The aim of this study was to determinate effect of Guided Note Taking learning model on the biology student learning grade XI SMA N 6 Lubuklinggau academic year 2017/2018. The design applied in this research is pretest posttest control group design. The sample was obtained using random sampling technique. To obtain data of student learning result used test. Results of student learning data were analyzed using ttest. The result of ttest analysis shows that tcount more than ttable (4.01 more than1.68), can mean the mean of experiment class is bigger than average control class value. It can be concluded that Guided Note Taking learning model influences the biology learning result of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau. Suggestions from this study are to improve student learning outcome, teachers need to apply an active learning model. Keywords: models, guided note taking, learning outcomes

This research is aimed to examine the effect of guided inquiry learning model toward physics students’ concept mastery and science process skills at class XI of MAN 2 Mataram in academic year 2017/2018. This is experiment research with posttest-only control group design. The Population of this research is all students of class XI MIA MAN 2 Mataram. The sampling technique used is purposive and cluster random sampling, which is the students of class XI MIA 5 as experiment and XI MIA 4 as control group. The experiment group was treated with guided inquiry learning model while the control group was treated with conventional learning. Technique of collectig data of the mastery concept using essay test 8 question, the skills of science process using non-test instruments in the form of observation sheets. The hypothesis was tested using manova based SPSS 16.0. The result of manova test showed that there was an effect of guided inquiry learning model toward mastery of concept and skill of science process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran picture and picture terhadap kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan pada anak kelompok B di TK Gugus IX Kecamatan Denpasar Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak kelompok B di TK Gugus IX Kecamatan Denpasar Barat yang berjumlah 20 kelas (459 anak). Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 anak kelompok B1 TK Kusuma sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 20 anak kelompok B1 TK Widya Kusuma Sari sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode non tes berupa observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh thitung = 7,463 dan pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan dk = 43 diperoleh ttabel = 2,021 sehingga thitung = 7,463 > ttabel = 2,021, maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan antara kelompok anak yang dibelajarkan melalui model pembelajaran picture and picture dengan kelompok anak yang tidak dibelajarkan melalui model pembelajaran picture and picture. Adapun nilai rata-rata gain skor kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan kelompok eksperimen X1 = 0,74 > X2 = 0,39 pada kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran picture and picture berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan pada anak kelompok B di TK Gugus IX Kecamatan Denpasar Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran picture and picture, kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan, kognitif. The study aims at revealing the effect of picture and picture learning model toward the mastery of numeral concept in children group B in kindergarten Gugus IX Kecamatan Denpasar Barat academic year 2017/2018. This type of study is a quasi experiment with nonquivalent control group design. The population of this study was all children (459 children) in group B (20 classes) in kindigarten Gugus IX Kecamatan Denpasar Barat. The sample was determined through random sampling technique. The samples of study werw 25 children of B1 group in Kusuma kindergarten as the experiment group and of B1 group in Widya Kusuma Sari kindergarten as the control group. The data were collected through non test method in a form of observation. The data were analyzed by using t-test. The data shows thitung = 7,463 and at the significant level 5% ( =0,05) with dk = (25+20) – 2 = 43 obtained ttabel = 2,021. It indicates a significant different in mastering the nominal concept *between the group of children who were taught through the picture and picture learning model with the group who were nou taught through this learning model. The average of the gained score was experiment group X1 = 0,74 > X2 = 0,39 control group. It can be concluded that the picture and picture learning model has a significant effect toward the mastery of numeral concept in children group B in kindergarten Gugus IX Kecamatan Denpasar Barat academic year 2017/2018.keyword : *picture and picture learning model, the mastery of numeral concept, cognitive.

The learning process of physics at school, the topics is sometime less relatedto the existing dailylifephenomenon.This condition causes low improvement of students' cognitive learning result. In this case, it was a necessary to apply a learning model to improve student learning result by applying phenomenon based learning model (PhenoBL). Quasi experiment in the form of nonequivalent control group design as the model of the research. The instrument to collect data used test of student cognitive at pretest and posttest, respectively. The Data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of descriptive analysis show the average absorption rate of experiment class is 71.05% and control class is 63.33% which both classes are in a good category. In the paired sample t-test results stated an increasing of students cognitive learning outcomes from pretest to posttest. This can also be seen from the inferential analysis in that means there was a significant differences between experimental class and kontrol class. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of PhenoBL model can improve student learning outcomes of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru on optical material.

The aim of this research was to find out the effect of cooperative learning type snowballthrowing to improve student learning achievement on the reliance mutualin in theecosystem concept. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru at firstsemester in academic years 2014 / 2015. Design of the research was quasi-experimental,The Matching Only Pretest – Posttest Control Group Design. Sample of the research wastaken two classes with the number of students in each 40 people who were taken by usingsimple random sampling technique. The data were collected by using pretest, posttest andteacher’s and students’ activities observation sheets. The data analysis technique used inthis research was 2 sample independent t test, if the data were normal and homogen. Themean N-gain experimental class was 0.72 high category and the control class was 0.44medium category. Based on the result of statistical test that there were significantdifferences between the mean N-Gain experimental class and control class. Thereby canbe conluded that there were significant application of cooperative learning type snowballthrowing to improve student learning achievement on the reliance mutualin in theecosystem concept class VII SMPN 18 pekanbaru academic year 2014 / 2015.

