This study aims to determine the effect of work safety and work healthy on employee productivity in the production department at PT. Sisirau Aceh Tamiang. This research is a type of quantitative research with a sample of 45 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done through t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Regression equation results obtained Y = 2.255 + 0.314X1 + 0.811X2 means that the constant value of 2.255 is the value of employee productivity before being influenced by work safety and  health. The work safety regression coefficient is 0.314 and is positive, meaning that if work safety is increased the employee's work productivity will increase by 0.314 with a tcount> ttable (2.333> 1.68195) and significant (0.025 <0.05). The work health regression coefficient is 0.118 and is positive, meaning that if work health is improved the employee's work productivity will increase by 0.811 with a tcount> ttable (8.063> 1.68195) and significant (0.000 <0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.614 or 61.4%, which means the work safety and health variables influence the work productivity of employees by 61.4% and the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The method of data collecting shall be using observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis shall be using multiple linear regression, analysis of product moment coefficient test, Test coefficient of determination (kd), significance test both partially (t test) and simultaneously / together (test f).In accordance with the results of the study, the variable Safety at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division which shall be categorized as Good while Training variable at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division shall be categorized as Good and Employee Performance variable at PT Aerofood Catering Service Laundry division shall be categorized as GOOD. There is a positive influence between Work Safety and Training on Employee Performance with a regression value of 5,029X1 and 2,107X2. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) shall be 0.997. This means that work safety and training variables have a very strong relationship to employee performance and the value of determination (Kd) of 0.998, It can be concluded that work safety (X1) and training (X2) on employee performance (Y) shall be 99.8% while the rest of 0 , 4% shall be influenced by other factors. Obtained Work Safety (X1) t value or t table (5.629> 1.677), this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho shall be rejected and H1shall be accepted, which means, there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. While the value of t count Training (X2)> t table or (25,666> 1,677), this is also reinforced with a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, so it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. The value of F count> F table or (5886.67> 2,800), this shall be also reinforced by a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, so that it can be said to be significant. This means that Ho shall be rejected and Ha shall be training on performance. Keywords: Work Safety, Training and Performance

Companies that pay less attention to the conditions of their employees tend to cause employee dissatisfaction. Companies need to improve employee job satisfaction because employees feel satisfied. then the employees will provide remuneration to the company and weigh the attitude of the Citizenship Organization (OCB). OCB itself shows the attitude of employees who are willing to work more than what is determined by the company. This attitude will increase employee productivity which in turn has a good impact on the company. This study aims to see the influence of the sub-variables of job satisfaction, namely the job itself (X1), salary (X2), promotion (X3), supervisors (X4) and co-workers (X5) on the OCB (Y) variable. The subjects of this study were employees of the field section of PT Artanusa Beton with a population of 95 people. The sample in this study were 62 respondents using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents who have worked for more than one year. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between job satisfaction variables consisting of the job itself, salary, promotion, supervisors and co-workers on the OCB variable. The partial variables of the job itself, salary, supervisors and co-workers have a significant effect on OCB. While promotion has no significant effect on OCB and the variables that have dominant influence on OCB are colleagues.
