To improve the quality of human resources (human resources development) in order to be able to keep up with developments in science and technology, people tend to choose quality educational institutions. The quality of education in schools is inseparable from the culture of the school organization which has become a distinct character of education in schools. In addition to functioning as a school identity that differentiates schools from one another, it can be a standard of behavior for school members that influence school members to carry out internalized actions. The development of a strong, intimate, conducive, and responsible school organizational culture will provide various benefits for all school members. Every school member must play an active role in developing and realizing a good school culture. To develop and create a school organizational culture that can shape the character of students is not an easy matter. In addition to several supporting factors that can help the implementation of a good school organizational culture, there are also inhibiting factors that cannot be underestimated, which will cause the implementation of school organizational culture management not to be carried out properly.

Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam tentang permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh di lapangan dan atas penafsiran peneliti. Muslimat NU merupakan salah satu organisasi dari sekian banyak organisasi yang ada di masyarakat. Muslimat NU adalah organisasi masyarakat dan merupakan badan otonom Nahdlatul Ulama yang bertugas membantu melaksankan kebijakan pada anggota perempuan. Diantara program kerja YPM dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di kabupaten Kediri adalah; Peningkatan kualitas Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an, di antaranya pada aspek manajerial, sarana dan prasarana, administrasi, kurikulum dan Sumber Daya Manusia (guru, pengelola dan karyawan). The context of this research is the biggest challenge of schools/’madrasah’ in carrying out the mandate related to the quality of education which is a measure of the success of the implementation of education, one of which is to shape the character/personality of students through inheritance of cultural values. In educational institutions, organizational culture (values, habits, and positive attitudes) will be a strong non-material capital strength for the realization of excellent educational institutions. This study aims to describe the organizational culture developed by SDIT Darul Falah Sukorejo Ponorogo which makes it one of the leading schools in Ponorogo Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research based on field research. The results showed that the organizational culture developed by SDIT Darul Falah included: 1) at the institutional level which included weekly meetings, field meetings, routine recitals every Ahad Wage, One Day One Information (ODOI), educational visits and flag ceremonies every Monday; 2) at the level of educators and educational staff which includes bina nafsiyah, tahsin al-Qur'an, professional development; and 3) at the student level which includes bina nafsiyah, reading the Koran with the Ummi Method, congregational prayers, manners, queuing, independent, disciplined, One Day One Thousand (ODOT), skilled, healthy living, clean and beautiful.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peningkatan Mutu Sekolah TK Melalui akreditasi se-kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan melalui metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif peningkatan mutu sekolah melalui akreditasi di kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan khususnya Pendidikan bagi anak usia dini perlu dilaksanakan dan dibenahi secara sungguh-sungguh. Sebab secara umum berdasarkan dari seluruh standar penilaian TK di Kecamatan Pucuk Rantau  belum begitu baik. Hal Ini terlihat dari berbagai hambatan seperti Kegiatan akreditasi yang dilakukan belum dipahami secara penuh oleh seluruh TK yang ada di kecamatan. Sosialisasi yang masih kurang sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan kepada anak didik. Keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana yang ada serta keterbatasan pengetahuan administrasi di sekolah menjadikan hasil akreditasi tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Masih terbatasnya biaya operasional sekolah sehingga gerak percepatan perubahan akreditasi juga lambat. Oleh sebab itu seluruh aspek harus diberdayakan  baik sumber daya manusia maupun sumber daya lainnya yang merupakan kunci utama dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kualitas pendidikan.      Kata kunci : Mutu Sekolah, Akreditasi Abstract This study aims to determine the quality improvement of kindergarten schools through accreditation in the Pucuk Rantau district of Kuantan Singingi Regency. Based on the results of research conducted through descriptive methods with a qualitative approach to improving the quality of schools through accreditation in Pucuk Rantau subdistrict Management of educational institutions, especially education for early childhood needs to be implemented and addressed in earnest. Because in general, based on all the standards for the assessment of kindergarten in Pucuk Rantau District, it has not been so good. This can be seen from various obstacles such as the accreditation activities carried out not yet fully understood by all kindergartens in the sub-district. Inadequate socialization that has an impact on the quality of service to students. The limitations of existing facilities and infrastructure and limited administrative knowledge in schools make the accreditation results not in line with expectations. The limited operational costs of the school so that the acceleration of changes in accreditation is also slow. Therefore all aspects must be empowered both human resources and other resources which are the main keys in improving and developing the quality of education. Keyword: School Quality, Accreditation

Efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia have long been carried out. Improving the quality of education is one of the development priorities in the field of education. Seeing these conditions, the world of education must be able to play an active role in preparing educated human resources who are able to face the challenges of life both locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. It is not enough to master theories, but also be willing and able to apply them in social life. Not only able to apply knowledge in primary, secondary and tertiary education, but also able to solve various problems encountered in everyday life. Entrepreneurial education is education that applies principles and methodologies towards the formation of life skills for students through an integrated curriculum developed in schools. This paper tries to offer an entrepreneurial insight education model for pre-school level and primary school. With this model, if it is implemented, it is expected that the world of education will contribute significantly to improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia. The framework of entrepreneurship development among educators is felt to be very important. Because educators are 'agents of change' who are expected to be able to instill the characteristics, nature and character as well as the spirit of entrepreneurship or the soul of 'entrepreneur' for their students. Besides that the spirit of 'entrepreneur' is also very necessary for an educator, because through this soul, educators will have a work orientation that is more efficient, creative, innovative, productive and independent. This study aims to examine the analysis of the quality and quality of education in islmaic educational institutions in MAN 2 Yogyakarta. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation and documentasion. The results showed that; 1). To achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the Madrasah, the principal plays an active role in assisting and communicating to teachers and staff in realizing the vision and mission of the Madrasah by realizing knowledgeable, charitable and noble personality; 2). MAN 2 Yogyakarta has excellent academic and non-academic achievements; 3). Graduates or graduates of MAN 2 Yogyakarta are able to compete with other Madrasah to continue in Indonesia’s best universities, such as UGM, UNY, IPB, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, and Jendral Sudirman University; 4). To be a superior Madrasah, MAN 2 Yogyakarta is still not superior enought, that is because there are some facilities and infrastructure that have not been fulfilled properly.

A pandemia de COVID-19 mudou a configuração de diversos processos, desde os mais simples até os mais complexos, em suas diversas formas, em vários setores. A reestruturação da organização escolar, principalmente na execução de seus currículos por um modelo adequado à realidade local, é um desafio para todas as instituições de ensino. Este trabalho tem o objetivo de identificar os modelos utilizados no Ensino Remoto Emergencial (ERE) adotados nos diversos campi do Instituto Federal de Minas Gerais (IFMG) para os cursos técnicos integrados ao ensino médio. Como instrumento para coleta de dados, utilizou-se questionário online direcionado ao Diretor de Ensino do campus. Ao final, a análise das respostas apresentou uma abordagem mista (qualitativa e quantitativa). Observou-se que o modelo ERE predominante no IFMG foi a oferta simultânea de todas as disciplinas, com a disponibilização dos seus conteúdos divididos em blocos. Conclui-se que a variedade dos modelos de ERE adotados pelos campi evidencia o compromisso em buscar o modelo que melhor atendesse a comunidade escolar, dentro dos limites e das possibilidades da equipe e dos estudantes, mantendo o compromisso em zelar pela qualidade do ensino. Ensino Remoto Emergencial.   Emergency remote teaching at IFMG: challenges for school management Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic changed the configuration of many processes, from the simplest to the most complex, in their various forms in various sectors. The restructuring of the school organization, mainly in the execution of its curriculum according to a model adequate to the local reality, is a challenge for all educational institutions. This work aims to identify the models used in Emergency Remote Teaching adopted in the various campuses of the Federal Institute of Minas Gerais (IFMG) for technical courses integrated with high school. An online questionnaire directed to the Campus Education Director was used as an instrument for data collection. In the end, the analysis of the responses presented a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative). It was observed that the predominant ERE model at the IFMG was the simultaneous offer of all subjects, with the availability of their contents divided into blocks. It  is concluded that the variety of ERE models adopted by the campuses shows the commitment to seek the model that best served the school community, within the limits and possibilities of staff and students, maintaining the commitment to ensuring the quality of education. This of the strategies developed in improving the quality of education in educational institutions is one with the establishment of integrated quality management. one model of improving the quality of education is based on integrated quality management theory. integrated quality management in the context of philosophy of education is a continuous improvement methodology that can provide a set of practical tools for every educational institution in fulfilling the absolute needs of customers for these improvements, there is continuous improvement, containing an understanding of continuous improvement that is shaken in the educational world. Meanwhile, everyone wants quality education. Understanding and views on the quality of education so far are very diverse. There are people who think that quality education is one that has quality and many students become human resources that can improve the nation and the country in the future and are seen with evidence of national and international levels. Quality schools are schools that provide foreign language subjects for their children.
