The aim of the study was to improve students achievement in learning social problems at the forth grade students of  SD Negeri 18 Lubuklinggau by using group investigation model. The study was a classroom action research (CAR). The study was conducted such as pre cycle was on April 15th 2018, cycle I was on April 21st 2018, and cycle II was on April 28th 2018. The result: there were  10 students (43,47%) who pass the passing grade and  13 students (56,53%) who fail. In cycle I, there were 13 students who pass (56,52%) and 10 students who fail (43,48). In cycle, there were 20 students (86,95%) who pass and 3 students (13,05) who fail. In conclusion, the application  of group investigation model improved students learning achievement. This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 2 Pekanbaru based on phenomenon that most of the students were less vocabulary. The purpose of this research was to improve the students’ vocabulary mastery by using ESA (Engage, Study, Activate) method as a teaching method and factor that influence it. The research was a Classroom Action Research. The total number of the sample was 30 students at grade VIII.1 of MTs Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The researcher did the research in one cycle (five meetings including the test). The data was collected by using vocabulary test, observation checklist, and field notes. There was improvement from based score to cycle 1. In the based score, noun was 65.32, verb was 69.32, adjective 65.32, and adverb was 66.64 with average score 66.67. The result of cycle 1, noun 74.64, and verb was 81.32, adjective was 76.64, and adverb was 82.This research, showed that there were some factors influencing their improvement. The students were engaged in activities, having fun, and active in learning process. The teacher’s approach in explaining material was clear enough and classroom condition as well as method supported the learning achievement. After conducting this research by using ESA (Engage, Study, Activate) method improved in cycle 1. Referring to the result, researcher concluded that ESA (Engage, Study, Activate) method can improve the students’ vocabulary mastery.

This research was aimed to investigate students' motivation and their learning achievement in writing exposition texts. To seek the answer, we used discokaku teaching method and pictorial series. This study was carried out under classroom action research. We implemented three main stages of pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II, each cycle using three meetings. The participants were 10th graders of SMA Negeri 5 Magelang. The data were attained from test and non-test techniques. The test technique deployed (1) Kahoot! for assessing their understanding and (2) pictorial series for the writing test. For the non-test, this study adopted some qualitative instruments: journal, observation, interview, and documentation. The result shows that discokaku teaching method and pictorial series were able to improve students’ motivation from 23.47% to 33.87% and their achievement from 3.13% to 78.13% at the end of the cycle 2.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pengaruh metode pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dimata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, sehingga kedepannya metode ini bisa menjadi landasan untuk diterapkan dimata pelajaran lain di tingkat sekolah dasar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hal ini dilalukan karena penelitiannya berupa peneltian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode Quantum Teaching dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar terhadap materi PPKn (Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan). Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dari hasil evaluasi yang telah dilaksanakan terdapat peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa yang semula nilai rata-rata dari pre test sebesar 65,12 pada siklus I, meningkat menjadi 69,53 atau sekitar 4,41%. Sedangkan pada siklus II peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa yang semula nilai rata-rata pre test sebesar 65,12 pada siklus II ini meningkat menjadi 84,88 atau sekitar 19,76%. Ini menunjukkan 95% siswa berhasil dalam belajar PPKn dengan menggunakan metode Quantum Teaching.Kata Kunci: Metode Quantum Teaching, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas AbstractThis study was conducted to determine how effective the influence of the Quantum Teaching learning method in the subject of Pancasila and Citizenship Education is so that in the future this method can be the basis for application in other subjects at the elementary school level. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. This is done because the research is in the form of classroom action research. The results of the research that have been carried out show that learning by using the Quantum Teaching method can improve the learning achievement of elementary school students towards PPKn (Pancasila and Citizenship Education) material. This can be shown from the evaluation results that have been carried out there is an increase in student learning achievement which was originally the average value of the pre-test of 65.12 in the first cycle, increased to 69.53 or about 4.41%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the increase in student achievement, which was originally the average pre-test score of 65.12, in the second cycle, increased to 84.88 or about 19.76%. This shows that 95% of students are successful in learning Civics by using the Quantum Teaching method.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Civic education, Quantum Teaching method

