This study aims to determine the effect of Petro Gladiator® probiotic on the growth of earthworms (Lumbricus rubellus), in terms of the length and weight of earthworms to determine the compost produced from probiotics and earthworms (Lumbricus rubellus). This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 4 replications. The sample of this study is 3 kilograms of earthworms with hand sorting. The results showed that administration of Petro Gladiator® Probiotic has a significant effect (α <0.05) on the increase in total body length of earthworms, while from the weight gain of compost in treatment of different Petro Gladiator® probiotic, there was no significant difference with the Tuket test (α = 0.05). The administration of probiotics significantly (α <0.05) increased the percentage of total N and P content, and decreased total K content. The addition of Petro Gladiator® probiotics has an effect on the length and weight of earthworms. The addition of Petro Gladiator® probiotics also improves the quality of compost, N-total, P-total, organic matter and decreases the C / N ratio. Keywords : Earthworm, compost, cow dung medium, probiotics.

This study aims to determine the effect of think pair share learning models using mind mapping media on the activities and cognitive learning outcomes of class X science students of SMAN 06 Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with Non-Randomized Design. Samples were taken from 2 classes of 4 classes by looking at the mean scores of students who are almost the same, namely class X Natural Sciences A as the experimental class and Natural Sciences B as a control class. The instrument used was in the form of student activity observation sheets and cognitive test questions. Based on scoring the results of the observation sheet of the experimental class student activity was higher than the control class that was 58.56 and the average posttest result was 85.69 while the observation sheet of the activity class of the control class was 53.97 and the average posttest result was 63.03. Student activity variable t-test results obtained Sig value of 0,000 <0.05 t-test results of student cognitive learning results obtained p-value of 0,000 <0.05, which means there are differences in activity scores and cognitive outcomes of students before and after the intervention of the learning model think pair share using media mind mapping. In conclusion, Think Pair Share learning model with Mind Mapping media has an influence on students' cognitive learning activities and outcomes. Keywords: activities, learning outcomes, mind mapping, think pair share

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the morphology and anatomy of ginger plants based on differences in altitude, and to make a booklet resulting from the morphological and anatomical characteristics of ginger for morphology and plant anatomy courses. This research method is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, characterization techniques, document review, and questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with quantitative descriptive and descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of ginger based on differences in the height of the place. Ginger in Selupu Rejang District has a high stomata density. Ginger is more suitable for planting in the lowlands with high temperatures, low humidity. The compilation and manufacture of morphology and plant anatomy course booklets were declared valid with very decent qualifications with a percentage of 86.2%. Conclusion, there are differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the ginger plant based on the height of the place, while the booklets that are made have proper and valid qualifications to be used as material for plant morphology and anatomy courses.