The aims of this research to gain the result of effect TANDUR model to mathematical concept understanding and student’s mathematical reasoning. This research was quasi experiment with pretest-postest control group design. The population in this research was students of seventh grade SMP N 2 Natar academic year 2017/2018. The sampling technique used random sampling technique and divided onto two groups, experiment group and control group. The results of this research were: 1) there was influence of TANDUR learning model to mathematical concept understanding. 2) there were influence of TANDUR learning model to mathematical reasoning. 3) TANDUR model learning can affect simultaneously of mathematical concept understanding and mathematical reasoning.

The experimental research is aimed to revealing the difference between science process through inquiry learning model and inquiry learning model with pictorial riddle method for students in SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsari academic year 2015/2016. The research designs is using pretest posttest control group design. The samples were chosen by purposive sampling technique. The population is all students of SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsari grade VIII, while the samples are the  students in VIII D class (experiment class 1) and VIII F class (experiment class 2). The instrument of this research  is the science process skills test in form of reasoned multiple choice, which has been tested statistically it’s  validity, reliability, discrimination index and level of difficulty of  the item. The data analysed used  independent sample t-test at significant  level  of 5 % with  tcount is 2,535 and ttable  is 1,671 because tcoun > ttable,, then H0  is  rejected and Ha accepted. The result indicates that there is a difference between science process through inquiry learning model and  inquiry learning  model with  pictorial riddle  method for student in SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsari academic year  2015/2016.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the think pair share learning model with a  problem based learning approach is effective based on students' self-efficacy. This research is a quantitative research in the form of quasi-experimental research using a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample of the study was the students of X MIPA class of MAN Salatiga in the academic year 2018/2019, the sample was determined using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data was collected using a self-efficacy questionnaire consisting of 20 statements. The results of the study show that: (1) the results of the independent sample t test mean students' self-efficacy obtained a value of 0.035, (2) the average N-Gain score of self-efficacy of students who learned by using the think pair share model with a problem based learning approach of 0.36 while the average N-Gain score of self-efficacy of students who get conventional learning is only 0.23. Thus it can be concluded that the think pair share learning model with a problem based learning approach is effective based on the self-efficacy of X MIPA class of MAN Salatiga students in the academic year 2018/2019.

The purpose of the research was to know the application Project Based Learning Model with the Science of Society Technology Approach to increase the mastery of concept and the student attention attitude toward the environment. The method of the research is Quasi Experimentwith Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. <p class="Els-keywords">The learning model is one of the keys to successful learning. The success of learning can be seen from the learning outcomes obtained by students, including the concept understanding ability. The concept understanding ability is the ability to express ideas in providing a picture, example, an idea or understanding, as well as a broader and creative explanation. This study aims to determine that the scramble learning model produces better conceptual understanding abilities than the direct learning model. This research design is a quasi experimental design, with the form of the nonequivalent posttest only control group design. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Muhammadiyah Bligo in the academic year 2019/2020. With cluster random sampling technique, selected 2 sample classes. The data collection method used the test. The data analysis method used proportion different test. Based on the calculation of the proportion difference test, the results obtained that z value of zcount = 2.016 and z0.05 = 1.64, so that zcount&gt; z0.05 then H<sub>0</sub> is rejected. This means that the scramble learning model results in student completeness in concept understanding abilities that is better than the direct learning model.</p>

This study aimed at determining the significant effect of science knowledge competence between groups of students who are taught by using inquary learning model which assisted by animated media with groups of students who are taught through conventional learning in fourth grade students of SD Gugus Dewi Sartika academic year 2017/2018. This study was a quasi experimental research with non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study was all fourth grade students of SD Gugus Dewi Sartika which amounted to 266 students. The sample was determined by random sampling technique so that there would be fourth grade of SD Negeri 3 Pedungan as experiment group which amounted to 45 people and fouth grade B of SD Negeri 13 Pedungan as control group which amounted to 30 people. The data collection in this research was done by the test method and the instrument used in the form of ordinary double choice objective test. Data of knowledge competence was analyzed by t-test polled variance. The analysis result indicated that there was a significant effect of science knowledge competence between group of students which was taught by using inquary learning model which assisted by animated media with group of students that was taught by using conventional learning in fourth grade students of SD Gugus Dewi Sartika academic year 2017/2018. Thus, it can be concluded that Inquiry Learning Model which assisted by animated media have a significant effect on science knowledge competence of fourth grade students of SD Gugus Dewi Sartika academic year 2017/2018, and the Inquiry Learning Model which assisted by animated media can be used in studying science so as to create the kind of learning. Keywords : Inquiry, Animation , Science Knowledge Competence