The study aims to find out the application of Think Talk Write method to thebsixth grade students at SD Negeri 49 Lubuklinggau in the material of 'islamic tithe'. This study was a classroom action research (CAR). The result showed, before treatment, the students score were passed or ≥ 70 reached by 10 students (29.41%). in cycle I, there were 23 students who passed the passing grade (67.61%) and in cycle II there were 31 students who passed (91.18%). Therefore, the method improved students achievement because 85% students passed the passing grade with score ≥ 70. The learning of listening to the story of the child has been given to the students of grade VI of SD Negeri 020Tembilahan Hilir. However, the existing picture shows that classically, the result only reaches an average of20% or is not satisfactory based on preliminary tests. This research is a classroom action research conducted byclass VI SD Negeri 020 Tembilahan Hilir with subject 20 people. Data collection techniques through tests andobservations. Then the analysis technique is done descriptively. The result of the research concludes that thestudents' learning achievement has increased. This is seen in the preliminary study of 20%, or only 4 studentsout of 20 students completed, in the first cycle increased to 50% because of 20 students 10 students, and in thesecond cycle increased by 85% of 20 students 17 students.

Abstrak Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar PPKn dengan menggunkan model Brain Based Learning Kelas VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong Bengkulu pada tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 di Kelas VII B dengan jumlah 26 siswa (Laki-laki 11 dan Perempuan 15). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menggunkan siklus model Kermmis dan Mc Taggart yaitu rencana, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, tes evaluasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik Analisi Data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar dari pra siklus. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa upaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu dengan menggunakan model Brain Based Learninghasil jumlah perhitungan pra siklus dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 50,00%, pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan tuntas dengan persentase 57,69%, dan pada siklus II mengalami kenaikan kembali dengan presentase 65,38%. Sesuai dengan KKM 70 dan Indikator keberhasilan 60% dengan hasil yang diperoleh di siklus II maka, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dihentikan karena prestasi belajar siswa meningkat dan sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan. Kata Kunci : Prestasi Belajar, PPKn Brain Based Learning Abstract This Classroom Action Research aims to determine efforts to improve PPKn learning achievement by using the Class VII B Brain Based Learning model of SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research was conducted in Rejang Lebong Bengkulu Regency in the 2019/2020 school year in Class VII B with a total of 26 students (male 11 and female 15). This Classroom Action Research uses the Kermmis and Mc Taggart model cycle, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Data collection was carried out by observation, evaluation tests, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive, namely an increase in learning achievement from the pre-cycle. The results of the study concluded that efforts to improve student achievement in class VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu using the Brain Based Learningmodel resulted in the number of pre-cycle calculations with a completeness percentage of 50.00%, in the first cycle experienced an increase in completeness with a percentage of 57.69% , and in the second cycle it increased again with a percentage of 65.38%. In accordance with KKM 70 and success indicators of 60% with the results obtained in cycle II, this Classroom Action Research was stopped because student learning achievement had increased and had reached predetermined success indicators. Teacher has a very important role in creating an exciting and enjoyable learning environment in math lessons.Learning atmosphere is not exciting and fun for students usually to create learning activities that are less harmonious.As in SD 06 Perawang Barat is still low learning achievement of mathematics students, especially VD class with the number of students 32 people.Based on the mathematical repetition value of grade VD students contained in table 1 can be concluded that most students have not reached the established KKM that is 60 in 2012/2013           Another effort that teachers do is to provide practice questions (PR). Then the teacher also repeats the material that the students have not understood. But the effort made by the teacher has not achieved the expected result; low student learning achievement to mathematics is a material for researchers, that the need for mathematics learning that can improve the results of learning mathematics.               The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student achievement on the subject matter of the fractional matter in the VD SDN 06 Perawang Barat class in the even semester of the academic year 2012/2013?       The form of this research is collaborative classroom action research, in collaborative classroom action research involving teachers, principals, and outsiders in one team simultaneously, with the aim of improving learning outcomes, the development of theory and teacher performance improvement. This team relationship is a partnership, meaning that the position of team members with each other is the same that aims to think about the issues to be studied in classroom action research. In this case the researcher serves as a teacher. Action will be done is in order to improve the results of teaching mathematics at class VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat.               The data in this study were collected with observation sheet and mathematics learning result test. Observations were made to the activities of the students and teachers during the learning process for each meeting by filling out the observation sheets that have been filled in by observing the observation sheets of each teacher and student behavior on the observation sheet. While data is about mathematics learning result collected through daily test (UH1) and daily test (UH2) which contains problem based on indicator that will be achieved based on lattice test result of learning.               The data obtained in this research is then analyzed through descriptive analysis.Descriptive data analysis aims to describe data about student learning outcomes on subject matter using in problem solving.               Based on the results of research and discussion concluded that the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student learning achievement at VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat class on the subject matter using fractions in problem solving.

