%. The number of schoolchildren with an average and high level of economic knowledge in the experimental group increased by 3 and 2.5 times. Conclusions are made about the possibility of using ICT in teaching economics to school children.

This chapter investigates students' comprehension of the alphabet and its accompanying vocabulary, using an ICT-oriented teaching approach that is based upon Van Hiele's levels of geometric thought. The participating sample consisted of Greek students attending the second grade of primary school in Crete. The sample was divided into two groups, which were distributed among an experimental and a control group. The control group was taught following the traditional instruction, according to the pedagogical principles of Curriculum for the second grade of primary school. The experimental group was taught through an ICT-oriented intervention based upon Van Hiele's levels. The results of the research will assist greatly in achieving a more thorough understanding of the instruction of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and possible implementation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), to maximize its effectiveness.

The socialization of children takes place in an environment of "growth in the digital world" today. These children are significantly different from children who went to school 5-10 years ago, because the use of interactive games, various gadgets, computerization of educational and social services has become commonplace, a daily occurrence. As a result, the age barrier of targeted use of information and communication technologies today has decreased from the traditional 8-10 years to 4-5 years. This explains the ideology of changes in education regarding the end-to-end application information and communication technologies in the educational process. As part of the modernization of the Ukrainian school, special attention is paid to the concept of STEM, which logically reflects social change and provides appropriate introduction to educational practice of new technologies aimed at intensifying the educational process, improving forms and methods of teaching, expanding the range of practical skills. It is shown that the introduction of elements of STEM-education in the educational practice of primary school involves the use of specialized STEM-tools. The article is devoted to highlighting the didactic possibilities of STEM-tools as an instrumental support for the use of elements of STEM-education in the education of primary school children. It is revealed that an important role in achieving positive results in the implementation of STEM-education belongs to its instrumental support, which provides an opportunity to implement experimental, design, inventive activities of students in the educational process. A list of specialized STEM-tools aimed at primary school students, which the teacher can use to organize an experiment, research.

The article discusses the technologies of active teaching methods used when working with children with disabilities. It is concluded that in inclusive education it is possible to use technologies of active teaching methods, consisting of information and communication technologies, when working with children with disabilities. At the same time, the teacher must learn to choose active teaching methods depending on the subject, age, individual characteristics of students, adapt to the content of educational materials, the purpose of the lesson, not take into account their professional level, interact with parents and not meet with support specialists. the importance of. While exercising, there is a purposeful impact on the complex of body natural properties, which belongs to physical qualities of a person. Affecting physical qualities, under certain conditions, achieve a significant change of the level and direction of their development. In this regard, the aim of the research paper is to analyse the developed and scientifically grounded methods of circuit training for optimization of Physical Education lessons for primary school children. The Purpose of the Study – to elaborate and scientifically substantiate the training methods optimization of Physical Education lessons for primary school children. Research Organization, based on the fact, that 107 pupils of 9th–10th forms took part at the experiment. They were divided into experimental and control groups (experimental groups include 27 boys and 26 girls; control groups –28 boys and 26 girls). The experiment was attended by 9–10 year-old boys and girls that were included to the main medical group. Results. The chosen tests were informative in order to the dynamics detection of the developed methods and gave a positive growth for both groups (p <0,05; p <0,01). But the best result was shown by the experimental group. Due to the fact that during the methodology construction, not only the sensitive development, but also those aspects that would motivate the children before classes, were taken into consideration. Conclusions. Data, obtained during the methodology implementation of the circuit training, proved the effectiveness of our methods, that used during the school year as a modernized tool for increasing the level of physical preparedness of primary school children.
