This of the strategies developed in improving the quality of education in educational institutions is one with the establishment of integrated quality management. one model of improving the quality of education is based on integrated quality management theory. integrated quality management in the context of philosophy of education is a continuous improvement methodology that can provide a set of practical tools for every educational institution in fulfilling the absolute needs of customers for these improvements, there is continuous improvement, containing an understanding of continuous improvement that is shaken in the educational world. Meanwhile, everyone wants quality education. Understanding and views on the quality of education so far are very diverse. There are people who think that quality education is one that has quality and many students become human resources that can improve the nation and the country in the future and are seen with evidence of national and international levels. Quality schools are schools that provide foreign language subjects for their children.

Abstract:The growth of madrasah in Indonesian homeland is the result of pull of the pesantren as native Indonesian educational institutions (conventional) that are already on one side with a western education (modern) on the other. In the colonial period, in accordance with the mission of colonialism, madrasah are so marginalized and made a variety of colonial government policies that marginalize the madrasah. One impact is still visible from the discriminatory policy is madrasah experienced a variety of management weaknesses. Under these circumstances, management weaknesses indicated by the closed nature and is not oriented to the outside so that the madrasah was a slow progression and even static. To overcome this, one of the rescue efforts that can be taken by the stakeholders of education in the madrasah is to change the paradigm of conventional management on the quality of madrasah into an integrated paradigm. This paper describes the transformation towards integrated quality of madrasah. The author conducted an analysis of integrated quality management theory and then demonstrate its application in the field of Islamic education can do madrasah to get a quality education services. Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam tentang permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh di lapangan dan atas penafsiran peneliti. Muslimat NU merupakan salah satu organisasi dari sekian banyak organisasi yang ada di masyarakat. Muslimat NU adalah organisasi masyarakat dan merupakan badan otonom Nahdlatul Ulama yang bertugas membantu melaksankan kebijakan pada anggota perempuan. Diantara program kerja YPM dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di kabupaten Kediri adalah; Peningkatan kualitas Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an, di antaranya pada aspek manajerial, sarana dan prasarana, administrasi, kurikulum dan Sumber Daya Manusia (guru, pengelola dan karyawan). The implementation of total quality management is applied to every educational institution as an effort to improve the quality of education. In this case, it is important to carry out management functions in each educational institution. This article discusses the implementation of total quality management in educational institutions to seek to improve the quality of education in achieving a quality standard in education. Every educational institution should show better quality and be able to compete. This is intended so that educational institutions continue to gain the trust of the public and stakeholders. To continue to get this, it must be improved continuously, both physically and non-physically. So as to make a quality educational institution and guaranteed quality. The head of the madrasa is a leader who has a big responsibility to be able to improve the quality of education in an educational institution. The quality of the institution's education will be able to improve if the head of the madrasa is able to carry out tasks and work properly in accordance with the principal functions of leadership. The leadership function that must be possessed by the head of the madrasa includes Idealism, intellectual, caring and charisma. Improving the quality of education is one of the efforts that can be made to develop human resources for national development. Quality education institutions can be seen from three things, namely input (resources owned), process and output (graduates). Therefore from formal education in schools it is expected that students can develop optimally all the potential that exists in them. So that the school will be able to print graduates who have competency and have high competitiveness.

Islamic boarding school is the oldest educational institution by the nation that participated in creating literate society. In the midst of this globalization era, Islamic boarding schools maintain both classical and modern education and teaching systems. In educational institutions need to pay attention to the quality management of education in order to improve and develop educational institutions for the future. The reality that we get in guaranteeing the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools is that there are many obstacles that must be resolved. With this the author intends to examine several management systems or quality management based on Islamic boarding schools. This study used qualitative research methods. This research is specifically directed towards descriptive qualitative research design. Trying to solve the problem based on the data concerned with the concept of quality management based on Islamic boarding school. The concept that has been prepared in the management of education quality in Islamic boarding schools is oriented to improving the quality of education by referring to the values ​​of Islamic boarding schools / Islamic society that have been entrenched among Indonesian people, by using tools, techniques and philosophies to create quality education in order to achieve educational goals.

The challenges of future life have not been answered without any desire to make changes. These changes can be made by way of continuous improvement. Today the superiority of a nation is no longer identified with the abundance of natural resources available, but rather the superiority of its human resources, because the quality of human resources contributes positively to the quality of education. The quality of education is often assessed with good conditions, conditions that are met, as well as a complete component in education. These components are inputs, processes, outputs, education personnel, facilities and infrastructure, as well as costs.The discussion in this paper is based on facts in a society that is already aware of education. The implementation of the concepts and theories of the quality of education were analyzed using four elements contained in the quality theory, namely: Setting Standards, Mentoring Performance, Correcting for Deviation, and New Standards; which are the four researchers' reference in analyzing the concepts and theories of quality in their implementation in Unit 6 Great Child Reading Les Yogyakarta. Data collected using three methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Then it is packaged in a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the Great Children Reading classes, especially unit 6 Yogyakarta, have tried to implement the concept of quality education

Education quality management is important for consumers in considering to include their children in educational institutions and therefore through good human resources are expected to guarantee the quality of education.along with the development and development of technology, the use of media in the scope of education has also changed, the most important aspects in integrated quality management such as human resource management must also be updated, renewed, what is meant here is the potential and expertise in all midwives.by developing a literacy study and existing data I developed it into an article which uses observation and interview techniques to get results that many human resources lack in responding to technological advances especially the use of IT, and maintaining the quality of education is still good, human resources must developed in accordance with the times. there are several ways of developing human resources such as workshops, training, and giving seminars, forms of development for teachers such as MGMP for secondary teachers and KKG for SD / MI / SDLB teachers, so that the goals of education are achieved

To determine the quality of teacher performance, an educational institution must conduct a process of evaluating the performance of its teachers. MTsS YASPI College Foundation Labuhan Deli is one of the educational institutions that always improves the quality of education in schools. Teacher performance appraisal at Labuhan Deli YASPI schools is still done conventionally, so there are many assessment criteria and it takes a long time to evaluate the teacher's performance. This study aims to optimize the teacher performance appraisal process to be faster and more precise. The method used is Profile Matching. The results of this study can determine the teacher's performance more precisely by 100%. So that this research can be recommended as an appropriate system in evaluating teacher performance in schools