The aim of this study was to improve the learning achievement and activities of students through the implementation of the Problem Solving learning method in Mol Concept. This study was conducted by using two cycles of classroom action research. The subject of this research was 25 students of class X-2 MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh. The result of the implementation of learning Problem Solving method showed that there is improvement of student learning achievement from Cycle I to Cycle II. It could be seen from the results of research that showing about 64% of students had passed learning in Cycle I and about 88% in Cycle II. While the observation was conducted, the improvement of learning activities of students amounts 50%. Based the result of this study, it is can be concluded that the implementation of learning Problem Solving method can improve the learning achievement and activities of the student in Mol Concept.

IMPROVEMENT OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ON LESSONS OF LIMIT THROUGH VARIATION PEER-TEACHING MODELSThis research aims to improve Mathematics learning activities and improve mathematics learning achievement of the Limit material through the variation peer-teaching models model for class XI MIPA 3 students in the 2018/2019 academic year. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 9 Bogor. This research was conducted from January 2019 to June 2019. The subjects in this Classroom Action Research were students of SMA Negeri 9 Bogor in class XI MIPA 3, totaling 35 students consisting of 13 male students and 22 female students. Data collection techniques with written tests and observations. Data analysis using comparative description analysis and qualitative description. The results of this Classroom Action Research are: students' mathematics learning activities in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II have increased. The average score of student learning activities in the initial conditions of 2.74 increased to 3.77 in the first cycle and increased to 4.30 in the second cycle, while the mathematics learning achievement of students in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II increased. The average value of student achievement in the initial conditions of 39.13 increased to 71.17 in the first cycle and increased to 88.13 in the second cycle. The percentage of students who completed also increased, in the initial condition, students who completed learning were only 17.14%, increasing to 50% in cycle I and increasing to 80% in cycle II. This increase is due to the variation peer-teaching models learning method, all students can be actively involved in learning. Students who are appointed as tutors are active in helping their group members overcome learning difficulties. Students who have difficulty learning actively ask questions and discuss with tutors who are their own friends.

The objective of the research are to increase the student activities and learning achievement of Biology. The research conducted in class  SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro Academic Year 2010/2011 by using Classroom Action Research. There are two cycle in the research with tree meeting every cycle. The result of the research show that interactive multimedia can increase the student activities and learning achievement of Biology. Score average before using  Classroom Action Research is 28,23% and increase to 59,77% in cycle II. The reseacher suggest that interactive multimedia can implement to increase the student activities and learning achievement of Biology. Implementing of interactive multimedia make the students interesting to the learning. Kata kunci: Multimedia Interaktif, Aktivitas Belajar, Hasil Belajar
