The purpose of this study is to measure the extent of the use of Academic Information System applications by student users, lecturers and management / administrators. The research method uses the theory of DeLone and McLearn Information System Success Model to measure qualitatively the use of Information Systems from the completeness of the functions / features of the application, reliability / stability, ease of use, data security, application flexibility, timeliness and management of Academic Information System applications. The results of the study, obtained information that: 1) students, lecturers and management / administrators are able to use the features / functions of the application but need to be improved socialization and education of users, 2) students, lecturers and management / administrators feel the stability / reliability of the application is good, 3) students , lecturers and management / administrators feel the ease of use of the application, 4) students, lecturers and management / administrators feel the data security is quite good but there needs to be increased data security, 5) students, lecturers and management / administrators feel the flexibility of the application is good, 6) students , lecturers and management / administrators still feel that they are not punctual in using the application due to network problems and internet access, 7) students, lecturers and management / administrators have felt quite satisfied with the management of existing applications to carry out administration and academic services. Conclusions, Academic Information Systems owned by IAIN are good enough from the dimensions of the completeness of application functions / features, application reliability / stability, ease of use, data security, application flexibility, timeliness and management of Academic Information System applications. Information systems research success has begun to decline in the past few years, but existing research is still inaccurate in its definition and in the factors that involve the information system success. This research has designed to analyze, study, and find out the performance from implementing academic information systems in universities in an effort to improve the quality of information. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and case studies, namely problem formulation, study proposition, analysis unit, data linkage to the proposition, the criteria for interpreting the findings and making conclusions and recommendations. From the results of the research data analysis, several conclusions were obtained, namely, the academic information system running in universities has not met expectations. The performance of academic information systems that can support the smooth operation of the universities is not well understood. It is necessary to formulate an optimal academic information system strengthening strategy that can support the smooth operation of the universities.

The aim of this analysis is referred to several problems which are concerning the Land Administration Service in National Land Agency and Law Aspect of Land Administration Service with the Computerization Information System in BPN Sidoarjo. This research applies the Juridical Normative approach especially in Land Law with the Descriptive and Analytic and qualitative analysis. The result showed that Land Data Management used the information technology which is something that absolutely must be done is related to the characteristics of the land data itself which are multidimensional in nature related to economic, political, defense and security and socio-cultural issues. It can be concluded that information and electronic Transaction, some doubts about the use of electronic land data have found a clarity, especially relating to the electronic documents that are used as a means of proving and electronic data security.

Sistem informasi pembayaran saat ini sudah menggunakan sistem berbasis modernisasi atau online, yang sangat dibutuhkan pada era globalisasi ini. Peranan transaksi online menjadi sangat penting bagi masyarakat modern. Seperti E-Commerce yang menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan form menu konfirmasi pembayaran pada sistem pembayaran online perguruan tinggi, dari sistem yang sebelumnya masih berjalan manual atau tidak online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan form menu konfirmasi pembayaran online guna meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi dalam hal memberikan informasi pembayaran yang tepat dan akurat kepada mahasiswa, serta memberikan akses mudah bagi mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Raharja dalam hal konfirmasi pembayaran. Selain dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa, sistem ini juga dapat memberikan kemudahan untuk bagian keuangan dalam pengecekan transaksi yang sudah masuk. Sistem yang diimplementasikan pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja untuk form menu konfirmasi pembayaran ini ialah website goplus. Website goplus ini dibangun dengan menggunakan yii2 framework, dimana sudah banyak diterapkan sebelumnya pada sistem informasi akademik lainnya di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Pada yii2 framework terdapat fitur CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) yang dapat mempermudah dalam membuat suatu form.The current payment information systems already use-based systems modernization or online, which is much needed in this era of globalization. The role of online transactions is becoming very important for modern society. Like the E-Commerce as a reference in the development of the payment confirmation menu form on the college online payment system, from a system that previously still runs manually or not online. The purpose of this research is to implement online payment confirmation menu form to enhance services to college students in terms of providing payment information which is precise and accurate to college students, as well as providing easy access for students College Raharja in terms of payment confirmation. In addition to providing convenience for students, the system is also able to provide convenience to the financial section in checking of transactions already entered. The system is implemented on College Raharja to form this payment confirmation menu is goplus website. Goplus website was built using the yii2 framework, which already implemented earlier in other academic information system in College Raharja. In the yii 2 framework there are features of the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) which can make it easier to create a form.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of academic information systems in improving the quality of higher education implementation in PGRI STKIP Bangkalan, and the extent to which the policies of implementing higher education before and after the use of information systems and how satisfaction is felt by students towards academic information systems at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, named STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad.The study was conducted by conducting a survey of users of the internet-based academic information system (Siakad STKIP PGRI Bangkalan), namely lecturers, students and employees with the method of observation and conducting in-depth interviews to obtain as much information as possible from all respondents/informants. The number of informants was 5 people consisting of the chairman of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, Vice Chairman I, Head of BAAK and two students who had experience in their respective fields of work, knew deeply and had many roles in the process of using information systems.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that with the use of the information system/ STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad which is one of the facilities for the smooth activities of the teaching and learning process, it proved to provide convenience, many benefits and benefits that greatly support the duties of serving lecturers, students and outsiders requiring. This is evidenced by the support of the support of lecturers and students, capacity, namely the ability of employees to process data and value, namely the benefits felt by lecturers, employees and students as well as outside parties in need.

As concrete steps in order to realize the vision and mission of an organization or educational institution is to implement the system of academic information. The one factor that influences the success of the academic information system is the satisfaction of users.  The problems in the user satisfaction are also issues that cannot be denied and continue to be studied. In consequently, having measurements related to user satisfaction is required. This research is done to see how the user satisfaction of the existing system has been implemented and to know what factorshas influenced the system. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model whereas 255 respondents are chosen as the sample for the study. The purposive sampling technique is usedand the PLS-SEM approach with tools Smart PLS 3.0 is used for analyzing the data.  This research consists of 7 hypotheses and 8 variables, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Timeliness, Ease of Use, System Reliability, System Speed and End-User Satisfaction. The research finds out that the current level of end-user satisfaction is in satisfied level. Inferentially, of the 7 hypotheses tested, 2 of them were rejected and the other 5; Accuracy, System Reliability, Timeliness, Content and System Spee;are accepted.Through this research, it is hoped that later it could be used as a practical consideration and theoretical study in thefuture.
